Micul dejun este variat iar pozitia hotelului il face foarte potrivit pentru city-break-uri. Rooftop-Barul este un mare plus! Noi am prins o vreme friguroasa si din pacate nu au functionat aerotermele pe incalzire,astfel ca a fost foarte frig in camera.

Sandra (5/5): Hotel froid pas reposant et decevant - Le personnel du rooftop et le restaurant : merci maria et son esuipe. La chambre minimaliste. Le personnel a l accueil est aussi froid que l’hotel Parler entre eux a l’air plus important que de s’occuper d’etre un peu plus chaleureux à l’accueil Il y a un gros manque de generosite dans cet hotel : la literie est à desirer, les serviettes reches et sentent mauvais, le peignoir tout petit et court. Le tapis tout petit qui ne permet aucunement d’etre bien… Pas de kit sdb : cotton tiges etc le mini bar est vide. Nous avons tres mal dormi, nous repartons fatigues : tout le bruit exterieur s’entend tout la nuit. Nous avions demande une chambre au calme nous n’avons pas ete entendus et en plus de cela nous etions devant l’ascenseur. Le personnel le matin qui discute entre eux devant la porte et qui oublie qu ils st ds un hotel ou des clients dorment… le tarif n’est pas du tout en adequation avec les services proposes. Si vous recherchez un hotel de qualite je ne vous le recommande pas. Heureusement que le personnel du restaurant et du rooftop ont su apporter de la chaleur humaine.

Dirk (9/5): Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding voor een hotel met goede ligging om een stad te bezoeken. - Prima onthaal. Verzorgde kamer. Goede ligging Boeking moeten maken en een tijdsslot voor het ontbijt de dag voordien is niet leuk. Zeker als je dit laat invult, is de keuze van uur beperkt.

Helena (5/5): Samlet set et ok hotel ikke de bedste faciliteter - Belligenheden Man havde regnet med noget andet ud fra billeder og man kunne ikke købe en kop kaffe på hotellet og deres morgenmad åbner først kl.8 ikke særlig venligt for folk der har morgenfly og de nævnte ikke hvad prisen var på morgenmaden.

Angeles (8/5): Muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado. - Entre otras cosas y en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona (los cuales frecuento), la insonorización. Teniendo en cuenta que Gran Vía tiene mucho tránsito de personas y vehículos 24 horas, es increíble que no se oiga nada. Vamos de 10!! La cama. De hecho creo que es lo único que no me gustó de todo el hotel. Muy dura y se notaba los muelles del colchón . Necesita renovación. Al menos mi habitación. Desconozco el resto.

Clare (10/5): Fantastic location. Efficient hotel and very friendly and helpful reception staff. - Excellent location, functional and helpful and friendly staff. Especially Miriam and Chema. Difficult to use the bar on the 14th floor as it was open to the public especially at the weekend it was packed Pool was a plunge pool. Photos were misleading. Lift gave access to the public to all floors causing concern with security.

Ian (10/5): A fabulous family trip to Madrid! Enjoyed by all! Thank you! - The location was excellent, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. Room fabulous and rooftop bar and pool brilliant. There was nothing we did not like! Couldn’t fault it.

El registro fue muy facil, ademas nos explicaron con gran detalle y nos dieron algunos tips para la ciudad Las habitaciones son muy limpias y comodas. El restaurante es muy agradable, con buenas vistas y buena variedad. Muchas gracias a Jorge por su cálida atención en restaurante y Beatriz en recepcion Repetiremos esta experiencia en nuestra próxima visita Nothing, we enjoyed our stay there

Conor (1/5): Unfriendly and unreasonable staff - Nothing. Incredibly rude staff. We arrived with expensive road bikes (cycles) and the staff wouldn’t let us in, and told us we had to lock them up on the street. I asked if we could cancel and book somewhere else (we had only booked a few hours before, and there was no mention of a no-bikes policy on the website) and they said yes we could, but that there would be a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking price. In other words, their offer was to take both our money and the hotel room, leaving us with nothing. We had to call Booking.com customer service, who agreed with us that this was unacceptable, and enforced a full refund from the hotel, but we then got soaked in a rainstorm as we crossed Madrid to find alternative accommodation. Avoid this hotel, it’s terrible.
