- Cindy (10/5): Very nice stay; will definitely stay there again. - We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds. The room was very nice and spacious. Restroom was great - clean, big, lots of counter space. I travel a lot and this restroom was one of the nicest I've seen. The breakfast was delicious (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.). Kitchen staff was amazing! We got there late for breakfast, so I thought there would be nothing left and we would be stuck eating cereal, toast, or fruit, however they kept bringing in the hot food until breakfast time was over, so there was plenty for everyone. They ran out of waffle batter, but I asked the kitchen staff if they could refill it and it got done right away. Overall, very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay there again. I wish the TV was visible from the living room. It was facing the beds, but since we had a suite with a sofa area, it was hard to see from that area. Also, I wish they had more fruit. They only had apples.

I also found the price to be perfect for what the hotel provides. It's nice to have an option for my family to stay in that doesn't break me financially while still having decent facilities. The indoor swimming pool was ice-cold, which is weird; you'd think that one of the benefits of having an indoor pool would be being able to climate control everything. The gym was just treadmills, which is great for cardio, but doesn't give you much of anything else. The bathroom had no bath option, just a shower. These are obviously minor nitpicks. Again, we enjoyed our stay.

- GOLDA (1/5): Worse hotel experience and they kept my money as of today..would never refer my worse enemy. - Near highway. Got there and 1 hour we couldn't breathe from carpet smell, room scent and dust. Asked can we cancel I was told yes and would be reimbursed. Later the changed their without know. As I speak they have taken my 2 days reservation. Never again. I booked last minute and I suffered for it. Stay away.

Room 224 the remote wasn’t working and neither was the room telephone but both were replaced quickly from a call from my cell phone. The mirror screen in the bathroom was broken-peeling and the curtain pull didn’t close all the way and let light in, so put pillows there to block out the light but otherwise it was a beautiful room

- Yasmin (4/5): Not as advertised - Purposely booked an accessible room for my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. The room description and pictures showed bar by toilet and walking shower with a bar. When they got there they were not given an accessible room and then had to change rooms. The new room had a toilet bar but a tub shower.

My toddler loved the food and the pool. There is an indoor playground within walking distance that the toddler loved.

Did not like the blankets that are being used for the sofa bed they feel ugly

- Salima (1/5): Bad - NOTHING I briefly looked over the Google Reviews and reserved a room here because it was closer to the venue. When we went into our room. The bed sheets had stains. The customer service was not good. The new caulk on the bathroom counter was poorly applied over the bad caulk. Some wallpaper was peeling. Upon arrival, we found the room has a musty odor in the room, I would not recommend to anyone. WASTE OF MONEY!
