• Abby (7/5): It was nice. The cold pool and cold hot tub was a big downer for us, though, - Close to Crocker Park and Sibling Revelry Brewery. We also like the television channel options. Pool was cold and the hot tub was closed. Half of the reason we chose this hotel was so our 8-year-old could swim.

• Heather (5/5): Overall nice until the police had to be called at 1:30 to break up a noisy domestic fight. - Friendly staff, clean, pool very nice. Very loud domestic fight went on for hours until the police finally came. But even after it was over, I was terrified and never slept.

We always like a continental breakfast that has a variety of choices. The only complaint I have is that I thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but we were put in a room with one king.

I wish I had known this before I reserved the room. I only live twenty minutes from the facility. So the time away was only for leisure and relaxation.

The staff were approachable and friendly. We enjoyed how close it was to things. We didn't like that there were not more pillows. The hot tub was down.

• Patricia (4/5): Okay. - Bed was comfortable, room was spacious enough. We were put next door to a room with 2 dogs who yelped throughout the night. The hotel did not seem full so not sure why we were put next door or even on that floor. Also need more coffee machines! And the front desk person barely looked up.
• JaimeTheGreat (8/5): Quiet, clean and relaxing - It's was a pleasant and quiet stay for the Thanksgiving holiday as we wanted to just have a night alone away from home. The location is great with everything we needed very close by (gas station, restaurants, etc). The rooms were very clean as was the pool. It was a tad pricey but considering it was also a holiday it was to be expected. We would go again.
• La’Shierry (1/5): I will never go back. - The breakfast worker on Saturday morning was very kind and inviting. The front desk supervisor was not accommodating at all, she was rude and demanding. It truly brought down the energy of my entire stay. I requested to speak with a manager and she bulldozed the conversation not allowing the manager to make any decisions for herself. She was loud and unprofessional during her shift even spent hours on the phone with her friends on speaker cursing and yelling. She blamed other staff members for her mistakes and gossiped about them to another guest.

• Shawn (5/5): - Staff was nice, breakfast was good although almost every room was sold out they ran out of some of the stuff at breakfast. When they know there's that many people booked they should have been prepared for that. Also the spa was broken. Why is it every hotel I stay at the spa never works?? This is the first time staying with Holiday inn Express suites. The price I paid, I was supposed to get a suite, not a standard room. I went through booking.com, and I chose your facility because it had the best rating in the area. I feel for what I paid I definitely could have had a sweet at sonesta next store. I've stayed with them many times and they were cheaper the suites were bigger and I actually had a full kitchen. Definitely too expensive for what I got, and probably wouldn't choose you again for that reason unless I got comped.

• Trip13449587215 (6/5): Hotel has seen better days - We stayed here last year and just loved this hotel. Not so much this year! Noticed that it changed a lot in cleanliness & breakfast. Just the little thing that show the hotels decline. Spots on the rugs, low water pressure. The breakfast was horrible fruit was well over ripened black bananas. No pancakes machine was broken. Not much of a selection. They did have eggs(omelets) with vegetables in them. Some people like just plain eggs. The lady walked around and was friendly. Overall the staff was great!

I went down to have them changed and was informed that housekeeping was gone for the day. They provided me with new sheets and I had to make the bed up myself. Not really acceptable. No mention of a discount or refund was made. Definitely should have been, would have went a long way.

The pool was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was just what we needed after driving 626 miles in 1 day. Breakfast was also delicious with many options for food. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here, and when in the area again, we will stay here. Beautiful facility and close to shopping and several different restaurants, and minutes from I-90. NA

• kimberly215 (8/5): Best pool - The pool and the room size get 5 stars. The pool is large but not too deep, has a kiddie area and a large hotter that are all warm. The room is also a bit larger than average. I took away one star bc the pancake machine was broken with no waffle iron replacement. This is typically what my kids eat for breakfast so lots of tears in the morning. Also the light next to the shower and next to the bed didn't work but we didn't bring it up bc we didn't want to switch rings after unpacking. Would still stay again for the pool alone.
