- chtown2017 (8/5): Decent bargain priced hotel - This is a nice little hotel. Great price. It’s not really fancy but it doesn’t have a cheap look either. They give you the tiny bar a soap and that’s a pet peeve of mine. Two people trying to shower on a sliver of soap makes no sense. The TV is all local. There is no safe in the room. There isn’t a lot within walking distance. The breakfast provided is fine for a light breakfast. Just don’t expect a huge hearty buffet.

- Phachakorn (2/5): - The first day when I checked in, there was no tissue paper in the room, so I asked if there was tissue paper available for me. They replied that tissues are very expensive, usually customers use them for a week (I was staying for 3 nights). Another thing is housekeeping, she always knocks the door, so I was asking her what happened? She said do I want to clean the room? I said no thank you, She made a dissatisfied face to me. and answered me, I had to put a sign saying do not disturb. I agree. I understand. The next day the housekeeping Came back and knocked the door very loudly again After I've hung the sign, she asked me again, Do I need to clean the room?, I said no!!!!!!! She did it every morning, this is my very bad experience after I haven't returned to my hometown, Ubon Ratchathani for 6 years.

Breakfast is good! The location is also good, close to restaurants and coffeeshops, there's also a Seven Eleven and KFC near by. Staffs didn't speak much english but most of the communication was ok and Google Translate is very helpful 👍

He also shipped the watch I had forgotten to the new hotel for free. The toilet clogged on the third day. Room cleaning poor and without timetable. Sometimes at 11 o'clock everything had been done; others at 3 pm. The staff - with the exception of mr. K - does not speak English. Poor amenities in the bathrooms. When you enter the reception does not greet you. At breakfast only soy milk and Thai food. The table cleaner doesn't care if you're done or not; also collects the food you are eating.

Breakfast has 3 main choices with 3 or 4 side dishes. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Parking very good and food within a short walk.

- sydneysteve (8/5): Modern and clean - Modern hotel located in the city area. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The young man at reception spoke very good english, no doubt an asset to the hotel's operation. I stayed in a Delux double which was a good size room. Everything worked just fine. Quiet aircon, adequate lighting, hanging and storage space and bench with a stool. The bed linens were clean with typical firmish mattress but it was cosy and I slept well. The bathroom had a segregated shower recess, good water heater and water pressure. Breakfast was Thai buffet but I was able to get fried eggs to have with my toast. There is no dining option at this time. A food mall and KFC are nearby and a Thai food vendor with table and chairs is right next door. I enjoyed my stay. Happy to stay again if I should return.
