Shampoo and body wash weren’t labelled so I had no idea what I was washing with. Room was big but it felt extremely empty, just a big empty space between the bed and wardrobe. Not worth 1.2 million a night at all. Very disappointed in the room. Won’t be returning again.

The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants and markets nearby. The room was very small compared to what they showed in the picture. There was barely any space in front of the bed and sides. The wardrobe was very small. There was no proper housekeeping.

This last hotel we’ve been after almost 3weeks of travelling around Vietnam from South to North has been relaxing to end our memorable and unforgettable first time trip in Vietnam and will surely be back in the future

- Jan (8/5): Je rustpunt in Hanoi - De ligging middenin het oude centrum, alles op loopafstand. Het Hoan Kiem meer is wat verder, 15 minuten lopen. Wij hadden een hele grote kamer met nieuwe badkamer. Altijd vriendelijk personeel die je willen helpen. Alle waar voor z’n geld, voor deze prijs prima, maar verwacht geen grote luxe. Wat je nodig hebt. Wifi soms instabiel.

The front staff is wonderful - they are very well informed about tours, food recommendations and any questions you may have. They speak wonderful English so check in and out is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing - keep up the good work!

We were not made aware beforehand that the hotel was not serving breakfast due to refurbishments. You had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Would have been good to know this beforehand.

Väldigt prisvärt om man bara ska sova någon natt med en lägre budget Boendet är under renovation så ibland kunde det låta lite på morgonen när de byggde. Lite lyhört i korridorerna men inget som störde. Rummen såg inte helt ut som på bilderna

The staff just want us to cancel the booking with out offering alternative or apology, so they could sell the room to another person asap (they said). We found another place to stay by our self. Might be a tourist trap.

On nous a proposé la chambre 504 qui était avec beaucoup d'humidité mais nous sommes allés nous plaindre et nous avons été changé de chambre. Le matelas du lit était très dur. Enfin les photos du site ne ressemblais pas à la réalité.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful also. I highly recommend. When you come out if you want breakfast go to the stall to the right about 30m down… literally the best egg sandwich (0.70 cent!) and orange juice (0.70 cent) and sweet coffee (0.80 cent) we’ve ever tasted for breakfast! Nothing, it was very good for our trip to Hanoi.

- Sammy (10/5): Great Place To Stay and Would Reccomend - We stayed here twice and both time it was amazing. The hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us to organise a taxi to the airport on lunar new year eve for a very reasonable price and allowed us to store luggage for the entire day at no extra cost. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

You can do everything by walking around. The bedroom was ok, but there was a smell coming from the pipes into the bathroom which was uncomfortable.

- Zoe (7/5): Does the trick for a couple nights in Hanoi - Kinda staff, the man at reception helped us upon arrival when I realized I had made an error in our dates. Rooms are big and had coffee and tea. Water refill in lobby. The linens and towels smelled like smoke (not like old cigarettes but more like campfire scent). Very strange and we stayed in two different rooms and experienced it in both.

It was impossible for us to go out to buy food as the electricity was out in the city. They offered us bread and helped in every way possible to keep us safe and comfortable. Initially booked the room for a day and ended up staying here for 2 more days as we loved how accommodating they are. They also offer airport transfer and keep track with the driver company on our status. Best service ever! Absolutely nothing.
