Летом, когда останавливалась первый раз, их не было. Может быть, их только осенью делают. Нужно учитывать, что спуск в море - лестница, сразу глубоко. Если кто-то плавать не умеет, купаться будет сложно. Много лестниц к морю. Плюс если волны, особенно актуально осенью, купаться будет нельзя. Но будет фантастически красиво. Высокие цены на еду - есть меню для обеда и ужина. Поэтому ездила в город ужинать. Плюс везде написано, что не рекомендовано приносить еду и напитки.

• Jeffrey (10/5): I would wholeheartedly recommend Sunset Villa. The owner, Osman, made you feel as welcome as family - Stupendous location with inspiring views. The sea in the morning was wonderful for swimming. We had no complaints. The rooms were a bit small, but had everything one needed. The sunset views from the balcony was stunning.
• JOANNE (10/5): Wonderful Sunset Villa won’t disappoint! - Stunning location on the peninsula, 10 minute taxi ride in to the fabulous Kas. Or local bus every 39 minutes. Amazing views, kind, wonderful staff who cannot do enough for you, beautiful gardens, fantastic food, clear water for swimming, cabanas for sunbathing. Lovely well kept pool, great rooms to watch the sunsets from. Adorable family of cats! Staff will help with boat trips, ferries, taxis etc. It’s a little bit of paradise, we loved every minute. Good value for money too. This is not a criticism at all but be aware there are lots of steps up & down to sea and around property. Good for knocking off a few of the calories you will gain from the wonderful food at hotel.

Турецкий завтрак с шикарным видом, который сервируют лично для тебя! Хотели вечером проехать до Каша. В результате остались в отеле на ужин, прочувствовав атмосферу «никуда не торопиться». Красивые беседки-лежаки, которые каскадом спускаются к морю. Ну и море! Волнительное и живое с брызгами по сторонам о скалы. Далеко не уплывешь. Но те ощущения, которые получаешь плавая, не сравнить с обычным плаванием с буйками. Хороший бассейн. Но главное непередаваемая атмосфера!

It feels like the hotel is a family business, with lots of small details and a warm attitude to match. We really enjoyed our stay. Some prices are not listed in the menu, and overall bar is pricy for it's value and in comparison to the restaurants in the area.

• Anna (10/5): Ruhige Oase - Wir haben hier 11 Nächte unserer Flitterwochen verbracht und es war wirklich super schön, sehr ruhig, super leckeres Frühstück, einfache Anbindung an Kas (einfach dem Bus auf der Straße winken) - am Morgen sind wir nach einer kleinen Joggingrunde ins Meer gehüpft und danach zum Frühstück gegangen! Wundervoll! Wie überall in der Türkei war leider das Essen im Bistro nicht sehr billig!

У нас было бунгало с видом на море, проводили на балконе все вечера, было здорово и атмосферно: звездное небо, шум моря… В отеле вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, каждый найдет что-то для себя и не останется голодным. Приятный вежливый ненавязчивый персонал, помогали в решении вопросов. Есть свой ресторанчик, мы так и не собрались покушать, но в планах это было) Есть свой пляж, чистое море. Безусловно для людей, которые плавают уверенно и не боятся глубины. Людей на пляже не много и это для нас было плюсом, плавали в свое удовольствие, было здорово. Море было спокойное, поэтому получали большое удовольствие от плаванья. К пляжу ведут ступени, но нам это не показалось минусом или сложностью. В Каш ездили на такси, это примерно 6 км, своей машины не арендовали, пешком один раз решили сходить и пожалели об этом, далековато, и по жаре не очень комфортно)) Но потом поблизости нашли магазинчик. Как итог могу сказать, что провели отличное время в этом отеле и смело можем его советовать тем, кто любит и хочет провести время вдали от суеты и насладится морем. Это было замечательно

• 煜 (10/5): 面朝大海春暖花开 - 酒店在半岛最里面，有一线海景，是景观无敌的民宿，可爱的一家人用心经营。房间里面虽然不大，但是每一间都是面朝大海。顺着步道走下海边，还有酒店客人专享的带躺椅带小棚。上午到中午都可以躺在那里吹着海风，还可以下去游泳（对游泳技术有要求）。酒店里面种了很多植物，充满了地中海风情。老板一家人也很好，会耐心的回答你的一切问题，并为你提供帮助。早餐每天都有些小吃部分会变换花样，都是homemade的很好吃的。看着蔚蓝海景，👂海风，慢悠悠的享受早餐。

Хозяева — очень добрые и отзывчивые, а их коты сразу стали нашими друзьями. По вечерам одна кошка полюбила заходить в гости в номер) Нам всё очень понравилось. Вечером заказывали ужин у хозяев — взяли рыбу, как советовали в других отзывах, и это было действительно вкусно, остались очень довольны. Не совсем подойдет для тех, кто расчитывает купаться. Спуск крутой, волны могут быть сильными. Мы не решились нырнуть. Но в 5 минутах езды есть отличный городской пляж.
• Natalie (10/5): A beautiful place we didn’t want to leave! - We loved it! The delicious and large breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea and is reason enough to stay here. We were travelling with young children, and the pool was great to swim in the afternoon/evenings. The entire site is beautiful, from the comfortable rooms to the gardens and down the steps to the shades and swimming spot. We found ourselves not wanting to leave. The staff were very kind and so helpful. Parking can be tricky depending on the number of guests staying and neighbours, but we never truly had an issue. The swimming spot is quite far below the hotel, and it’s beautiful but deep right away.

La vue est magnifique et le jardin méditerranéen, soigné avec amour par le propriétaire. C’est un vrai jardin d’Eden. Ensuite le coin baignade est extraordinaire, on peut se jeter dans l’eau profonde et il y a très peu de monde. Des petits plateformes aménagées et couvertes vous permettent de vous allonger sur des chaises longues et vous protègent du soleil. Et enfin, les petits déjeuners sont incroyables. La table se remplit de bonnes choses, fraîches et faites maison. De partir trop vite…

• Łukasz (8/5): Należy poprawić wiele rzeczy. - Pokój był bardzo czysty, śniadanie urozmaicone, widok z pokoju na morze. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się mnóstwo kotów proszących o jedzenie, niektóre miały rany. Uważam, że obiekt powinien zająć się sterylizacją i leczeniem tych kotów, skoro pobiera takie wysokie opłaty za pobyt. Jeśli się tym nie zajmą, to ilość biednych kotów i problem będzie narastać. W regulaminie pokoju pisze aby nie wnosić własnego picia i jedzenia, co jest dla mnie nie porozumieniem i nie stosowaliśmy się do tego. Lodówka była w pokoju, lecz całkowicie zapełniona płatnymi napojami, ciężko było wstawić tam własną wodę. Na ścianie w łazience był pusty dozownik do mydła Spaliśmy w pokoju, nie w domku i uważam, że jakość nie jest adekwatna do ceny absolutnie.

• Jonathan (8/5): Great spot to stay for a few days when visiting Kaş. - Appreciated the direct sea access to swim in the truly turquoise water as much of the coastline is held hostage by beach clubs in this area. Worth staying at the hotel for the fantastic breakfast served in a picture postcard setting by lovely, lovely people. My bad, I didn’t check the room spec when I booked - the room was very, very small for two large people with not much space to unpack or store luggage.

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Отличное расположение - вид с балкона потрясающий. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Номер, я жила в люксе со спальней, соответствует картинке, мне понравился. К морю надо спускаться по лестнице, для детей и людей с ограниченными возможностями или пожилых, скорее всего, не подойдёт. В море спуск по лестнице, сразу глубина. Напротив кабан с лежаками, как выглядят можно посмотреть на фото, находятся какие-то недостроенные или наоборот разрушенные кабины для загорания, как я понимаю, другого отеля. В целом, очень умиротворяюще и очень красиво. До Каша километров 5, ходит автобус каждые полчаса или можно доехать на такси. Можно и пешком дойти, но долго и жарко. Два дня не убирались, может быть, были выходные. Очень шумел минибар.

There is a pool and sea-access onsite for swimming, and a very convenient shuttle that gets you into town in under 10 minutes. The best part of this hotel however is the owner and staff. Osman and Canon were kind and welcoming, and made our stay unforgettable. We hope to come back.
• Xingyue (10/5): The most comfortable and memorable stay during our entire trip in Türkiye! - We only stayed at this hotel for two nights, but next time we’ll definitely stay for a whole week. Among all the places we stayed in Türkiye, this was by far the cleanest, most beautiful, and most comfortable hotel—with the best value for money. The breakfast was the most exquisite and varied we’ve had on the trip, and the dinner was simply exceptional. The fish, lamb chops, and pasta were far better and fresher than many trendy restaurants we tried. This is a family-run hotel, and you can truly feel the passion, professionalism, and heartfelt care they put into everything—from the service to the smallest details. They are genuinely running this hotel with love. I was especially touched on our first night, when we arrived tired and hungry after 9 PM, only to find the entire Kaş peninsula experiencing a power outage. Despite the challenging conditions, the chef Kanun managed to prepare a delicious shrimp pasta by flashlight—it was an unforgettable gesture of hospitality. The hotel is located on a rocky coastline, with direct access to the sea via a set of stairs—perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear water. The sun deck is beautifully designed with small clusters of loungers and pergolas, offering both comfort and privacy. It’s an ideal place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the stunning sea view. We had originally planned a visit to the famous Kaputaş Beach, but it was overcrowded and parking was a nightmare. We left in less than an hour and came back to the hotel—its peaceful and scenic private swimming area was far more enjoyable than any public beach. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a true gem that stands out in every way.
• Bernard (10/5): Extreem goed, hospitality vanaf binnenkomst, gastvrij, leuke eigenaar met verhalen en dat allemaal in een prachtig aange - Prachtig en sfeervol aangelegd, heel goed onderhouden. Erg leuke en aardige mensen, geweldig ontbijt maar ook lunch en diner zijn heel erg goed. Ik kan niets verzinnen, over alles is goed nagedacht. Je hebt de neiging hier langer te blijven dan je gepland had:)

• James (10/5): - Osman Bey, Nilgun Hanim, dear Kanun, Huriyer are a wonderful Turkish family who made our stay unforgettable. Wonderful location with easy access to the swimming platform and the sun-loungers through the beautiful gardens can be reached down the steps below. The food was exceptional and highly recommended for dinner. Chef Kanun really takes care. Thank you also Kansu and everyone else who look after their guests. Rooms are on the small side but very clean with air con and mini-bar. Views of the sea and neighbouring Greek islands, magical. Nothing not to like.
• Pierre (10/5): - Sunset Villa is fantastic - the location is breathtaking, the rooms are large with balconies with incredible views of the bay. Everyone working there is helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We found little reason to leave the ocean - facing beach chairs nestled along the hill, but when we did Kas was 10 minutes away. The food served on-site is also really nice. Nothing!

• Ross (10/5): If you’re looking for an incredibly relaxing break - with good food and beautiful surrounds then look no further - Location Location Location - set at the end of the KAS peninsular - the Mediterranean at your door step and an incredibly welcoming owner (Osman) and his son (Cannon(?)) what’s not to like about Sunset Villa Hotel. The tranquil environment ensured we had a fabulous and relaxing stay - not to mention the superb breakfast provided each day to help you “ struggle” through the days activities I can’t recommend this place highly enough
• Francesca (10/5): It was all perfect! - Set in a hillside with stunning views of sea and islands from bedrooms and for amazing meals on the terrace; the family running it all could not have been more kind and helpful - and we had many interesting conversations over raki. We were there for a (male) 80th birthday, and he was served a fillet steak worth the 80 year wait! The breakfast spread was incredible, and full of delicious treats and surprises. There wasn’t anything not to like. Although the access to the sea (steps down) would not suit inexperienced swimmers, a nice swimming beach and the charming town are well-served by a convenient and regular bus, so anyone wanting more than the peace and calm we enjoyed can easily find it.

Спуск с лестницы сразу в синие волны Средиземного моря! Великолепный персонал, вкуснейшие и красивые завтраки, умопомрачительные виды! Было всё, что мне нужно для счастливого отдыха! Благодарим каждого сотрудника за их труд и этот дом! Нет такого, я намеренно выбирала именно этот отель на полуострове в Каше.

• Galina (8/5): - Главное достоинство этого отеля - МОРЕ, оно прекрасно, виды изумительные, из-за этого и выбирали. Куча народу приезжат в это место для фейсбучных фотографий . Вход в море - с лестницы. Пляж- это несколько мягких лежаков с навесами , разнесенных между камнями на расстоянии друг от друга. Немного, но места всегда были. Много зелени, цветов и, конечно, кошек, куда ж без них в Турции:). Номерной фонд скромный, комнаты маленькие, кровати односпальные. Комната напоминает российский пионерлагерь. Завтраки в турецком стиле- всего понемногу. Все свежеприготовленное. В отель запрещено приносить еду и напитки. Это неудобно, так как отель находится в отдалении от города и туда не наездишься. Да и вообще, хотелось посидеть на веранде с бокалом вина, любуясь закатом. У ресторана в отеле не прямого вида на море.

Great people, the owner Osman, his son and the staff. Great food, opulent breakfasts, tasty fresh fish, and lam from the hands of experienced cooks Osman and his son. Pristine and still pleasantly warm see ... and romantic sunsets observed from the balcony of our room.

• Arina (10/5): - This is a wonderful family hotel, very quiet and cozy. The owners and all the staff are very friendly and helped us with the transfer. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need, including towels for the beach. For dinner, you can eat fish that was caught in front of you during the day. The sunbeds could be updated for next season

И потолок в душе обработать от плесени. - Расположение , нам хотелось быть в дали от шума, очень красивая зеленая территория виллы. Завтрак очень сытный,,всего достаточно! Очень вкусно готовят в ресторане по меню. Очень маленькие номера, мало места для хранения, плесень на потолке в душевой. Спуск к вилле очень крутой, лестниц нет, поэтому лучше спускаться и подниматься на авто.

De tipsade om aktiviteter och hjälpte mig boka vilket är skönt så man slipper leta upp rätt företag. Musiken de spelade var jättebra, men jag hade uppskattat att höra turkisk musik också :)
• Hoskin (9/5): We were looking for a relaxing two week holiday, and this certainly fulfilled our requirements. - A good start to the day with a number of healthy options to choose from. The location by the pool was fine.

• Tatiana (2/5): - The view, the sunset, the roaring sea - impeccable, such a beautiful place I am sorry to write this, but everything except the nature was a complete disaster. Greediness runs this place currently. Extremely cheap food served for breakfast (we stayed at hotels at Fethiye and Cirali and Kas for the same price and breakfasts were lush and from fresh great products, so I can compare). Service was plain awful - the people look very unhappy to be there, grumpy, dressed untidy. They forget to do everything you ask for (like fresh juice for breakfast or an omlet) - but they don't forget to put it in the bill. I asked for a blanket at night instead of a sheet, for which the owner told me that there are no blankets in the hotel and it's healthier to sleep under sheets. I asked for laundry service and the lady literally just led me to the washing machine and told me to put my stuff there and come take it in 20 minutes. The cleaning lady didn't clean our villa and deliberately was putting the 'please do not disturb" sign on it. I asked for a knife to cut a watermelon and the man gave me a knife that stank of fish so it ruined the watermelon. Also it seemed to be the only knife in the kitchen as he asked me several times to return it straight away. When I came to the reception to say that we can't stay any longer as I'm cold at night and don't want to stay in this play at daytime due to the fact that the price doesn't match the service and I feel like I'm living in a cheap motel, they said that they will return the money for the last night with no problem if the service of booking would allow to. Sadly, after we left, they told the service of booking that I lied and they kept the money they promised to return. Overall - there are mesmerizing and beautiful places in Turkey, in Oludeniz, Fethiye, Kas etc - even the next hotel 50 meters from this one - but don't waste your money here until the place is completely renewed together with the attitude, or you vacation will be ruined as our was.
