• Tea (10/5): I would happily choose this accommodation again. - The staff was very friendly and the instructions were clear. We liked that everything was clear and clean. From the front door to the apartment. The elevator in the building and the balcony were very convenient. There was enough toilet paper and towels. They also had capsules for the dishwasher and detergent for cleaning dishes. There was also a washer-dryer in the apartment. The only thing we missed was maybe the lack of a dishcloth to wipe the dishes. But there were paper towels.
• Kori (8/5): - Gave us plenty of space, easy access to publix transport, super convenient to the grocery down the street. The staff was very responsive to questions or concerns. We were a family of four with two teenagers. The two twin beds and having two bathrooms was really great. Also, the Italian place slwnstaurs is great. The space worked well. Only thing we were challenged by was that there were no lamps.

• Aneeka (9/5): Lovely stay - It was lovely, a lot of thought had gone into making sure everything you could need at the apartment was there. The parking around the back also was great. Beds are very comfortable and the cleanliness was amazing. Whenever I'm in London again, this will always be my first choice to book Not a massive thing but the blinds do not block out any light in the morning and curtains in the bedrooms would be a great help

• Lilijana (9/5): Spacious, quiet, clean apartment - Six of us stayed in the apartment in December - four adults and two children. The apartment is spacious, clean, perfectly heated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located on the ground floor of a building in a quiet area of ​​Lea Bridge near the train station with excellent underground connections to central London. There are many grocery stores and fast food nearby. The description and photos match. I recommend. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom in the apartment and it is very inconvenient to have to go to the store to get toilet paper first.

• Henriette (7/5): Fair but room for improvements - Spacious apartment, well laid out. Secure parking bonus for hire car. Close to essential shops for groceries and takeaway. The person who was to meet us didn’t show to let us in. Tried phoning with the number supplied through the booking, first time someone picked up and the hang up and tried again twice and left a message. If it wasn’t for the great neighbours getting in contact with owners and getting the information for us to get in - I feel I would have had a long wait. Company didn’t contact until the next day. Blinds need fixing and there were insufficient pillows on beds and they were very thin, the ones on the beds. Couldn’t sleep well the first night - we bought pillows as well as tea towels for kitchen. Left in the apartment for the next people to use.

• gihan (8/5): - Host was very helpful, the apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy and was in a very convenient location. The private parking was also a bonus. The WiFi was not that great, it did keep cutting out but the host did help try to fix. The apartment was really hot, I think during summer months would be good if a fan could be supplied.

• LI (8/5): We had a lovely time there - The location is very good. It’s near to the train station. And there are shops nearby. The kitchen is big and you can cook simple meals. The furniture is a bit old, but the bed is comfortable.
• Deimante (9/5): Superb - Several blinds in the rooms are broken, so light enters the room and in the morning, when the sun rises shines directly into the eyes, it's not very comfortable to sleep.
• Luke (9/5): Excellent stay with secure parking and great transport links into London. - This was an absolutely brilliant place for us to stay to attend an event at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and also to visit the tourist attractions in London. The location is super close to Lea Bridge train station, which is only a few minutes ride to Stratford or Liverpool St for shopping and tourism, or Northumberland Park for the stadium. The host was super helpful in getting us into the property via a phone call, and we were able to park in the secure car park behind the apartment block. The apartment itself is really spacious, with large bedrooms and a huge open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The bathroom was well-appointed and had plenty of space, and everything throughout the flat was very clean, tidy and comfortable. I will definitely remember this place for any future visits. The only minor criticism I can make is that another pillow for each person would have really helped. It was quite warm at night so possibly a fan might help, but we were able to open the windows to get cool air flowing through and it was surprisingly quiet.

Flats require a bit of a refurbishment work specially flooring is in bad condition where we stayed (Flat 2 - ground floor). Also, the floor was not clean prior to our arrival. Later cleaned on request. Bed's headboards and side tables were dusty and uncleaned. Need to provide enough toilet rolls, pillows and towels prior to the customer's arrival. Later provided on request (toilet rolls).

• Siobhan (9/5): Spacious apartment, but missing some essentials - The apartment had good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The lift was great. We asked for towels as there were only 2 but we were three guests. These arrived the following morning long with tea towels. There were no coat hangers even though I asked for these and only a 3/4 used toilet roll. We asked for both but they didn't arrive. We had to get our own toilet rolls.

• Haron (8/5): Generally my stay was good. will love to come back - The facility is very spacious. Good for family vacation. Very close to a big grocery shop (ALDI). Easy access to public transport. Very quite and clean. Value for money. I think the boiler had an issue so the flow of hot water wasn't consistent. The internet too wasn't stable it needed to be restarted a number of times

Was replaced on second day after reporting it. Fitted sheets for bed to small and kept coming off the mattress

• Leila (8/5): Great property for a family! - Even before arrival, we were informed that our 2-bedroom apartment had been upgraded to a 3-bedroom house. This was super lovely, as the house was very spacious, and nobody had to sleep on the living room couch as originally planned by us. The host was easily reachable and explained in detail how we could get our keys and get inside the house. The house had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the house was always warm. The bathroom only has a waterfall-like shower, which can be an issue for some people, toiletries were provided, as well as towels and a hair dryer. Iron and ironing board also provided. Access to the 1st floor is by stairs. There's a bus station less than 2 minutes away and a train station a 5-minute walk away which made it possible to reach the city center in less than an hour. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets (some open until quite late), places to get breakfast, and a few restaurants. The area seemed very calm and quiet. We'd stay here again. The house needs a bit of maintenance work. We noticed broken mirrors, broken closet doors, and the doors to the patio didn't properly lock, which made it feel a bit unsafe. The shower barrier to stop the water from getting out seemed like it could break at any time. Cleanliness could be better, as we noticed a lot of dust on top of closets and shower head, for example, but the rest was spotless.

• Lloyd (7/5): Great for families and a base to explore London - Stayed as a family for 4 nights and was perfect for our needs and budget. Apartment was large with big rooms all with heating for the cold nights. Furniture including the lounge is certainly getting a little dated but we spent most of our time in central London exploring anyway so it did not bother us. Lea Bridge train station is a 5 min walk and this train can take you directly to Tottenham hale to go to central London on the tube which only took 30mins or to Stratford which has a huge Westfield’s shopping centre and also has direct tube lines to central London. An Aldi supermarket was a 5min walk away to buy some essentials. Kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans that we needed with a large fridge and the host was polite and helpful prior and during our visit. We thought the location was perfect and not to far away at all with everything we needed surrounding us to enjoy our stay. Would recommend this apartment and would stay here again if we were ever in London.
• Galaxy (9/5): Great Location, Very Convenient. Good value for money! - I liked the location, the flat, and the facilities. The rooms are comfortable, as well as the kitchen and living room. The flat is just a few blocks from the Lea Bridge train station which easily connects you to Stratford and then the Elizabeth Line or the DLR. Also, it's pretty close to local stores and a big ALDI supermarket. If you have a bit of time, you can use the 55 bus that takes you to Oxford Street. My only complaint is that the pillows and mattresses are less comfy than I expected. The pillows are a bit hard, and as a business and leisure traveler, what I value most is the comfort of the bed and pillows because they make you rest.

• Klaas-jan (8/5): Very good - We liked the property. Good parking and easy acces. We had a very nasty surprise that the property is now in the middle off a ulez zone. After research we realised what we drove into and since the visa app on my new Phone didn t worket yet, we couldn t use it. We wait what comes butt it spoiled the fun a bit. We would defenitly go there again...by bus train or plane!
• Gail (1/5): Misrepresented, unsafe, dirty & unscrupulous owners - Kitchen was functional. Area was well serviced with local shops and a Aldi This flat was not of the standard advertised and bared no resemblance to the photographs posted. The flat was tired, dirty and there were several hazards. The bathroom door catch stuck leading to one of our children getting locked in. The bath panel was broken and had a sharp edge. The towels had bleach marks, and looked like they had been used for cleaning. There was broken glass on a wardrobe door, which has a piece of tape covering it. The dining room chairs were broken and could have been a trap hazard for little children. The flat was dirty, within half an hour of arriving our white socks were black. There were dead flies stuck to the light bulbs. The bedroom light didn't work. The flooring was all chipped and broken. When we were looking for accommodation, we searched for properties near Legoland Windsor. This flat was a 2 hour journey, we had to use trains, tube and buses to get there Then to cap it all, when I made efforts to contact the property to discuss my complaints. I was ignored. When I referred the circumstances to Booking.com, the property ignored them too! This is not a superior or luxury flat as advertised. Avoid at all costs.
• Bosznai (10/5): Good choice for families, groups - Tidy, cosy, clean and well-furnitured. Very good transport, center is about 60 minutes. The small bedroom is a bit noisy because of the streets traffic. I would place a few hangers for coats, cloths and a stand for shoes maybe.

• Ante (8/5): Very good - I liked that the apartment is big and comfortable, fairly clean and safe. Host was easy to reach and was very responsive. Floor needs refurbisment, some lights do not work and there should be more utensils for guests (more towels, toilet paper)

• Jacqueline (5/5): This apartment has seen better days - The apartment was spacious. ALDI is close by. The communication: We told the owner that we would like to check in at 2 PM. He replied „see you then“. When we got there nobody was there. We waited quite long before deciding to call the owner. He said that he won’t show up and that we can find the keys to the apartment in a key box. The interior: Almost everything in this apartment was broken or visibly used up. The dishwasher doesn’t work properly when fully loaded. There is a TV but no remote. The door in the living room leading outside doesn’t close properly. And this is just to name a few.

• Jennifer (8/5): Nice apartment, good location, floor needs mopping - Close to train station, has a car park and free wifi. Beds were fine. TV worked and had Netflix. Generally clean apart from the floor. There weren't enough bowls/crockery. The floor was filthy, I think mainly from people going out on the balcony and treading dirt back in but I don't think it had been mopped prior to our stay. Our feet/socks were black after onky being there a short time.

Aldi just down the street so can prepare your own meals which is a great money saver. Public transport very close and google maps makes it so easy to get around. Prompt replies from owners most of the time. Just a few little maintenance things. Lose taps, gaps in floor boards, lamps not working. Iron but no ironing board. Password for internet didn't work. We used the washer but couldn't get the dryer to work. Maybe some instructions?? Location could be a little far from attractions. Sometimes over an hour to or from. Apartment felt too warm sometimes. Cigarette odour.

Aldi and other amenities close by. Easy instructions from host to get in. Spacious apartment and grateful for the fans! Just missing some details that would make staying and cooking rather easier...ie there were no oven gloves, no chopping boards, no baking trays...
• Ruth (7/5): Good - Good facilities for cooking and very close to supermarkets. Location outside of the underground area made the trip very expensive and it took a long time to travel on the train and change to tube to get into central London everyday.
