The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished—more like a home than a hotel. The huge pool and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind, and the free on-site laundry is a game changer for traveling families like ours. The staff went above and beyond—super friendly and incredibly responsive to anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. We absolutely love this place and will stay here every time we’re in Roosevelt. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a true home-away-from-home vibe!

Location was convenient. Pool was very nice and big enough to swim laps. There seemed to be a lot of unauthorized users at the pool though. The door had been propped open and lots vehicles with many children that didn’t seem to be staying there were using the pool. Other than that we quite enjoyed the time we spent there. We stayed two weeks. Our first week we were in room 101 and it was absolutely perfect. Comfy bed. The second week 110 and it could use a little attention bed, bugs, and dirty carpet.

The place was clean and convenient, parking was right outside the room which made unloading super easy. good stay.

• Jason (10/5): - The check it was one of the best. So easy to just get in and get settled. The pool was great for the kids and clean. However, the kitchen was poorly stocked. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. Bare minimum dishes. I think they could invest in an actual ROKU remote that can turn the tv on and off and control the volume. They are about $7 each or two for $12.

• Darrell (10/5): - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for the price. This was a new, clean hotel with bigger rooms. We loved that it was on the main street not far from many stores and things to do. Our only regret is we had not planned to stay here long. We will be back.

The only downside is it takes a LOOOONG time for the hot water to arrive in the room. I didn’t like running so much water down the drain waiting for it to warm up. Other than that, this place is very, very nice.

The only concern was that it was a very cold evening, and after I checked in, it took about 4 hours to warm the room up to the temperature that was comfortable-but the bathtub helped me feel very comfortable.

But there was a number on the door and I called to find out they had emailed the room number and door code to me. The receptionist sent me a text with the same information. So, we were able to get into the room and relax after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet. It was a perfect place to stay. We were in Roosevelt for a funeral, and the peace was precious. I will stay there again.

What legitimate hotel does that!!?? I called Best Western in the area, and asked them if they'd ever heard of that happening. They had not. I then happily booked with them. By the way, I've always had a good experience at BW hotels.
