• Юлия (7/5): - Вилла большая, видно конечно что виды повидавшая, бассейн отличный, чистый, с джакузи. Постельное белье и полотенца для душа и бассейна меняли каждый день. Кровати удобные, матрасы не продавлены. Были проблемы с водой, проблему устраняли быстро. Убирались хорошо. Вода в кулере всегда есть, бутылки меняют, утюг, стиральная машина, посуда - все есть. Но расположение-это конечно треш, Это жопа мира, без такси ни куда не добраться, 7/11 расположен почти в километре, пройти надо мимо пустыря - свалки, одна вечером точно не пойдешь, вилла минимум на 10 человек, значит в аренду надо брать микроавтобус, в шаговой доступности море, но это помойка , к нему даже подойти нельзя, вонь стоит несусветная. Рядом нет ни какой инфраструктуры, что бы покушать и погулять по городу надо ехать минимум 25 минут.

Ежедневная уборка, бассейн теплый, чистый, хороший интернет, на кухне есть все не обходимое, бывало даже на море не ездили , кайфовали на басике с детьми ))) комплекс из Вилл- не далеко от главной улицы . В общем Советую - расположение супер , на ресепшен все очень отзывчивые , решают любой вопрос .

• Steve (1/5): Complete misrepresentation of photos, a complete dump, stay away - This resort is a sham, the advertised photos bear no resemblane to the actual accommodation which was so bad that I didn't stay and opted to find alternative accommodation. The villa was dirty, dark, run down, obviously hadn't been renovated in decades, the kind of place you'd wipe your feet on the way out. The advertised pictures are a complete sham and total misrepresentation, I wouldn't recommend this place to my sworn enemy, stay away.

We loved the space and that we could stay together as a family in the house. There was no noise and disturbances. Everything was great about the house, we just did not like that the beds were so hard. The beds were big and well kept. The beds could use mattress toppers which would help.

Pour avoir les villa modernes,il faut louer la villa 4 chambres sinon vous vous retrouverai dans les villas du fond avec un petite piscine. Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits et nous avons demandé de changer de villa à 4 chambres avec le surplus bien sûr mais plus de place apparemment mais disponible sur le booking...😕 Du coup nous ne sommes pas resté. Nous avons demandé un remboursement au moins pour 2 nuits et le responsable n'était pas du tout arrangeant...Je lui ai dit que les photos ne ressemblaient pas du tout à la maison où on été et il a dit que le booking mettait plus en valeurs les plus grosses maisons sur le site... Du coup maison loué pour 3 nuits pour rien,de plus il avait mis une forte reduction pour attiré les clients mais cela ne vaut pas le vrai tarifs. J'ai quand même envoyé une demande de remboursement par mail en précisant vouloir quand même honoré une nuit sans y etre resté mais négatif.

• David (4/5): Une grande déception - Ce logement a été une vraie déception. 1/ la climatisation de la chambre du fond ne fonctionnait pas. 2/ pour accéder a cette chambre il fallait passer par une salle de bain qui faisait donc office de couloir 3/ la seconde chambre avec SDB donnait directement sur la cuisine et le salon. Bien mais avec une porte coulissante, aucune isolation phonique. Donc aucune intimité possible 4/ cette seconde salle de bain est à refaire car des fils électriques sont apparents et aucune place pour poser ses affaires. 5/ la « piscine » est vraiment très petite

• Isabella (1/5): Aggressive management and try to get money out of everything - Aggressive management, no hot water in all the bathrooms of the 7 bedroom villa (which is not in this address but at another address far away) when reported they came to fix immediately after 20 min, but they could not fix it so decided to stop reporting and just keep doing the cold shower also because of the bad reviews that all the guests are leaving. Best surprise at the checkout when we discovered that because we consumed some beers with a mark from them and replaced with same beer bought at the supermarket they didn’t accept the subtistution and charged us 70 thb per beer. Had the feeling they try to get money out of everything, they prepared at the checkout a bag full of the same beers and with very aggressive words, keep saying please report in the reviews I don’t care if you leave the review, and without letting me talk and without replying to the question if they can show where was written that they don’t accept the same beer as substitute Phone call is recorder and I’m ready to share here if management tries to lie about the tone of the conversation. Even if the house is not super bad, but average, no luxury at all and swimming pool facing the street and completely in the shadow I would not recommend to stay because of the way they manage it. Also found a strategy to not show the low rating of the villas managed by not differentiating the listings

The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Its just a short walk ok from a decent beach and a nice night market. some properties have rock hard matresses, the kitchen utensils were a health hazard if used, some places were moldy and otherwise unpleasant. The pictures did not at all match the property (i had the 1 bedroom 2 person property, and even on my reservation there were no pictures of it, only of other properties.

We booked last minute as circumstances changed and had to stay in Pattaya an extra night. Excellent price! The pool was amazing. Very big and clean. Master bedroom was huge and en suites in every room as well as downstairs toilet. Washing machine was a bonus too! Felt very safe and secure garage with automatic gate and outside area was massive with very nice area to sit and relax. Short walk to 7-11. Ordered a take away very easily for dinner on grab app. Only mention would be to be careful around the pool area with children as the tiles become very slippy when wet. Cockroach as an extra guest in the bedroom but as to be expected in a tropical country. Mattress in master bedroom wasn't the comfiest, but at the price, we paid cant complain for one night.

Unfortunately the pictures in the booking site were old so the property was in fact a lot more worn out that we expected. Pool had many sharp edges as the tile grout was nonexistent. The tableware was insufficient and there were no oil, salt or pepper for cooking (you could buy those from reception but I would have thought they were included). In conclusion a bit pricey for the quality.
