Left a day early and the hotel never refunded me. Won’t let me leave a video but the rag is what is wiped up from the floor and the door is not shutting.

- Daniel (10/5): If it weren't for the cleaning lady it would be 8/10, now it's 3 - It was very close to the ocean, the beach and the walking area, the manager Sanj was very nice, kind and smiling, we send him warm greetings. At first, we were greeted by a cleaning lady. She was rude, yelling at me that she wasn't interested in our room. She wouldn't tell us where to go. I don't greet a mean, old woman.

I personally feel, that the price I paid for one night, a block from the boardwalk, was well worth it. So much that I asked about a second night. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. On another note, it was Les expensive than campsite. NOT much. For what I paid a VERY great deal !!! Maybe parking but that should be understood.
- MICHAEL (1/5): - Close to the boardwalk There was a gap around the door, the peep hole faced in, mold around the toilet, rust on the refrigerator, completely outdated besides the floor which looked like someone who never did construction installed it. The parking was terrible, we tried to leave early the next day but we're blocked in, nobody in the office and nobody answered any of the phone calls or text messages listed on the door. Absolute worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The staff (very little we saw of them) was friendly

- Richard (1/5): Disgusting foul and a rip off for the money - Price The room was disgusting it smelled like pee and was very dirty and run down mattresses were filthy lamp shades were disgusting everything look like a crack house the only reason we did not leave is because everywhere else was booked so we had to suck it up and stay the pool was cloudy filthy disgusting the parking was atrocious you were blocked in by other guests and it took forever to get them to move their cars that were in front of you plus the staff moved your car at will I would never stay there again

Condensation marks on the walls mold and mildew shower, filthy toilet old an worn toilet seat. I had to hold my g-baby over the toilet just so she could use the facilities. I noticed the shabbiness when we got there., but it’s wildwood an everyone is stuck in 1960. The bathroom facilites and air quality are important. Especially when traveling with 2 little people. It’s a good thing I brought blankets or I would have had to drive home the same night. But best believe I left at the sight of dawn. Thank goodness it was for just one night. I barely slept watching over my G-babies. Not to mention the parking set up. You have people double parked in front of you , so you can’t get out unless they move their car. The management office was no help. I called for assistance and he told me it’s 6am are you kidding me which was repeated like 3 times before saying he would call the room.( this is a total inconvenience for everyone) Only for him to call me back thinking he was calling the other person and throw me under the bus for wanting to leave his hole in the wall motel. Haha. Omg! this was an experience. Good thing I’m a great driver and was able to maneuver my suv out of the parking space and ride down the side walk to a small opening to get out. Go thing it was the crack of dawn and nobody was out. I don’t recommend this place. It needs to be condemned. Whoever owns it is just collecting money. No upgrades. Old mildew stained furniture. I wish I could upload the video. I love wildwood beach because it’s kid friending and family oriented, but I paid over 200.00 for a 59.00 a night room and that’s being generous. A complete Dive.

While I understand the reasoning behind the request to leave car keys in the hotel room, I personally don’t agree with this practice and found it a bit uncomfortable. The rooms themselves are extremely dated. Given the cost of the stay, it seems reasonable to expect some minor updates. Simple upgrades like new lampshades and fresh comforters would go a long way in making the rooms feel more modern and inviting. A little attention to these details could really enhance the overall guest experience.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Turn away - I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. From the very start, the check-in process was beyond frustrating. The office is only open for one hour a day to check in, and after that, no one is around. I was given a key, but when I went to my room, I found the door already ajar—which was concerning enough in itself. Once I stepped inside, things only got worse. The room was an absolute disaster. The furniture was old and falling apart, the bed was outdated and uncomfortable, and the fluorescent lights made the space feel cold and uninviting. The smell was unbearable, like the place hadn’t been cleaned or even swept in days. The bathroom was equally awful—dirty pipes, holes in the walls, and an overall feeling of neglect. Kids loud and in the pool at 1230am The only positive thing I can say is that the air conditioner worked. Beyond that, there was nothing redeeming about the room. To make matters worse, the key barely worked. After leaving and trying to return, I found myself locked out. When I called maintenance, I was actually told I’d have to “turn the key and kick the door ” just to get in. That’s not only unacceptable but completely unsafe. Overall, this was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's not the greatest looking place and some things feel sketch but, in the end, this place feels like going to your uncle's place that's always a little off but it's serviceable and not awful and kinda feels like home. It could use some improvements, mostly with updating the aesthetics but if you're looking for reasonable prices and closeness to the Boardwalk and you don't care how things look, it's a great place.

Everything was bad it had strong smell .. the bedsheets were dirty when I pas my hand I can feel like the sand was there the means the bed sheets were not change . The Mattress in one of the sofa beds had blood stains. Under the sofas were a lot of dust and food. The staff call us idiots and were rude the whole time .

- Melissa (2/5): Save your money and book elsewhere. - It was a convenient location to the boardwalk and convention center. The pictures were false advertising. The pool was disgusting. There was a big red notice from the county that it was unacceptable conditions. The rooms were small and out dated, which would have been fine if they were decent. Our door only locked on the handle, not the dead bolt. The curtain didn’t fully close so if someone was trying they could look in. The laminate wood floor had clear tape on it,holding two pieces together. The shower was a stall shower, had mold around the bottom. They provided the tiniest towels that didn’t dry my toddler. The beds were not uncomfortable, but were not made correctly. There was only a blanket covering the mattress, then a flat sheet for covering yourself, and the decorative cover on top. The dresser drawers were all somewhat broken and hitting each other while trying to open one. The mini fridge had so much ice built up it was hard to close it. They did end up switching our fridge (without being asked) and the “new” one was better, with shelves this time, but was stained inside. Parking was a nightmare. The tiny lot is 2-3 spaces deep,and you will be blocked in. So be prepared to have to knock on doors or wait for people to move them. Also very narrow so lots of dings and scratches. And the best part was they gave my husband a key to our room without checking his id to see who he was. He just walked into the office and said he forgot his key, and his wife who had the key was at the beach. The front desk just handed him a spare. They had never seen either one of us before. This was scary that anyone might be able to obtain your room key.

The room was dirty. The sheets had a stain on them that looked like blood. There was no place to park and if you did get a place to park, you had to leave your key so they could move your car.

There were holes and broken fixtures. There was a gas leak and the maintenance man literally put tape over the nozzle and left. A family member had to turn off the gas. We had no hot water. They were not going to and were not going to find us other arrangements. It was okay for the amount of time i was there but terrible overrall.

The room was clean, but otherwise not much else good to say. The staff are hard to reach. The rooms are very old and held together by duct tape. The check in and out times are ambiguous at best. The parking is rough because you are also blocking someone in or being blocked in.

I waited for them to clean our room everyday and they never came all week. No one was in the front office “ever” They had a customer come tell me that my car was blocking them in when I had to park on street in an illegal parking spot. Pool was dirty and it was the worst vacation I have ever had. I came all the way across country and for nothing. A waist of money and my time.

- Z3764ZHpatriciaa (8/5): Give it a try!!!! - At first glance you will notice that this motel is a bit dated …but it wont matter when you stay here because it is clean, friendly and has quick access to beach and boardwalk. I am especially pleased with the manager Sanjay snd his assistant Vlada at the front desk. When there was a scheduling mixup with our room , they quickly remedied the situation even though the place was booked to capacity. After we were moved to an appropriate alternative Sanjay stopped by to check on us and to make sure we were all satisfied. The two pools give it a nice touch also…always a chair and plenty of tables with umbrellas. This is not a fancy hotel by any means, but it has everything you might want in a seaside motel. We will definitely be back next year!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Murky Review - I should have expected the motel to be not perfect but it less than that. They had two pools, both i wouldn’t even put my toes in. A clean pool probably would have changed how i felt about this review. They were extremely murky and need to be shocked, times two. The showers were not clean looking and the equipment could really use an upgrade. The comforters had stains. TVs were smart TVs, which was nice. The parking situation was suboptimal. You would park people in and if the car needed to be moved you left your keys in your room and the manager would move them. That was an unwanted anxiety. As for location, it was a great spot. Manager was friendly. When I checked in someone was giving their keys in stating “ we are leaving, this is not what we expected.” They accepted they weren’t getting any type of refund…

- Nicole (4/5): - Location to the beach and boardwalk. There was a gross bathmat in the bathroom. I had to shower with my flip flops on. The baby part of the pool was very dirty looking.

- Loja (1/5): I want my refund - The worst place i ever stay the receptionist was very unprofessional 5 minutes after check in I want my refund because the room was so dirty and full of rust mold very very unpleasant people doing drugs out of the room drinking alcohol garbage containers in the front of the room my daughter and wife went to stay in a different place because can't stay there I'm still waiting for the manager to discuss about how they charge me 800$ for two nights in a place like that pls call me 9086443272 I need to discuss that Very dirty stinky sheets and blankets so dirty the couch looks like someone get murder windows air conditioner broke my worst experience

- Tesha (1/5): The worst stay I have ever had in wildwood - The location was great close to beach and boardwalk. First the motel room door didn't properly lock well had to put a chair up to the door at night for my kids and I safety.The shower in the bathroom was stopped up had to call to get it unclog on the first day and it was filthy.It was signs up around the pool that said close at 9pm but never locked, so guess we're in the pool partying until 3 in the morning with no regards to other guests who might be sleeping.I have stayed at other motels in wildwood for less then I paid here and had a great experience.I would never be staying at this motel again.
