We enjoyed our stay. I didn't like that some of our family members had to go out and buy an air mattress because they oversold the rooms and they didn't get there second room that they had booked.

No bath towels. Had an added expense which was fraudulent....reported to visa. No way to touch base with manager of Best Western!!

- Rick (7/5): Was good and would go there again in the future. - The breakfast was good. It had a variety of things to choose from and was very well set up. It was nice to see so many choices, instead of a cold breakfast. Really appreciated the effort put into the breakfast for the guests. My niece had two rooms booked, but they were over sold and she only got one room, and had to spend money on an air mattress so as her family could stay for the wedding. Would have been better if she had received both rooms that she booked.

The fridge didn't work and the tv remote only changed channels but did not work for power or volume. Beds were saggy. Breakfast was average but the sausages were undercooked. I would not stay again.

No elevator so as a senior it was difficult to schlup my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. The reception staff were polite but seemed to be a bit clueless. The hotel room ooked like it was going through renovations... Room walls were semi painted. No coffee making machine in room. There was no bar at hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for two days. The second morning I noticed the same knife on the table that was left there the day before it was clear that the breakfast tables are not cleaned daily. I had to request a new pillow because it looked like someone's personal pillow was left behind. It was yellow with stains. This should have been noticed if the bed lining are cleaned between guests. The cleanliness was -10.

There were 5 of us and we were comfortable in the family room with 2 double and 2 twin beds, which is great for a larger family. The food was good but needs to pay more attention to fruit that is on the counter. Open boxes piled in a room by the front desk could close the door or clean up so guests don’t see it. Night desk staff was helpful to a point, by coming to the room and turning on a very old tv, for which the remote only half worked. The hotel lobby and restaurant area was not very clean and extremely dated decor and smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room had equally dated decor and was very dirty. Towels and sheets appeared clean, but old and yellowed from over use. The room smelled of smoke from other guests just in outer hallways smoking. Room walls and ceilings had lots of patchwork apparent under the paint. Under each bed in the rooms, was a piece of plywood screwed to the floor, for reasons I’d rather not think about. My partner joked that’s to cover up the blood from the crime scene. Joking aside, that’s the vibe the room gave off. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. The only reason we did stay, after checking in, was our prior arrangements for accommodation changed and this was the only hotel with rooms available, as a musical festival was playing over the weekend.

Besides the location and the view, this hotel was very outdated, it had a strong odor everywhere, including our room. Bed was comfortable but not really stable, headboard wasn't attached or bed was loose. No rhyme or reason to furniture or decor. The chairs in the lobby had stains. It's an old building and it shows. There were 4 in our party and there was only 2 towel sets in the room, we had to track down the rest. It was our most expensive accommodation on our trip.
- Deeann (1/5): Misleading advertising and uncomfortable. - The view Misleading advertising. I booked a room with 2 beds. I received a room with 1 double. The Hotel and Booking.com stated I booked one with one double bed. I checked the booking.com web site and of course the advertising had a few options for double deluxe rooms. One with one double, one with 2 beds and one with a Queen. Be careful what you are booking. When asked for a room with 2 beds the hotel and booking.com stated they could not help. The hallway smells like a barn. The carpet was dirty in the hallway. There were not enough towels in the room for 2 people. Looked like the room was set up for one person. The breakfast was mediocre. The 2nd day the eggs and hash browns were over cooked, and looked like leftovers. not a lot of options for food. Just white bread. The room on the inside was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and had a big divet on one side. The comforter was lumpy and ready for the garbage, non in a hotel room . I will not book this motel again.

The bathroom had orange mold growing around the corners of the tub and at the ground level beside it. The silicone job on it looked incredible sloppy. The toilet tank wasn't filling properly, when I looked at the back tank the fill mechanism wasn't working properly and there was mold growing in the back tank.
