- Verified traveler (10/5): Puzzle 民宿，非常推薦給大家~ - 雖說是民宿，該有的都沒少，房間是超大四人房，又有小孩玩的玩具空間，整體環境非常乾淨舒適~老闆娘也很親切喔!!一樓的公共空間有書跟桌遊供房客使用，還有小吧台跟廚房空間，晚上肚子餓還可以煮個泡麵之類的，非常方便。 一早起床，就看到老闆娘準備的早餐放在客廳桌上囉！超推這間優質民宿，有來宜蘭玩的朋友，可以參考看看哦！

- Joan (8/5): 佈置溫馨, 隔音不好 - 裝潢跟設備都佈置得不錯，床好睡，老闆娘人很好，有問題也會幫忙解決，可惜房間隔音太差，一樓談話聲音會傳到三樓房間內，如果其他房客帶了小孩，早上約七點就被吵醒，愛睡懶覺+沒帶小孩的話不建議入住

- Ainsley (10/5): 環境舒適整潔的優質民宿 - 因民宿地點位於巷弄內，不便找尋。入住當天抵達時，隨即與民宿老闆娘聯繫 她非常熱心且親切的告知我們如何前往，且還幫我們運送行李至房內! (小動作就覺得貼心) 室內空間及環境也整理的很乾淨整潔 非常的舒適 而且對於我們這種都市來的旅客 真的有種放鬆又自在的感受 順帶一提，機車從羅東車站至民宿大約只要5-7分鐘非常近 然後去羅東鎮、冬山河也都很近很方便 感謝Puzzle民宿讓我們有個美好的周末 日後有親友造訪羅東 會直接推薦Puzzle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
