Maseehah (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - I really liked the rooms, quite spacious and tidy There is a night club on the top floor of the Hotel that’s bustling till the early morning hours. I didn’t like the location of the hotel and the suite was a bit dusty. The staff were not very helpful with regards to places to go to or how to get there

Bernadette (1/5): Do not stay in this hotel !! - The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. There were 2 bars and 2 nightclubs in the hotel which were not in the details. People were able to smoke in the bars and you could smell it in the rooms and the corridors. The shower cubicle in the bathroom had no door, you could see where it had been but it had obviously fallen off. The shower cubicle was full of mould and the furniture in the room had seen better days. We had booked to stay here for 4 nights but checked out after one night it was so awful.
Byron (7/5): Convenient location but noisy. - Location good for access to walk to most of top sights. Noisy location due to Mosque across street and night clubs in hotel. When they close at 2am honking for a couple hours.
aqilfaiz (4/5): Noisy Night Club Hotel but not a 4 star - The room was spacious and the location was great. 5 minutes to the Souq and around 10 minutes to other places. Lastly, the on premise free parking option was great and of the right size. Getting in and out of the parking lot was not difficult at all. Definitely not a 4 star restaurant. As soon as you enter the hotel, you don't get the 4 star hotel vibe. I have seen better 3 star hotels in USA. So, I am not sure if I call it a 2.5 star or not. However, the most frustrating thing about the stay was the NIGHT CLUB on the rooftop. It is a 15/16 stories building and we were on the middle level floor and still can hear the noise from 5 PM to all the way to 2 AM in the morning. If you need peaceful sleep, then this is definitely not a place for you.

Les chambres sont spacieuses propres Le personnel fait un bon travail pour séparer les personnes de l’hôtel qui séjourne et les personnes qui vont uniquement en soirée pour le gestion de l’ascenseur, c’est parfait. seul bémol petit problème avec l’eau chaude, j’ai passé mon séjour à faire des douches froides 😅 deuxième petit bémol l’isolation Car au Rooftop lors des fêtes et des soirées nous entendons tout.

CRAIG (2/5): Too noisy - cold water - ineffective staff - Is walking distance to main Souk Some staff were friendly and helpful Room was very large as suits 1. NOISE NOISE NOISE !!! Lift constant beeping and road car horns all night plus noise on site from a 14th floor bar til after 2am - despite ear plugs feel base and disturbed by noise. The hotel needs new windows with sound proofing and consider the risks of hosting a loud night club. Hotels are for guests to rest and sleep. 2. Cold water - despite complaining twice - cold showers not fun when it’s cooler outside 3. Reception staff male was useless and lied to me when complaining about the cold water and noise - pure lip service. Defo needs some training in customer service and hospitality
Said (8/5): Execellent locations and good size rooms. - Excellent size rooms/location near the corniche/Souq Waqif/Both Musuems/Mina District so very ideal. Fridge/Minibar could of been colder to store drinks/water. Would of been nice to offer Middle Eastern Food at the hotel.

Michel (5/5): - Le petit déjeuner L'emplacement Nous avons dû demander un changement de chambre car celle qui nous avait été proposée au 14eme étage était très bruyante car a proximite du rooftop ou se déroule des fêtes. Nous avons eu ensuite une chambre au 4eme étage beaucoup plus calme. Le mobilier de l'hôtel est vieillissant et l'ensemble de l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement...

The staff and their actions were not honest, once we arrived the hotel they informed us that there will be Noise bar song from 10:00 pm until 3:00 AM which they did not mention it before. Cleaning service actually was poor not much clean, heat issue inside the toilet the maintenance could not solve it. I do not really highly recommend families visit this place speacially arabic people

Muhammet (1/5): Zero! - The location of the facility is within walking distance to many museums and tourist attractions. First of all, the furniture was very old and dirty. The overall cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. There were human hairs on the beds and stains on the towels. The tea provided in the room was not sealed; the packages were already opened, which meant they were exposed to dust and bacteria. There was a nightclub in the building, and loud music was playing throughout the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep. Additionally, the elevators were poorly maintained and had an unpleasant smell. In general, there was a bad odor throughout the entire building. Moreover, despite having available rooms, early check-in was not offered for customer satisfaction. Instead, for only 6–7 hours of early check-in, I was charged double the price.

ESRA (7/5): - The staff were very helpful. When we mentioned that our room was very noisy, they arranged a new room for us. They also kept our luggage at the hotel after we checked out. They were helpful and friendly. It is not really a family friendly hotel. There is a nightclub on the first floor and top floor of the hotel, so there is loud music until 2 a.m. The elevators has smell of cigarette. The rooms are very big, but the furniture is old and dirty. The duvets and pillows are not comfortable. The furniture is the same as in the pictures, but as I mentioned, it is old and the chairs are covered in stains. Unfortunately, the rooms do not meet the standards of a four-star hotel. The smell of the cleaning products used in the first room we stayed in was quite unpleasant, and we had trouble breathing. Disappointed.

Dr Rehan (8/5): - The rooms were big and clean. Staff were helpful and cooperative. The hotel has four bars and a night club which has visitors from 7 pm until to 2:00 AM. You can hear music in the room beneath several floors. Not ideal to stay with family with children, as there can be long queues in the reception at above hours. If using the lift during the evening times you could be with someone drunk.

I took the king suite and yet there were crumbs on the sofa, the toilet was not flushing properly. There were two hijab pins in the sofa and till almost 01 00 I could hear loud music.

Mohammad Nahis (6/5): Not very good. - It is clean and has a small mosque next to it. Location is good, walking to Souq Waqif around 13mins. The note has many bars and a night club. Too much noise at the evening and you can’t sleep unless after 2am! Service is average. Smell of reception is not good and affected by kitchen on same floor. Reception is small.

Anwar (7/5): - موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من سوق واقف والمتحف الوطني والإسلامي. حجزت جناح ل 3 أشخاص غرفة واسعة ونظيفة. وشكرا لموظفة الاستقبال وفرت سريرين وسرير الصوفى موقف السيارات تحت الفندق ضيق للسيارات الكبيرة والمواقف خارج الفندق محدودة. سرير الصوفى غير مريح نهائيا سواء للجلوس او النوم. مراتب الأسرة تحتاج إلى تغيير... غير مريحه نوعا ما.
