Staff were welcoming and helpful. It's in the financial district so is very quiet during the weekend and in particular in August. There's a little supermarket two minutes away to stock your fridge up with. Breakfast was continental style with enough variety. I would happily stay here again.

They have stove and the grocery store is at the corner and I was able to cook at least breakfast the AC was good and they have laundry room very convenient I was there 3 days and I wash all the dirty clothes before we fly to Italy.

• Joane (10/5): Great - Overall, great place to stay. The apartment is very nice and cozy. Reception was very friendly and proactive in resolving issues. My only negative was the aircon - we felt nothing and we had 38 degrees days which were very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was great.

• Hoi (10/5): 很贊的酒店 - 很不錯的三星apart hotel，小廚房很整潔，煮食用具和餐具齊全，微波爐清潔度可接受。浴室輕微發黃，情況尚可。客廳的布藝梳化床有點舊，輕微影響舒適度，但不影響使用。酒店正對面的韓國餐廳Kupbap開至晚上十時，方便晚歸旅客。附近法國餐廳L’Angle(290m)食物也中規中矩，開至晚上十時，值得一試。距離酒店350m的carrefour city便利店開至晚上十點，開在街角處，非常好找。酒店步行到Esplamade de la Defense地鐵站700m，這個地鐵站是zone 1-5車費尾二站，車費非常實惠。這間酒店非常適合小家庭入住，員工態度也非常友善。值得欣賞！

I had a nice stay and will definitely return. The staff are kind expect from one receptionist. She is rude and very unwelcoming unfortunately.

• Laís (10/5): - Gostamos do apart hotel pois teve excelente custo benefício, nos permitiu jantar 2 dias no quarto e tomar café todos os dias de forma prática porque na rua da frente tem um Carrefour que vende coisas semi prontas. Então vc pode comprar e terminar no quarto, também compramos cápsulas e usamos na cafeteira já existente do quarto. Na recepção tem salgadinhos e cápsulas de café um pouco mais caro que no mercado mas num valor bom caso vc pegue o mercado fechado ou saia muito cedo. Tbm tem bebedouro na recepção. O quarto também tem outros itens básicos de cozinha, o aquecimento do quarto funciona muito bem, as janelas isolam qualquer barulho, cama e travesseiros confortáveis e o banheiro tem bom espaço, também tem secador de rolhas e de cabelo. Um item a destacar para as mulheres principalmente rsrs: os hotéis na Europa tem colocado apenas um líquido no box que serve pra tudo, corpo, rosto e cabelo. Então é bom comprar um shampoo e um condicionador de tamanho de viagens que cumprem mesmo essa função. E um sabonete de rosto. O metrô está a 10 min andando. O hotel fica numa area de prédios comerciais nova e moderna. Tem muitas lojas e restaurantes que funcionam mais durante semana. Fim de semana sem empresas trabalhando algumas coisas fecham. Da pra se locomover bem de metrô e o mercado é próximo, também tem MC Donalds e outras lojinhas próximas em um centro comercial e empresarial. A rua do hotel tranquila. Está a uns 30 min de metro dos pontos turísticos de Paris principais.

The Metro Train is very clean and a 10 minute walk to take you anywhere you want to visit in Paris and surrounding areas. The staff is considerate, kind and front desk is open 24/7. I enjoyed my first time in France and would recommend to stay here for anyone wanting to getaway and relax after a long day of walking and embracing the iconic sights and sounds of Paris and it's surrounding areas. I would stay there again.

• giuseppe (10/5): Adagio aparthotel parigi la defence - Viaggio in Famiglia. 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Esperienza più che positiva. Struttura : moderna, sempre pulita e con camere spaziose. Servizi : reception sempre presente, servizi extra disponibili : acqua gratuita, bevande, giochi per bambini. Posizione : in pienza zona defence. Zona tranquilla per famiglie, 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Con la linea 1 della metro in 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro di parigi e le zone di maggior interesse turistico. Poco consigliato a chi cerca la movida notturna, raggiungibile a piedi dall'hotel.

Not a huge amount but enough to be mildly annoying. Notified the staff but there was no chance for them to send someone to take care of it while we were there.

• Anna (8/5): - Nice hotel for reasonable price. There weren't a lot of restaurants/shops nearby since it's a business district, but the area was quiet and very walkable to the metro stop. The price was economical, but meant paying extra to get fresh towels. The staff were nice and helpful, the room was clean and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.
• Hoo (10/5): - Hotel room was very clean, spacious and well-designed. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, glasses and cutleries were provided) and clean bathroom. We were a group of four staying in the 2 double beds connecting rooms. The rooms were both facing the courtyard with a balcony. Check-in was great too, the receptionist, Sunny was very polite, kind and accommodating. All other staffs we met were nice too! We felt safe in the area with just 10 minutes walk to the metro station. If you are looking for a stay out of the busy central Paris and a quiet neighbourhood, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s on M1 line so I thought it was quite convenient.

• Bradley (10/5): - A great little hotel, with rooms that contain small well-stocked kitchens. Puteaux is a nice quiet clean area with Ubers available, and Metro stop only 10 mins walk away. Felt like a small rural town, but right next to financial “La Defense” area that has shopping and more. I was doubtful about booking because I felt it was too far out of central Paris, but it’s fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Complaints: TV didn’t seem to work. A channel would get fuzzy after only a few minutes. No vent in the bathroom, so a lot of steam build up. Maybe a little dim in the rooms, but all these things fairly minor. Internet speed was solid. And windows opened widely. I’d return for sure.

Quartier calme, options de restauration très sympa à quelques minutes à pied. Bonne batterie de cuisine, que finalement, je n'ai pas utilisé. Bémol : pas d'eau chaude dans le robinet de la salle de bain, l'impossibilité de régler le thermostat (je suis revenue de mon séjour avec un rhume), l'eau de la douche pas très chaude.
• Patricia (10/5): La Defense - This was our first place to stay in France and a 5 out of five as the best. We had requested 2 beds several months ahead and checked in 5 minutes after check in time. Their parking was hard to find and elevators from parking was difficult to find. BUT we were given two adjoining suites for the same price as our original booking. Construction was going on but they respected the guests. There is a mini mart, with beer and wine, one small block down and wonderful restaurants the other way just walking.

• Alison (6/5): Disappointed - We knew it was going to be basic, and we're happy as long as it was clean. We booked 2 x inter connecting rooms so my teenager had his own room. There was plenty of space, and they had a small kitchen. The staff were friendly upon check-in. The rooms are only serviced if you stay 8 nights or more and there is a charge if you want your towels changed. The one pillow you are provided with is as flat as a pancake, so I didn't get a decent night's sleep in the 5 nights We stayed. I asked 3 times for an extra pillow, but it never appeared. We also had to ask for loo roll, which I felt didn't go down too well. The TV had loads of channels, but only about 3 worked as there was 'no signal'. The channels that worked were either French or CNN. It is very quiet, so that's a plus. There is a Carriefour at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel. If you turn left and left at the end of the block, you will find a Dominoes. I wouldn't stay in La Defense again as there isn't really anywhere to eat. The restaurant across the road is barely open. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel either due to the fact that you ask something for three times and still not get it. I didn't feel it was an unreasonable request.
• Ngai Chung (2/5): Disappointed - The hotel is not comfortable. The vending machine for water and drinks is out of order. Don’t trust the hotel staff to hire your a taxi on behalf of you. They had a booked a very bad taxi for me. The driver had overcharged me 100% on the taxi fare. The hotel still not reply me the taxi company information on resolving it. Not helpful at all and gave tourist a extremely bad image.

• Vasilena (10/5): Great place - Great location in a quiet safe area near a metro station La Defense M1 /yellow line/...10 min walk. Carrefour City nearby / 1min walk/. Helpful staff, clean studio, fully equipped kitchen...everything was perfect. Keep in mind that if you stay for less than 8 days, there will be no visit from a housekeeper
• Carlos E Gonzalez (8/5): - Nice place for a short stay, clean confortable, well equipes kitchen and well situated. Amenities were basic and I was a bit surprised that there was no room cleaning for stays 7 days or less. We got 2 communicating studios which allowed separate spaces for parents and kids which was a nice feature. Personnel was courteous and helpful giving indications an even making copies. I recommend and would definitely come back.
• Keith (8/5): - Good location. 10-minute walk to LaDefense Emplanade Metro Station. Easy trip to the Louve or La Chatel transfer station. Short walk to grocery. Good value for mini apartment hotel.
• Ramy (2/5): - The Hotel is putting rules that are ridiculous as giving a quota for the towels & toilet papers . No cleaning the room except after one week . In relay the hotel charge is high & don't comply to that stander of treatments . Expedia is considered un professional as all these deficits of services has to considered when advertising . The matter is not just selling nor giving your customer the whole picture to the Hotel facilities & conditions that may not familiar to accept
• Ahmed (10/5): Awesome 10/10 - A great value for money, the room is clean, big and well equipped, the stuff are friendly, The location is very good, The neighborhood is very safe and quite with many close markets and restaurants , located in the business area of Paris ,not so far from center (20 to 25 minutes by public transport), 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (esplanade de la défense) and 15 minutes walk to la défense train station (it has a metro station as well and big shopping mall). overall a great stay, definitely will stay there again when go to Paris
• Shravya (8/5): Value for money! - It was an okay experience! The location was good, well-connected to Paris, but the apartment room was okay. Not great front desk or service. The comfort was there but were lacking a few amenities which could have made it better

• Tetiana (6/5): This hotel is just nothing special - Nothing special, neither charming nor stylish, good enough. I wander why this hotel has such a high review. Floor in bathroom was always wet from shower. On a positive side - quite and darkness during the night.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Satisfied! Would stay here again - I stayed here for one week and overall had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean upon arrival. Front desk staff were pleasant as well. Only negative thing to say is we were told our room was going to be cleaned during the stay which ended up not happening, but it wasn't the end of the world. We ended up asking the front desk for more towels and toilet paper which they promptly gave us. I would stay here again for sure and recommend this hotel for others.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel Adagio access La Défense Puteaux. To begin, the Check-In and Check-Out processes at the hotel were quick and efficient. My studio apartment was large and comfortable with a balcony that had amazing views. It was one of the best laid out rooms I’ve ever been in. I must admit I had a hard time leaving the apartment because it was so amazing. Also, the apartment came with a decent-sized kitchenette and bathroom. Beyond the room, the staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Everyone I was in contact with spoke English or tried to. They made my stay at Aparthotel a truly memorable experience. However, the one thing I would consider when choosing this hotel is the walk to the Metro. Getting to the nearest station, Esplanade La Defense, was a trek. It involved walking up three levels of stairs and then crossing a bridge that spanned a highway below it. I would not recommend anyone with health issues trying to walk to the Metro from the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Paris!
