• Mark (10/5): Fantastic. Definitely would book again. Great way to start our island hopping trip. Would reccomend highly la - Location and surrounding area. Privacy second to none. Quirky entrance. Spacious. 10 min walk to sairee beach. Only thing I would say which is not a negative, however some guests may need to be mindful of the staircase e.g. small children or elderly.

• Graeme (7/5): Nice villa but you’ll need your own scooter to get around. - Nice to have a private villa. Staff were extremely helpful and arranged ferry/taxi service. Villa was pretty well equipped. Not quite what was advertised. Mentioned an additional bathroom but this was only an additional downstairs toilet. Not ideal for 2 couples sharing. Only 3 loungers when 4 adults were staying. Quite remote.

La vue est à couper le souffle, le cadre est paradisiaque et chaque détail est pensé avec goût. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, comme dans un petit coin de paradis. Un grand merci également au staff pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Toute l’équipe a été adorable, toujours souriante et aux petits soins, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus mémorable. C’était un moment hors du temps dans un lieu d’exception. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’espère revenir très vite 🤍✨ Merci encore pour tout !
• cristina (7/5): Villa con piscina y bonitas vistas - Vistas, espacio exterior/piscina. En medio de la selva. Sonidos de animales. Colchón cómodo, almohadas demasiado altas/duras. Muy limpio. Cafetera y café disponible. Equipamiento cocina mínimo. También difícil hacer compra para cocinar algo en los alrededores cercanos.

• Grace (10/5): We loved the Villa, it made our trip to Koh Tao 💜 - The location is up a steep hill, however Mr.Nick was amazing and we just messaged him as and when we would like to go out and he would come and collect us and bring us back, we can’t thank him enough Another perk was getting delivery to the villa, one day we had a lazy day and you could get food delivered which was perfect as we could then make the most of our time there We loved all of it

• Zoe (10/5): Beautiful luxurious villa - View from the pool area is lovely, super quiet, very luxurious, hosts answer immediately via WhatsApp, offered a brilliant 25 person snorkelling trip organised by the hosts with a local company which was a highlight of our trip. Good range of restaurants will deliver food to the villa Very steep hill to get to the villa from main road- good exercise!!
• Sarah (7/5): - Die Villa hat eine wunderschöne Lage und ist sehr idyllisch eingerichtet trotzdem Zentral gelegen, mit dem Roller waren es nur paar min zu belebten Straßen, Restaurants und Geschäften. Wunderschöne Buchten alles in der Nähe! Das Personal kam jeden Tag zum reinigen und Handtuch Wechsel ... rund um versorgt! Leider war durch die Lage sehr viel Moskitos

• Elisa (8/5): Villa confortevole e curata, con pochi dettagli da migliorare - La villa è accogliente e ben accessoriata, con molti comfort per la destinazione. Il patio offre un grande tavolo per pranzare, amaca, zona lounge con divano e pala, doccia esterna, piscina con quattro bocchette jacuzzi, tre lettini e una vasca con pesci. Al piano terra si trovano un soggiorno luminoso con TV LCD e divano comodo, un bagno di servizio e una cucina attrezzata con bollitore, tostapane, frigorifero, congelatore. Al piano superiore, due spaziose camere matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia walk-in, accappatoi e ciabattine. Inclusi aria condizionata in tutta la casa, teli mare e Wi-Fi. Peccato per il contesto: la posizione è comoda, ma la vegetazione circostante, non curata, impedisce la vista sul golfo di Sairee Beach. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze della villa si trovano alcune abitazioni di residenti locali che appaiono poco curate. Infine, la luce della vasca della piscina era guasta, impedendo di godersi un bagno notturno.

• Adrián (7/5): Vistas espectaculares pero calidad-precio baja - Las vistas eran espectaculares y la pisicina Reservé el alojamiento para 5 personas, sin embargo la villa solamente podían dormir 4 personas. Pusieron un colchón diminuto y muy incómodo en una de las habitaciones dobles ( a pesar del elevado precio que se paga) Las luces de la pisicina no funcionaban Todo esto fue comunicado por WhatsApp al alojamiento, que muy amablemente me dijeron que lo revisarian, sin embargo nada se arregló

• Laia (10/5): Amazing - Everything. The villa is perfect, a lot of amenities, full equipped and very nice. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The only thing was that we could not have the AC on in both the ground and first floor at the same time, and we had to reset the fuses everytime we wanted to change floors.
• David (10/5): A relaxing and well kept villa with exceptional views and a nice pool. If your main aim is relaxation, this is the perfe - Superb view. Very comfortable villa good for relaxing. Daily cleaning service provided lots of beach towels. The host was very responsive to text messages. The private pool adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The villa is about a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Sairee. This is an easy walk when it’s not too hot, but it gets tiring over several days - depends on your fitness and willingness to walk. For us this was fine. Half of the walk is on a quiet and safe road. Taxis are expensive on the island because there are no private cars for rent and I think taxis are limited (which reduces traffic). However, if you prefer a quieter, more peaceful stay you’ll love this villa.

All the staff in the villa was clean and comfortable. The guys was very very nice and take care for us. The living room was big and comfortable. For sure we will comeback. The most beautiful and lovely place we where in Thailand.

• Sp (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were friendly and approachable. We paid extra for a pick up from the pier which they promptly did. They have two villas next to each other. While one has nice. unobstructed views of the ocean the other doesn't. The living room is spacious and has all amenities Compared to the other villas in koh tao with similar pricing - this villa did not meet our expectations on decor and view. The power went off for almost 8-10 hours which was very uncomfortable in the night. The hosts compensated by moving us to a new villa next door and offering a complimentary bottle of wine. This was very kind but still did not ease our hassle.. Another peculiar thing is that you can use the second floor ac and ground floor ac at the same time .the circuit breaker trips. These things should be clearly mentioned in the listing. One bathroom available for both the bedrooms. In summary the villa isn't bad but it's not worth the price.

The staff was very helpful with arranging taxis and always available to answer our questions. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this villa; we spent three unforgettable days there
• Amy (8/5): A relaxing, well maintained villa with amazing views. - The views from the villas are beautiful and the villa itself lovely. It’s really clean and the pool area is amazing. The friendly staff are on hand via WhatsApp to help with any queries and are happy to arrange transport. Would definitely return! The villas sleeps four but there are only three sun loungers and no others available that we could use. There are regular power outages on the island, which are completely out of Koh Tao Heights control, but the villas don’t have generators which means no AC, running water, etc. for a full day at times.
• Femke (9/5): Superb - The house was amazing, with a beautiful view and a big swimming pool. We would absolutely recommend this place. Also a lot of food and activity recommendations were given. The swimming pool contains chemicals to keep it clean, however this felt like it was so much that it caused to irritate / dry out the skin after 5 minutes of swimming.. So maybe a little bit less would be great ;) Besides that, everything is lovely!

Hosts were able to help with taxis, excursions and anything else. As stated in other reviews, the walk was like 10-15 min from main beach but was fine. Bring a torch if walking at night.

Can’t fault! Nothing at all, it’s on a bit of a steep hill but we already knew this and rented a bike.

You couldn’t have the airco on on the bedroom and living room at the same time, which is annoying if you have a 2 year old that goes to bed early. I think for the price per night, this should be possible. Also the water in the pool felt not so clean.
• Sanjeev (9/5): A lovely villa in a quiet area of Koh Tao - The Villa is located on a small hill with lovely view of the sea from the pool and the rooms. It's only 5min by car/ bike from the main Sairee beach/ market area. The pool area/ garden is lovely, quiet and very comforting. The rooms are mid sized but nice, comfortable beds etc Kitchenette is of a good size with a cooking stove, utensils, crockery, cutlery etc provided. There is a washroom on the ground floor as well. WiFi worked well. There is a facility to order food delivery from several restaurants. There was only one bathroom (upstairs) for both bedrooms, i know it is difficult to add another one, but for 2 bedrooms/ 4 persons only 1 bathroom/ shower may not be sufficient. The ACs work in isolation, ie for some reason the AC downstairs cannot be used if the ACs upstairs are being used. We were informed about this when we checked in. While the housekeeping was done daily, the towels/ hand towels were replaced once in 3 days.
• Jack (10/5): A real touch of luxury in paradise - We absolutely loved this villa. Everything about it was just what we wanted. The rooms are comfortable, the living area and kitchen is brilliant and the pool is perfect with the most spectacular view. The staff were more than helpful, arranging everything for us whenever we needed it. Just book it. To save on electricity, you can only have the air con on upstairs in the bedrooms or downstairs, this just takes a bit of planning in the evenings before bed to cool the rooms down a bit.

• Sofie (6/5): Great Villa, great outside area,great view, corresponds with staff was good - Aussicht, Außenbereich, Lage zum Zentrum Scooter wasn’t ready the day we arrived, First scooter had breaks, second was in an bad condition, scooter and taxi aren’t included in the booking price what could be accepted for this price, toilet upstairs was clogged after we checked in. the staff fixed it he second day but we reclaimed it the day before, we did a laundry and didn’t get or laundry bag back, unusually service for Thailand. overall a good experience though

When we first arrived we were greeted by the lovely manager. The views where absolutely amazing, the pool bigger than expected and perfect for relaxing in, the garden so serine and the interior a beautiful mix of Thai & modern comfort. There is nothing that we didn’t enjoy about this property.
• Anonymous (10/5): the stay in the villa was a dream! absolutely recommendable for friends and also for families. we would always come ba - the stay in the villa was a dream! we were picked up by taxi at the boat for a small fee. We were warmly welcomed and were able to contact the landlord directly with any problem. at our request, 2 scooters were brought directly to the villa. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. the house was cleaned every day. The pool was large and had a fantastic view from there. The town and the beach are within walking distance. It's the perfect location for a lovely stay. Thank you very much and we would come again and again.
• Mehdi (9/5): Beautiful and quiet villa with amazing view. - We stayed a few days. The staff is really helpful, they took care of finding us ferry ticket and a taxi to the villa. They also offer scooter rental service. The villa was beautiful, the view and the pool are amazing. The apartment is very clean and functional. The villa is a bot outside the city center, which means its really quiet. In any case, you need to rent a scooter to go through the island so it is not a problem.

The location is nice and quiet but a motorbike is definitely recommended as the location is a little bit outside of the town. But a Taxi Service is also available. • Md (10/5): Amazing Private Pool Villa - -Amazing property with a nice size private pool. -Everything was very clean. -Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, spices. -Hosts are very cooperative and responsive -Location was around a 15 min walk from Sairee beach. -The villa is up a steep hill but its only a one minute walk -No idea about the security situation on the island, but would have liked if there was a way to lock the main gate to the property. -I didn't stay longer.

Worth it for the privacy though. Even though the listing doesn't show it, it is a 2 bedroom villa and there is a private pool which is great.

Un endroit idéal qui incite à rester chez vous à vous reposer et ne rien faire. A recommander les yeux fermés. Conseil : opter pour la villa Aristo qui vous offrira une meilleure vue
• Mathilda (10/5): Great rooms, lovely view - The accomodation is everything the photos promise, the beds are comfortable, and the area quite. The only drawback is that the town is a 10-15 minute walk away along a road without a footpath. We went in the morning and evening when the road was quieter, and generally got food delivered for lunch. The welcome pack helpfully includes the numbers of local restaurants that deliver, and a phone. The pool and garden are more private than they look in the photos, we had the lower villa, and I thought that the higher one would be able to see in on us, but it was completely shielded by bamboo and trees. They also organised ferry and taxi transfers for us at no extra cost. These guys go out of their way to make sure you have a good trip, and you will.
