- Amy (4/5): - If you are not a member of their hotel frequent stay club they are only interested in charging you 10 euros per hour for early check in and forget about late check out, they will require you book another night even if you need a few extra hours. They tell you housekeeping cannot accommodate the late check out but I found it odd that they had a room ready if you wanted to pay full price for another night. My key was turned off at 10:45 even though check out was at 11 and had to go wait in line for staff to turn it back on when I got locked out of my room. Check in took about a 1/2 hour wait in line. Staff seem really unhappy to be working. The washroom had mould in the corner of the shower that was clearly not cleaned for while. Rooms are just ok for an airport hotel.

- Sarah (4/5): Not great at all and over priced - We arrived at 6.50pm and the check in que was 5 deep and took nearly an hour. A tour guide even jumped it and check 4 passengers in. The room was then not equipped with the extra bed for my child which I had to request at reception and took 30mins to be delivered. The aircon was nearly inconsistent and we baked all night. We paid €180 for a hotel that is still a taxi to the terminal and no breakfast which is extremely expensive with very little value.

- David (8/5): Hungry Traveler - Nice property. The only drawback was when I checked in I was told that the restaurant was open to midnight. When I showed up at 9:30 they said it closed in a few minutes and I could try the bar or room service. Turns out they stopped serving food in general. Evidently they closed for some type of cleaning. They might have wanted to share that with the front desk, put out a sign, etc.

- Erwin (8/5): - Unfortunately the bathroom was quite dirty. The hotel restaurant was overpriced. And the elevator didn't seem to work with the card that was provided. Although our experience in the hotel was mediocre, the one thing that was convenient was the bus's and shuttle system being twenty yards away from the front entrance of the hotel, which allowed easy access to your terminal.
- Grace (4/5): - Was a nice property. I had the cleaning people come into my room everyday without knowing during my stay, sometimes even as I was either changing or sleeping! That was a first. I also thought it was free parking on the grounds but I was charged $20.00 on my last night to park. I didn’t like that. The front desk was wonderful as well as the staff for breakfast service and bar services otherwise.

- Deborah (10/5): - It is extremely clean, comfortable and has great toiletries. The waters and sodas in the room were complimentary at the time of my stay. The restaurant on site seemed expensive but it is a quick walk to the airport terminal to the grocery and quick serve dining options. Of note: The courtyard between the terminal and the hotel is cobblestone, which could be difficult if you need accessibility or have heavy luggage.

- Patrick (10/5): - Excellent location near CDG - hotel property itself very nice and would definitely return, however the common area between hotel entrance and the tram station was nasty. Cigarette butts, beer cans, broken glass and an abundance of derelicts that create a menacing environment. Property owners of the area hotels and local government should work together to clean things up.
- Debra (4/5): - We arrived at 11 pm. Very slow checkin process. Got to room. Ants in toilet area. Could not drain bathtub for my family member to shower. Called for help, no one on the phone could understand English. Room was dusty. They told us a shuttle would pick us up the next morning for a ride to the airport. We waited and waited. Then we found out we were to walk across the street to the train. Will not stay there again!

- Joseph (8/5): - Great value, proximity to CDG, etc. Two things: if you have luggage, transporting more than two pieces on the CDG tram will be difficult and you’ll pay top price for a lift or cab. Second, breakfast is excellent but there is no hôtel store or vending and the restaurant sees itself as gourmet, so lighter meals will have to be taken at the airport. On Sunday this could be problematic.

My only complaint was the room service app did not work and the food itself when it arrived was a little disappointing-and I paid for a dessert and never received it…Although I have to say it was very late in the evening, I’m sure the staff did their best.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Our stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. We ended up here due to a flight cancellation, but several issues made our experience far from satisfactory. Firstly, our room had an unpleasant odour, reminiscent of cigarette smoke, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the shower room smelled very bad and was extremely basic, lacking the amenities we would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The most disappointing part of our stay was the lack of customer care. We were staying at the hotel on the eve of my wife’s birthday, which had already been disrupted by the flight cancellation. I reached out multiple times via email, phone, and in person to see if the hotel could assist with organising a small birthday cake to make the day special despite the circumstances. Not only did they show no interest in helping, but I also received no response to my emails. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. While there were a lot of options available, most items were pre-made, including the pancakes and crepes, which were not fresh. Even when I approached the chef to make an omelette, I was offered a pre-made one and told to take a cold omelette instead. It would be better to have fewer options but ensure that everything is freshly prepared. The quality and freshness of the food should be a priority, and the lack of care in this area was evident. Overall, our expectations were not

There is the most outstanding enclosed pool with a sauna and steam room. There’s also a very nice weight room. The bedrooms are spacious with separate shower and toilet. Beds were comfortable. The tram to the airport is about 100 yards from the hotel.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Review - It’s the worst hotel experience during our Europe trip. The check in line was long and the process was slow. It started from 1 check in line until someone jumped the queue claiming that he’s a member. Other people behind us also started to jump to queue. The process was so messy, I suggest that the hotel should have a dedicated counter for their members otherwise everyone thinks that they can jump the queue. It took us 40 minutes to check in. There are left over plates and shopping bags outside our rooms. We called the reception and they advised that no staff is available to come and collect until the next morning. In addition, in one of our rooms, we found the bin was not thoroughly cleaned that there’s a left over Q-tip. It’s quite disgusting. Overall it’s not a pleasant stay and doesn’t match the standard of other Pullman hotels.
