• Shang Jen (9/5): 雖然看得出是有年紀的飯店但整體而言很乾淨，飯店服務人員也非常有禮貌。以這個價位來說位置好、房間乾淨、服務也好、甚至還有附簡單的早餐，CP值很高 - 位置很不錯，餐飲、租車、便利商店等都在附近而已 如果房間有多一點掛晾衣物的地方就更好了
• PI HUA (9/5): 我在澎湖天氣晴 - 員工很熱情，問題都能幫忙想辦法處理，代訂在澎湖的其他票務問題很耐心處理，有附早餐，簡單滿足 二樓平面的裝置實在不美觀（我一進去誤以為是墓園...）,房間衣架是固定式，後來有加借一些來用

• Paggy (8/5): 溫馨又乾淨的飯店，超棒的住宿體驗 - 雖然不是很高級，但是房間很乾淨，很舒服，孩子們住的很開心，有一點可以改善的地方是房間冷氣不好調整，晚上會滿冷的，睡到一半要起來關冷氣。早餐中西式都有，可以吃的很飽，也有機場接送，但要提早預約，整體來說CP值很不錯。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 絕對大推薦!! - 位置超讚, 網路上推的人氣小吃餐廳都在附近, 飯店前就可以停機車; 我們住到的房間應該是重新整修過, 木質裝潢很溫馨, 房間小巧乾淨, 還有附拖鞋, 浴室乾溼分離, 牙刷沐浴乳等該有的備品都有; 講真的光看大廳(應該是沒整修過)沒想到房間這麼讚~ 而且還有提供免費機場接送!!

• Verified traveler (10/5): 防疫做的很好的飯店 - 飯店非常細心，從機場接送開始都有使用酒精消毒，電梯按鈕都有包覆+每天消毒，早餐一人一份(還有吃到二信飯糰很棒)，房間每天清潔消毒。飯店加Line之後都非常主動細心聯絡，包含機車離島行程船票都安排非常妥當，玩得很開心。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 楽しい滞在でした。 - フロントに日本語勉強中の小姐がいて、一生懸命対応してくれました。他の方々も翻訳機を使いながら笑顔で対応してくれて、滞在中不自由はありせんでした。 中文翻訳のバイク免許があれば、ホテルの前お店でバイクをレンタルできます。 皆さんが口コミで書いているように、朝御飯は全く期待できません。 繁華街へも、花火の会場にも、徒歩で10分かからないくらいですし、コインランドリーもすぐ近くにあり便利や宿でした。 また、ホテルに直接問い合わせをして、空港送迎もしてもらえました。

• Shiro (10/5): 清潔で快適なホテル - 市内中心地に程近い、とても便利なエリアにあります。中心地までは徒歩5分くらいとすぐなのに、回りは比較的静かで良かったです。 ホテルはとてもキレイに掃除がされていました。室内に同様に清潔で設備も十分！よく効くエアコンと扇風機、冷蔵庫や電気ケトル、NHKも見られる大型液晶テレビ、そしてしっかりと仕切りのついたシャワー室。とても快適に過ごす事ができました。 そして何より、従業員の方がとでフレンドリー。フロントには日本語を勉強されている女性（笑顔が素敵！）もいて、チェックイン・アウトもスムーズでした。 ポンフーはとても素晴らしい島なのでまた訪れたいですし、その際にはまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。 お世話になりましたm(_ _)m
• Cheng En (10/5): 像鄰家女孩般的服務人員 - 抵達及離開的班機都是晚上，飯店都貼心安排接送，協助安排行程，南海遊客中心出發的船班都有安排接駁，房間相當乾淨，飯店設施雖然比較舊，但看得出來有用心維護，服務人員感覺就像朋友，親切而不做作，晚上步行到鬧區也只要十分鐘，是個cp值相當高的旅店，不過早餐……還是建議去吃牛雜湯土魠魚羹等，才不會破壞一天的好心情，整體而言……爾後除非客滿否則不會考慮其他飯店。

• Chia (6/5): Horriable breakfast, poor services - The location of the hotel is great, besides location there is nothing to write home about. Breakfast was horrible, a couple of cold left over vegetables and peanuts with rice. The only ting I touched was coffee and it was watered down, not a real coffee. The owner eager to get you in and out but customer service was not their priority. I would not stay here again if returning to the island.
