- MITSUO (10/5): 素晴らしい。 - 温泉、料理とも素晴らしい。部屋から諏訪湖は見えないが、歩いて3分で湖畔散策可能。スタッフも素晴らしい。忘れ物をしたが10分で携帯に連絡してくれた。
- Verified traveler (8/5): Easy travel, small room, tasty food. - Room was smaller than expected (about 10 tatami). Onsen was fine. Food was tasty, and changed the second day, which is nice. The ryokan building itself is quite pretty. It's easy enough to find, less than a 10 minute walk from the station. It is in the middle of a town, so it doesn't feel very rural, but I guess that's a tradeoff for the convenience of the location. And since it's in a town, it's quite easy to walk out to cafes, restaurants, convenience store, etc. Staff were all very friendly. Lounge on the first floor is a nice touch.

- Cho Yan Hector (10/5): Great onsen hotel at a convenient location. - Convenient location, nice staff and clean environments. Dinner and breakfast are great and delicious. But the equipment, decorations in one of the two onsen was not good enough to have a five star rating.
- Alan (10/5): Off the beaten tourist track stay - A difficult place to find but we’ll located. Close to the lake and station. A traditional Japanese hotel well presented with helpful staff. We forwarded our cases to the hotel and on arrival we checked in and were escorted to our room where our cases stained us an a member of staff showed us round and explained everything to us.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 朝飯は食べ物の種類が多くてよかったです。ほかの旅館では見られない。 - 露天風呂が片側は、桶一つ 複数で入れない、広い露天風呂が必要 床面積が広いので、新たに広い露天風呂を作った方が良い 単純に肩まで沈める１段のものが良い、複雑にすると、危険だったり、肝心かなめの 湯殿の面積が減る。 もう一方の風呂の露天風呂は、隣の壁いっぱいでできているので仕方ないので、 せめて片一方だけでも、本当の露天風呂を提供してはいかがですか。 皆さん風呂が楽しみで来るのですから。
- Verified traveler (6/5): 子どもや老人にやさしい宿 - 大人６名、幼児１名、乳児１名の８名でお世話になりました。老舗旅館の堅苦しさがなく、スタッフの皆さんの温かい笑顔と細やかな気配りに子どもにも優しいお宿という印象を受けました。廊下も畳で足の悪い母や小さな子どもも歩きやすかったです。湯量たっぷりの温泉かけ流し湯でぜいたくな気分を味わうことができました。 初めてこの予約サイトを利用したのですが、料金支払いについて残念だったことがありました。大人６名、幼児１名の７名で２部屋予約したのですが、宿との受け止めに差があり、子ども分の追加料金が必要でした。いったんは支払いましたが、やはり変なので後で返金してもらいました。食事の内容も支払った料金と宿のホームページを見て、こちらで勝手に想像していたものとはちがっていました。よく利用する予約サイトではこういったことがなかったので、ちょっと残念でした。

- Helmut (10/5): Modern Ryokan - This is a 100-year-old Ryokan renovated 30 years ago and it looks brand new. The dinners are fabulous and the service outstanding. The only slight drawback is the Onsen which is public but well worth a visit.
