Only thing the stands out was the breakfast hours. - It was our first stop on a two week get away and it was a good start to a GREAT two weeks' vacation. Nice, comfortable environment. Not sure why the weekend breakfast starts later than the rest of the week. Weekend travelers want to get going just as weekday travelers do.

David (10/5): You can't find a nicer hotel with friendly staff! - The staff was friendly, not just to me , but to everyone I seen they talked to. Breakfast was good and the staff was right on thingsit if there was a problem or issue. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. I didn;t use any other public area other than the lobby and breakfast areas. The bed had a hump in the bed that took awhile to find a comfortable spot to sleep on and the pillows were not firm enough for me (both typical things in hotels). The hotel price seemed a bit high, but in a small town like French Lick, In, I really can't complain at all about it! I will be back in the future I am sure!

Carol (9/5): - Young girl at the desk couldn't find our reservation, even though, I had a booking number on Booking.com. On Saturday morning, the young man who working behind the guest check-in desk, with a piercing in his nostrils and two big round open piercings in his ear lobes, came over to the breakfast counter, beside me, while I was heating up my oatmeal in the microwave. He picked up my cup of water and said, "Is this yours? If not, I am going to throw it away". He was totally out of line touching my water at all. I chalked it up to him being a complete idiot. I replied, "Yes." I recommend you retrain those two young people on checking the reservations properly, and not touching anyone's drink. I was dumbfounded by his stupidy. Carol Wesley

Stephen (5/5): A good cost effective place to stay in French Lick but could use some basic/easy improvements. - Front desk staff needs improvement. Morning person nowhere to be found on checkout. This was my second stay in 3 weeks and the same person was outside the building both times at checkout instead of at the desk.

Jakob (9/5): Better than most stays - Staff very friendly. Very new and updated facilities. Breakfast could use a couple more hot options but was good. The room was overall very clean but the shower smelled a little mildewy

Elizabeth (4/5): - I liked the young man who worked behind the desk. He was nice. I also liked the room i stayed in and how comfortable the beds were. The breakfast really lacks options. There were dats my daughter could only eat 1 thing. The waffle batter was out at 730am on a sunday. I waited for half an hour for scrambled eggs for my kids and they never brought anymore out. The breakfast area is very crowded. The pool was absolutely freezing. And the staff acted like it was an issue that i was there and asked a simple question. And the pull out bed didnt even have any blankets or pillows to go with it, which should be standard in a room that had it. I disnt like that the bathroom door didnt lock and felt less private. I also didnt like that the kitchen only had a spatula, so my mac and cheese was hard to strain and i had to use a metal spoon to scrape it out. So hope theres no scratched to your pot!

Richard (8/5): - Was convient to where we wanted to visit. The power went out to no fault of the hotel but weren't too concerned about their customers feelings about it except to offer them a flash light.
Tiffany (1/5): Pool shut down with no advanced notice - Clean and up to date. Pool was closed and no notification was given. No accommodations or discounts were given to the splash pad or anywhere else with a pool. Really disappointed!

Mary (9/5): Nice stay. - Very clean and comfortable room. Close to several food choices and the casino. Breakfast was good. The bathroom door squeaks terribly so we reported it directly to the front desk. Hopefully it will be fixed before the room is rented again.
