Ужинали в ресторане, персонал обслуживал только нас, в отеле никого больше не было. Накормили вкусно, обслужили отлично. Отель для релакса, вдали от шумных туристических мест. Хороший бассейн, рядом сразу пляж с черным песком. Мне не хватило на втором этаже на балконе кресла второго, завтрак ужасный

- Gisèle (7/5): Reasonable - Main pool overlooking the ocean Small airco was not sufficient enough for the spacious room. Wall of toilet, shower plus closet were not up to the ceiling. Quite unpleasant to hear toilet noises. Why would you build a bathroom like this? I would expect the food in the restaurant to be much better.

- Sari (6/5): Overpriced - This place has potential. The seaview was really nice. Room was big and the pool area inviting. Huge size breakfast. This place is totally overpriced. The room, services and food cost too much compared to other places in Bali and to what you get. The staff really try to do the best they can, with more english skills could do a lot better. I needed to ask for room cleaning and water. The food has mainly no taste. And sadly the main pool was out of use for two days!

Qualité médiocre et peu de saveur Le seul café compris dans le petit déjeuner est un café sans goût et si vous demandez d’autres types de café (cafe latte notamment) il s’agit de café en poudre et pas de vrai café donc ne payez pas inutilement pour un mauvais café. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui était sympathique avant que nous payons mais qui a changé d’attitude une fois la note réglée. Enfin ne demandez pas à l’hôtel de vous commander un taxi, vous vous ferez arnaquer car ils prennent leurs commissions au passage
- Piris (10/5): Superbe semaine proche du Paradis - Localisation entre les cocotiers et la mer de Bali. Tout fonctionne bien et tout est bien entretenu. Merveilleux Staff avec Putu, Koman, et les autres, toutes et tous serviables et toujours de bonne humeur. Propreté partout. Restaurant face à la mer. Levers et couchers de soleil magnifiques. Piscine(s). Prêt de matériel snorkelling. Chambre très vaste et confortable, avec un vaste walking closet et un grand lit super. Demandé et obtenu une table et une chaise pour pouvoir lire et écrire. Pas de table et de chaise dans la chambre, mais obtenus à la demande. La télévision ne marchait pas, mais cela ne m’a pas manqué. Le four à pizza ne fonctionnait pas, mais le reste de la carte disponible et très bon.
- Anna (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s simply perfect for a 2–3 day getaway. I wouldn’t stay here for a long time — just like in any other hotel in Bali — because there’s so much to see on the island, and due to the long distances, it’s more convenient to change hotels. This particular hotel is ideal for those who truly appreciate peace and quiet: it’s very calm here, with only the sound of the waves, and the food is absolutely amazing! It was the best cuisine we experienced in all the restaurants and hotels we visited in Bali — even compared to very expensive hotels, the food here was far tastier. And the prices are very reasonable! There is a beach where you can swim and snorkel, but, as everywhere in Bali, you need to be mindful of the tides. On this beach, the corals are especially sharp, so you should be careful. The hotel even has a small cabinet where you can borrow masks, fins, or special swimming shoes for free. A diving center is located nearby, within walking distance — a great spot if you enjoy diving. There are also opportunities for yoga (at an extra cost) and massage. What we didn’t like (relevant only for families with small children under 3 years old): 1. In our villa, on the second floor, there was a wooden shelf about 1.10 m high. It was quite heavy, completely empty, and simply standing against the wall without being secured. If a child were to pull on it, it could fall and cause serious injury. Such shelves should be securely fixed to the wall or placed in a way that eliminates the risk of falling. 2. The power sockets were very loose, and some felt unsafe to touch. This, by the way, was the case in all the hotels we stayed at in Bali. Clearly, the place could use the work of a good electrician.

- Sonja (9/5): We’ve spent a week at the resort and what really stood out to us was the amazing staff! - Martina, Komang, Harry, Putu, Gede… they’re extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We took all meals right by the beach, choosing from the huge menu without a dish that ever disappointed. Prices are ok, not the cheapest, but fair enough considering the remote location of this place. Pools and gardens as well as rooms are clean and looked after. Rooms as well as beds are extremely spacious! We especially liked the huge walk-in wardrobe. No seating area in front of the room though (which we knew at the time of booking). Also, the room rates are above average from what we’re used to pay in the North of Bali - again, something that we accepted as we wanted to stay right at the beach with the option to go freediving. Thanks again to the great staff that made our stay really enjoyable!

- Marco (8/5): - The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice.

- Allison (9/5): Superb - The location is superb. an infinity pool next to the ocean which laps at the shore. Traditional accommodation in a lovely building. Food was great. Service very good. Massage facilities available with lovely local masseuses. Pool is very clean, and always the right temperature! Sanitary problems were efficiently dealt with.

Great facilities - infinity pool, restaurant, massage, manicure, pedicure, gym, snorkelling equipment. We swam every day, enjoyed daily massages. Loved local food and drinks, relaxed by the pool, walked along the beach path. We loved the included breakfast menu - fresh tropical fruit, banana pancake or fritter, and choice of cappucino type coffees. Bintang beer was availabile, however Bindang Radler with lemon would be a great addition to the Drinks menu.

- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel in northern Bali is really great. The food is amazing, and there's a big garden with fruits. They have two swimming pools and two yoga gyms that you can use anytime. They provide snorkeling equipment and also helped us with organizing motorbikes and diving. Also there is a traditional market located within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, where you can buy local sweets, fresh fish, a great place to visit to feel the real Bali! I definitely recommend to visit this part of the island at least once!

- Ahmed (10/5): wonderful experience - where do I begin, I came across this place after having a very bad experience in a near by hotel where I couldn’t stay the night so I booked in Bondalem around 12Am but I couldn’t find any type of transportation to take me there so I texted the hotel and they responded saying someone will come and pick me up, and that’s when I met Mr. Max who I called him “a life saver” at that point which I meant.. he drove me to to the amazing hotel and even upgraded my room to a one bedroom villa for free and told me about all the nearby attractions and arranged a bike for me.. I will definitely be back because of him absolutely nothing

- Melissa (10/5): Cannot wait to go back! - Had an absolutely wonderful time at Bondalem Beach Club. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to make sure my stay was a joy. So much so, they climbed a tree to get me a fresh coconut. The rooms are spacious, welcoming and beautiful. The pools are spectacular. The sunrises/sunsets from my room’s patio were a dream. I highly recommend BBC if you need a quiet, beautiful and relaxing getaway.

В отеле красивая территория, в течение дня бесплатно чай, кофе, фрукты. Хороший Wi-Fi. Хорошая кухня. Отдельное спасибо всему персоналу отеля, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым! Очень приятным был последний ужин!Единственный минус- Это дорогие экскурсии и трансфер.
