- Saulo (3/5): Should have been cheeper. - There was no breakfast. The place is currently in remodel mode. Not my cup of tea. Front desk kid was very nice. Well, the TV didn't work once IT went off it was staying off. That sucked.

I booked a non-smoking room at this property, but when I arrived, the room I was shown reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. It was completely unacceptable, especially given that the booking clearly stated it was a non-smoking room.
The room was also filthy, poorly maintained, and to make things worse, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I have photos and videos to prove it.
When I raised my concerns at the front desk, the staff member agreed that the room was not acceptable and assured me that my booking would be cancelled at no charge. Based on that, I did not check in and found another place to stay.
Despite these assurances, the hotel charged me for the full stay. I’ve contacted them multiple times, directly and through the booking platform, and they refuse to issue a refund. This is dishonest and unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this place — not only are the conditions terrible, but they also lie to guests and take your money even when you don’t stay. Total scam.

- Gary (2/5): - Worst experience ever. No contest. No refrigerator or microwave oven. Broken down motel in a bad part of town. Homeless people nearby. This was absolutely not the Best Western Desert Winds motel, which according to hotels.com, was where I attempted to make a reservation. Not the former Red Roof Inn, which has fallen into needs of major gross repairs. Just bed, AC, bathroom sink, toilet, shower. That's about it. The office forgot to turn the outside lighting for parking lot & outside porch lights to rooms until 7:50 pm, nearly an hour after the sun went down. Not a restful visit for the money.

They are frouds and liars.. they make up there prices. I'm mad about it, an I want my $6 back that was taken off my card for a booking that I couldn't even stay at..

I called the company number booking.com and I couldn’t get a call for 24 hours which wouldn’t work for me because I needed to sleep to go back to work the next day.

- Levi (1/5): Need a Refund !! - nothing after I got to hotel they wanted me to pay extra $50.00 in CASH before they would give me the key. when I rented the room on line that was Not in the rental agreement!! after I waited 45min for someone to show up!! Called ×3 . after all that the person was very rude!! I do not have to deal with this kind of treatment! The Room was already paid for ! I am requesting a REFUND in for entire night! I had to find another Hotel for the night! So I didn't use my stay at this Hotel we had to go yo another Hotel for the night stay REFUND for #4729341303 #5033

There’s nothing she is going to do about it. She didn’t even give a call back so make sure not to leave anything there because you will not get it back!!

Staying here adds to the experience of staying at literally any other hotel. Everything. Rude staff, room was filthy and room stench was horrible. I thought the other reviews might have been blown out of proportion or caught the hotel on an off day but they were spot on. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and while some of those were run down, at least they were clean. There was no attempt to clean anything in our room except fresh sheets and maybe vacuuming the floor. There were stains on the wall, bathroom and TV.

There are drips of spit, nicotine and whatever else running down all the walls. I slept with a bandana over my face it smelt so bad. It is gross and nasty. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! If I was with my family we wouldn't have stayed we would have left.

Receptionist demanded to pay cash for the stay (even though it was booked with credit card). He wouldn't even talk to me before getting money. No coffer in the morning (not in the room, and other areas are closed).

He gave my husband a new shower head and tild us to replace it. Wow will never stay there again. No toilet paper in room. No housekeeping and no clean towels. Worst place we ever stayed.

- Jamarea (1/5): Horrible experience - The guy yelled at me and told me to call booking , after I showed him my reservation. He then flipped me off with the middle finger and told me to leave. Not having a room available after booking it is one thing, but yelling then telling me to leave the property is insane, I felt humiliated, embarrassed, and racially discriminated. I would never recommend this property, it needs to be investigated and shut down. I liked nothing, especially the guy who worked their and flipped me off

It's also a regular motel, highly doubt the rooms look like that (if you can get one)

- Maryline (1/5): Don’t go there - I booked the same evening looking for a quick place to sleep. In the end, I did not stay at the hotel, the owner did not want to accept the price I had paid on Booking, in addition to the fact that he did not reimburse.
The person at reception was very aggressive. I read the comments after and regret not having taken the time before. I am waiting with Booking to get a refund.
I do not recommend this place in any way, even for a quick stop during your vacation.

There were skittles stuck to the floor and the washcloth looked like it had been used for a mechanics rag in a previous life. The TV remote was missing a battery.

First I show up and he won't even talk to me without $50 Cash deposit and the welcome email said there would be $100 deposit, nothing stating that it had to be cash. I'm traveling I don't carry cash all I have are credit cards. He says he doesn't take reservations wouldn't look my name up or anything. So I left and lost my prepaid room I "slept" in my car at the reststop. what a fin dick wad

- Peter (4/5): You get what you pay for - This is definitely a bargain hotel, so you have to set your expectations accordingly. The pictures manage to make the place appear nicer than it is - it is old, but the rooms have been redone, kind of.
Issues:
- Was given wi-fi network and password, but my cell could not find the network
- Room had A/C. But it would trip the (built-in) breaker. So I had to keep resetting the breaker to get it to run.
- There was a TV, but all I ever got was snow.
- The bed was reasonably comfortable, but very noisy when you moved.

Our room was absolutely disgusting and the pictures that were advertised looked nothing like how the room actually looked. There was dirt, spills all over the walls, and it was clearly not cleaned before we arrived because there was socks and a loose pill of some sort in the room. It was supposed to be a no smoking room but reeked like smoke. The curtains were torn up, the beds were terrible, drawers were missing from the dresser, the bathroom had exposed studs with mold on it to name a few... absolutely filthy. We had to get a hotel somewhere else. Definitely avoid !!

The room could use a paint job, the room could be cleaned a bit better,the room had a distinct smell, the mini fridge was dirty, the desk was not cleaned out, under the desk there was junk and dirt, they could use some new blinds and curtains. The tenants or long term guests are usually noisy.
