• YVES (3/5): Auf Wiedersehen ! - L’emplacement et le parking L’arrivée devant une machine. Machine qui ne fonctionne que très lentement. Elle m’a fait payer deux fois. Heureusement le patron s’en est aperçu et a semble-t-il fait le remboursement. Chambre décor froid, pas de bouilloire, pas de miroir en pieds. Déception car je connaissais l’hôtel il y à deux ans.

• Denise (10/5): We stayed for one night and everything worked out great! Lovely hotel, and great service - The owner/manager was very helpful and friendly to us. We liked everything about it. The breakfast was delicious too.
• shenhav (8/5): מיקום מעולה במרכז עיר עם חניה. צ׳ק אין עצמאי, בעייתי מאוד. - המיקום מעולה ויש חניה נוחה. חדר גדול. תהליך הצ׳ק במכונה ( ובמייל) לא עבד וביזבזנו על זה זמן רב. כדי ״לפתור״את הבעיה ולקבל מפתח, נאלצנו לשלם 100 יורו נוספים שמאוחר יותר, קיבלנו עליהם זיכוי. בהזמנה היה כתוב שזמן פינוי החדר הוא 11:00. בפועל, בשעה 10:30 באו לפנות אותנו בצורה שאינה נעימה. אין מעלית במלון והחדר מואר בבוקר.

• sugahara (7/5): いい雰囲気の部屋での一泊となりました - 部屋は清潔でちょっと雰囲気のある木造の部屋でした．DBの駅からも近く，市内の観光ポイントからもそれほど離れておらず宿泊場所としては便利でした．朝食も大変おいしくいただきました． チェックインの機械がドイツ語しか表示がなく，スマホで翻訳しながら必要事項を入力するので非常に手間がかかりました．できれば駅の発券機のように多言語（せめて英語）表記に切り替えられると助かります．

• Hugo (7/5): C'est un hôtel qui m'a dépanné, car mon premier hôtel m'a faux bond. - Le check-in autonome est top, surtout si on arrive un peu tard. Le personnel est prévenant et propose ses services (petit-déjeuner). Le prix très élevé du petit déjeuner. Le choix des chambres pars rapport aux photos sur booking (deux lits simples collé pour un faire un lit double).

• Dana (10/5): A Fairytale Stay in the Heart of History - would gladly come again - Breakfast was lovely, with fresh eggs made to order alongside a well-stocked buffet. The owner was amusing and fun to talk to, and we enjoyed learning so much from him about the area. The historic house itself was quirky and fun, filled with beautiful details. The location was absolute Perfection. After breakfast, we strolled through the most enchanting, storybook town I have ever seen. Since we had arrived in the dark the night before, stepping out into the streets the next morning felt like walking straight into a surprise fairytale. I would definitely stay here again, and plan to linger in this town much longer. I learned that Booking.com’s marketing can be a bit misleading, and it’s important for travelers to know this in advance. Booking.com advertises “free breakfast” with the properties, but that doesn’t apply if you book the cheapest bargain rate. Once I arrived, it made perfect sense that I had to pay extra for breakfast, so I wasn’t upset — but I was disappointed that this detail was glossed over on the website in order to secure the booking. My other bit of advice: if you’d like a larger room, call the hotel directly. You won’t get the bargain-basement price the website offers, but you’ll be much more comfortable.

• Daniela (1/5): Katastrophal - Das Personal war relativ freundlich. Bitte meidet diese Unterkunft. Es ist das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war. Die Hellhörigkeit sowohl zu den Nachbarn als auch zur Straße ist mehr als eine Unverschämtheit. Man hört jedes einzelne Wort, sowohl nebenan als auch vor dem Fenster. Dadurch das die Straße direkt vor dem Hotel verläuft haben wir nicht eine Minute geschlafen. Es war eine wirklich grauenvolle Nacht, für Menschen auf der Durchreise eine wirkliche Katastrophe. Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch. Die Brötchen stehen morgens in einer offenen Kiste vor dem Haus. Schön, für alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner, die mal langstreunern. Ein paar ältliche Gurkenscheiben. Schwarze Bananen. Dosenobst. Zu schön... Die Bedienung ist immerhin freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt und hat einen Parkplatz (kostet 10 Euro) - das war für uns das Buchungskriterium. Ist jedoch definitiv nicht nötig, man findet in der ganzen Stadt freie Parkplätze. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich kann nur abraten hier zu nächtigen. Wir werden sehr gern wieder nach Rothenburg kommen, aber auf gar keinen Fall in diese Unterkunft.

• Jason (10/5): Great stay for a family with young kids - We had a wonderful stay here as a family of five. The hotel is in an excellent location with great walkability — we were able to easily explore the town on foot. Breakfast was very good and a great start to the day, especially for a family. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Having parking available was also a big plus and made everything very convenient. We would happily stay here again.

• Frank (8/5): Hist. Haus, gute Lage mit Parkplatz, sehr freundliche Wirte, gutes Frühstück, klein und schlicht. - Ein historisches Haus, kurz hinter dem Stadttor. Um es zu erreichen muss man nicht durch die schwer mit dem Auto zu befahrene Innenstadt. Unmittelbar gegenüber des Hotel befindet sich ein Parkplatz, den wir mit 10 €/tgl. nicht als teuer empfanden. Da das Haus sehr alt ist, ist es auch verschachtelt und verfügt über keinen Aufzug. Unser Zimmer war klein und schlicht aber zweckmäßig, eingerichtet und sehr sauber, - wie das gesamte Hotel. Die Wirte waren ausgesprochen freundlich, das von Ihnen bereitete Frühstück sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war recht klein und lag leider direkt an einer kopfsteingedeckten Straße, auf der schon früh die Autos rumpelten. Für die Ausstattung des Hotels fanden wir den Preis recht hoch.

La camera non vale il prezzo pagato; non è nell'edificio principale; è ubicata al secondo piano senza ascensore ed è priva di ogni confort. Anche il personale alla reception si è mostrato poco disponibile ed anche scortese anche in considerazione del fatto che siamo due persone anziane.

• Thorsten (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt in beeindruckender Altstadt - Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen , sodass das Auto stehen bleiben konnte. Das Zimmer war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich , offen und hilfsbereit ! Der Wasserdruck war etwas niedrig: Insbesondere das Warmwasser hatte es schwer seinen Weg zu finden. In unserem Doppelzimmer fehlte eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit (Stuhl oder Sessel) .

• Maja (8/5): Ich war sicher nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel. Wirklich super nette Leute! - Wir waren wirklich voll in der Altstadt, der Weihnachtsmarkt nicht weit, wir konnten auch immer wieder schnell unsere Einkäufe ins Zimmer bringen. Eine bessere Lage kann man sich gar nicht wünschen. Vielleicht der Strassen-/Autolärm. Wegen dem Kopfsteinpflaster-Belag hat man die Autos doch gut gehört. Aber für zwei Nächte ist das kein Problem und zum Glück hat es nicht viele Zimmer zur Strasse hinten hinaus.
• Sandra (8/5): Charming, family run within the old center - Breiterle is a charming, family run hotel. The location is very convenient and in the historical district. The stairs are a bit creaky, but that adds to the overall charm. My single room was adequate and recently remodeled-another pillow would have been a nice addition. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh eggs are available (and the owner remembers your order). Definitely worth a second visit. All the toiletries were highly fragranced and another pillow would be nice. There’s no reception after 6pm so no where to socialize with other guests.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt total in Ordnung. Alles sauber und schöne gemütliche Einrichtung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch lecker und es wurde des öfteren gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. War allles in Ordnung.

Es muss nicht immer 4 Sterne sein :-) - Für einen Wochenendtrip ist der Aufenthalt im Breiterle vollkommen in Ordnung, das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Badezimmer auch vollkommen ausreichend. Personal freundlich und gut aufgelegt. Die alte Treppe nach oben hat einen gewissen Charme Das Frühstück war / ist etwas spartanisch, da kann man noch dran arbeiten. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung Wie schon erwähnt, das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.

Mike, the owner was very personable and shared about his life during our breakfasts when he was making us eggs straight from his farm! The bathroom was the size of a recreational vehicle bathroom- we laughed about how we would turn around in the tiny shower. No place to put the toiletries as you got ready.
