Difficilmente sfruttabile come base per visitare Trento centro, in orario serale. Panorama carino, viziato dal ponte nel mezzo. Bagno un po' datato ma non mancava niente

- valentina (8/5): Weekend di relax - La ragazza alla reception è stata davvero molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile! La private SPA è un buon servizio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione molto buona e abbondante, sia di dolce che di salato. Le torte veramente ottime! Bella la terrazza con vista suoi monti, molto rilassante. La mancanza di saponette o sapone liquido specifico per intimo o shampoo, era disponibile solo un sapone per le mani. Cuscini molto bassi e c'era solo un cuscino in più nell'armadio (eravamo in due). Mancanza di acqua naturale disponibile per la notte, l'erogatore messo a disposizione durante la colazione poteva essere lasciato anche per la notte.
- Karin (1/5): Wegbleiben! - Netter Ausblick Das Zimmer war ungemütlich, verratzt und verwohnt. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht, so dass man den Lärm von der Autobahn nebenan die ganze Nacht gehört hat. Die Toilette war kaputt und hat die ganze Nacht geplätschert. Die Steckdose im Bad ging nicht bzw. man muss mehrere Schalter dafür betätigen, wie mir nachher gesagt wurde, was keinesfalls selbsterklärend war.. Die Ablage unter dem Spiegel im Bad war locker, so dass man Angst hatte, wenn man etwas drauf stellt, dass sie abbricht. Die Dusche produziert eine Pfütze im Bad. Das Wifi Passwort ging nicht. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch limitiert, nichts Frisches, kein Obst etc.

- Marianne (8/5): - Rustige ligging aan de rand vd stad. Zicht op fruitbomen voor het hotel. Ook zicht op de autoweg daarachter maar geen last hiervan ondervonden. We reserveerden last minute op Zondag. Die dag is er geen receptie. Binnen kom je via code die je pas krijgt nadat je alle administratieve gegevens van beide gasten digitaal hebt ingevoerd. De code wordt dan gemaild. Als ouder echtpaar best een gedoetje. Had graag willen lezen dat er op zondag geen personeel is en restaurant gesloten. Hierdoor zeg ik nee op vraag of hotel aan alle verwachtingen heeft voldaan.

- Carola (5/5): Location was okay, but a difficult walk down to any restaurant  - Friendly receptionist, Pamela I don’t like a hard bed. The bed was very firm. Pillows were very flat. There were ants throughout the room and you could hear noises very clearly from the next rooms.

- agatha (8/5): - Die Rezeptionistin (Pamela) war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles bemüht. Obwohl sie erst so kurz für die Unterkunft gearbeitet hat, hatte sie doch einige gute Tipps. Schade, dass das Toastbrot für das Frühstück aus war.

- Jessica (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole a pochi chilometri dal centro - Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera molto spaziosa, comoda e confortevole. Colazione abbastanza variegata. Ambiente curato e piacevole. Il centro città è raggiungibile facilmente con l'autobus (la fermata è a pochi passi dall'ingresso dell'hotel) o anche a piedi, attraverso una strada interna che permette di evitare di transitare tra i tornanti percorsi dalle auto. Sarebbe utile aggiungere una tendina alla finestra del bagno per garantire la sensazione di privacy. Per il resto tutto ok

- Guido (8/5): Relax - Struttura accogliente, stanze comode, peccato per gli infissi. Colazione ottima, la posizione del hotel vicina al centro ma bisogna prendere sempre la macchina, 10min sei al centro con macchina e tutte le conseguenze cioè trovare parcheggio I parcheggio auto un po scomodi. Siccome hotel accetta i cani benissimo, ma esternamente manca un bidone per buttare i sacchetti escrementi. La stanza accogliente con un piccolo terrazzino, nella mia stanza ho dovuto “combattere “ con la finestra scorrevole difficile da chiudere bene, se nn la si chiude ti entra il freddo. Pulizia camera accettabile

- michele (4/5): Bene ma non benissimo. - Scelta discreta della colazione Infissi da rivedere in quanto la porta balcone non si chiudeva del tutto, riscaldamento ed acqua calda non sempre funzionante, box doccia sprovvisto di guarnizioni funzionanti, guarnizione porta del bagno rotta impedendo la chiusura, lampade del bagno non del tutto funzionanti, ventole del bagno da sostituire in quanto facevano un rumore infernale, problemi di muffa.
