• Juliet (8/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodation and respectful staff. - Breakfast is fine. To prepare a bit early for 0600 breakfast time particularly if there is a group.

The Premium Suit located where there is party on top floor, you can hear everything the sounds the table and chairs moving around and the people chatting. You will always get disturbed its not sound prood room.

• Rolando (10/5): Definitely my hotel choice when in town! - Location is close to everything. Checking in and out is very easy. Room and facility is kept clean. Breakfast choices are great. Room service is amazing. Staff are exceptional.

• simon (8/5): Good fair priced hotel in good location - It has its own very large parking area, which is a blessing in Dagupan, easy to find with good access roads in and out. Check in and out very quick and easy. Room average side if booking a normal double, but enough space for a long weekends luggage. Shower very good with full range of temp to suit anyone. Aircon was sufficient for size of room and kept room at temp required even on a hot Dagupan day. Bed, although large and comfortable was incredibly squeaky, just getting into and out of bed must have given impression to neighbours of something else going on, very funny, but could have become annoying if staying longer than a weekend . Along with that, rooms not particularly sound proofed. Advice is take ear plugs

• Leonard (4/5): - The staff there wasn’t properly trained to facilitate guests, especially at night. I arrived there around 10 p.m. and there was no one to greet me nor help me with my luggage. Reception is okay. The room is okay, a bit dark, the sheets are old, the bathroom is good but you could tell that they're not deep cleaning it because the bidet, faucets, and shower heads had a mineral build-up.

• Katz (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were amazing. Very happy with their service. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Their restaurant, Cafe Feliz, is really great. The taste is great and the prices are reasonable. Wifi signal is strong. I was able to work. If slippers or cups are needed, it can be requested. Parking is also easy and the hotel location is convenient. No fridge but for the room cost, it is acceptable. Will definitely stay at this hotel when I go back to Dagupan.

• Lourdes (6/5): - It would be an advantage for you to revamp your marketing as there are not many hotels in Dagupan. We last stayed here more than 10years ago and it looks so run down as of today. Beds were creeking & water stalled many times during showering. Room was so outdate & not enough lighting. Not planning to recommend nor restay again.
• Wilson (1/5): Avoid if you can. - Not much.! No fridge in the room,no coffee or other little amenities like that,no cups or spoons. The only thing was a kettle and two glasses. What are the two glasses and a kettle? To up grade to a room with a fridge was going to cost over 1000 pasoes 😲 and only the fridge,still no amenities. Also, at breakfast, you can only get one drink per person.

• Jovenal (7/5): Decent but needs upgrade. - The staff was helpful and friendly The facility is in need of upgrading. Our bed in rm.215 squeaks a lot when you move. Our safe didn’t work and corners of our room wasn’t cleaned. Our kids liked their room so that was important.
• Esperanza (7/5): We love the place , it was our 2 nd visit / stay there while vacationing - Breakfast is good, many selections Facility is great.. though we were told when we checked in that there will be under construction where we agreed as long as not so noisy .. one day while we were resting we smelled a very strong paint so we complained & they fixed it.. they placed a big fan outside . Not enough hot water when we take a bath ..
• Brent (8/5): - Paying extra for breakfast is worthwhile; the beef tapa breakfast and bacon breakfast are very good. Be aware that cleaning will not take place without the customer present in the room. It's always hot in the Philippines; the hotel leaves windows open to common areas instead of using A/C, so bugs sometimes get in. The dining area had flies.

• Weldon (10/5): Nice room, shower is a bit slow on the hot water, Feliz restaurant is nice with great bangus in the morning. The coffee - Closeness to some in town business we attended to. We also visited Bolasi beach about 45 minutes drive away. The parking lot has to many children begging for money through the fence.

There was work of some kind going on and the smell of lacquer was overwhelming at times. The air conditioning turned off when you left the room which meant it became really hot after being out for the day. We asked for a spare key to keep it running which the staff provided..

• Calvin (8/5): - I’ve stayed at the Lenox many times. The food in the restaurant is good and a good variety. Their service is fast and they’re very courteous. The beds are average, but rooms are very clean and modern. My only complaints are the inconsistent hot water in the shower. I don’t want hot water on a hot day, but you can’t get anything but cold. Slightly warmer would be nice. The sing in the bathroom said the hot water is solar heated, that must not work at night. The other issue is, they have conference rooms on every floor. This makes for excess noise outside the guest rooms. Most hotels dedicate floors for conference rooms. We had people ring our doorbell late at night when we were trying to sleep. Overall, we like the hotel but might try some of the other ones in the area, next time.

• Calvin (8/5): - I’ve stayed here many times and I’m trying other hotels in the area this trip as well. In comparison, the Lenox is a better place. They are kind and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is decent and amenities are good. Our only complaint would be the hot water. We don’t need a hot shower, but a warm one would be nice. This most recent trip we only had cold water. The trip before, the tankless water heater kept tripping the breaker and all the lights would go out. Not a big deal, just a slight inconvenience.

I’ve been to so many 5 stars hotel but have no choice in Dagupan because the hotel is the only decent place my daughter and I can get for a couple of days. They should have been more organized staff and make sure that everything in the room is always the way is supposed to be. First and last time I would stay in this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

The hotel is located directly across from an open air trash dump, in which the hotel parking is located right next to as well - it is pretty stinky. The parking lot attendant is great to ensure you cross back over the busy street to the hotel with traffic support.
