• Clara (6/5): Good for a short stay on a budget - The beds are comfortable, the hotel has lifts which is helpful with luggage. There is a Starbucks at the bottom which is convenient too. The staff are friendly and water is available to buy cold from a fridge at reception Definitely not on the aesthetic side but to be expected from a budget hotel.

• Mar (1/5): They need maintenance and a thorough cleaning. The sheets had horrible stains, and the pillows were supposedly white but - In reality, the place has nothing to do with the photos. It’s extremely dirty, there’s a lot of humidity, and the breakfast they claim to include is just a box with food that we don’t know if it was freshly prepared.

A few help I needed were addressed immediately by the staffs available - upon registration, during check in and I found out the bathroom were clogged in then they assist me in changing my room. The bed was dirty, the were hairs under my pillow, they don’t provide plastics in the rubbish bins.

• Edgar Alfred (7/5): Gutes Kosten-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Morgenessen hat mich positiv überrascht. Es war im Buffetstil und wer Hunger hatte durchte viel schöpfen oder noch nachschöpfen. Als Vegetarier fand ich es gut, dass man sich auch ein vegetarisches Menu zusammenstellen konnte. Das Essen schmeckte überraschend gut gekocht! Es hatte einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Allerdings keinen einzigen Beutel für Kaffee bzw. für Tee im Zimmer.

• Mohammad Wafri (8/5): Pleasantly excellent - I like the hotel. Theres menteng central right in front of it. Theres also starbucks in the building and a lot of securities which make me feel safe. However, location wise perhaps a bit on the downside as most of the shops closed at 10pm. And theres no nearby indomaret or alfamart If you want buy stuff in the middle of the night.

I took breakfast for 3 EUR, which was acceptable (coffee, tea, eggs, rice, toast, butter, jam, papaya). Friendly personnel. OK for the price. There was no window in the room, no ventilation possible.

• Cristine (10/5): Pleasant stay - I recently stayed at Ibis Budget and had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the place where I had work and made commuting really easy. It also offered easy access to go anywhere around the city, which was very practical. The hotel is simple yet functional, perfect for a short and comfortable stay.

• Yasir (5/5): pass, not brilliant for a typical ibis - it's a nice clean area, however no grocery or restaurants around, no attractions nearby overall poor quality room for an isbis, not such a catch pricewise, the hard mattress wasn't comfy, had to go to counter to reactivate access card everyday, the most annoying thing was that there was another ibis that had the same name about 2km away (same area), so ended up booking transportation to the wrong location
