- Mabatole (8/5): Großes Appartement mit guter Anbindung an Skibus - Die Lage ist ganz gut, die Skibushaltestelle ist in beiden Richtungen direkt vor dem Haus, die Zimmer sind groß und sind ganz gut ausgestattet. Sauna und Schwimmbad über die unterirdischen Gänge gut zu erreichen. Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto ist speziell im Winter natürlich toll, E-Ladestation ist leider keine vorhanden. Die Lichter sind für größere Räume etwas unterdimensioniert, es ist daher relativ dunkel. Manche Lichter (Badezimmer, Schlafräume) funktionieren gar nicht (mehr), so etwas sollte jedoch dem Betreiber und nicht dem Gast auffallen. Zimmer sind hellhörig.

- Réka (8/5): Összességében tetszett, ajánlanám ismerőseimnek, esetleg mi is eljövünk újra. - Tágas lakás, hangulatos és újszerű berendezés, szobákban sok tárolóhely, nappalihoz tartozó teraszról hegyekre néző panoráma, jól felszerelt konyha, ingyenes mélygarázs, gyalogosan a közelben étterem és szupermarket, kedves és segítőkész recepciós, a szálláshoz grátisz kapott Kaprun kártyával járó kedvezmények. A lakásban a kevés lámpa és a takarékos izzók miatt esténként kevés a fény, ami főleg a konyhában és az étkezőben zavaró. A lakásban a folyosón mozgás érzékelős automata lámpa, ami néha éjjel is randomfelkapcsolt. Konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, de kényelmetlen elrendezés. Minden szobában, a fürdőszobában is csak padlófűtés, így a vizes törölközők és a sícuccok (pl. kesztyűk) lassan száradnak meg. Közös sítároló, nincs saját külön zárható box. A nappaliban van kandalló, de ehhez a fát nekünk kellett volna beszerezni, illetve ki van táblázva, hogy ha a füst miatt esetleg bekapcsol a tűzjelző, azt felszámolják, így nem mertük a kandallót használni, pedig hangulatos lett volna.

- Antonia (8/5): - Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Aufteilung der Räume war gut geeignet für unsere Gruppe. Zudem gibt es im Keller einen kleinen, aber schönen Wellness-Bereich und eine Tiefgarage, von der aus man direkt zur Wohnung kommt. Der Wohnung sieht man bei genauerem Hinsehen an, dass sie an manchen Stellen bereits ein bisschen abgenutzt ist. Außerdem ist es innerhalb der Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig.

- Kinga (8/5): Mindenképpen pozitív, legközelebb is választanám őket. - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. A város központ 5 perc séta volt. (Bolt, síkölcsönző stb) A személyzet informatív és kedves. Rendkívül tiszta volt az apartman. A fürdőszobák nem rég lehettek felújítva. A komplexum alatt/mellett található étterem is nagyon jó volt. A bútorok lassan cserére szorulnak (nappali műbőr ülőgarnitúra, ágy) . Az ágyak és a nappali bútorokról a műbőr kezd leperegni, de ez nem vett el egyébként az értékéből.

- Hamad (8/5): اقامة ممتعه - موقعه قريب من السنتر نظيف ويوجد مسفط بالسرداب بعد ما تسفط سيارتك تروح للمصعد تصعد بالشنط من السرداب الي الدور الي انت ساكن فيه السعر غالي واخذوا مني ضريبة الفرد عند الوصول وعند المغادرة ياخذون ميلغ 32.5 يورو ايضا التأمين 300 يورو لكنهم رجعوهم بعد يومين 👍

- abdalrhman (5/5): - الشي الوحيد الا عجبنا موقع الفندق في سنتر كابرون كل شي قريب منك مشي وجود مواقف خاصة بكل شقة الاثاث مريح وجودته ممتازة الصالة واسعة في البداية استلمنا مفتاح الشقة من الاستقبال وجلسنا نحوس في المكان لين مالقينا شقتنا ولا في أي احد يساعدنا وعالأقل يورينا مكان الشقة لأنها عبارة عن بنايتين وكل مجموعة شقق لها مدخل خاص الشقة مكتومة مرة مافي اي تهوية والحمامات مكتومة جداً مافي اي خصوصية كشف من جميع الجهات الغرف ضيقة جداً حتى ماتقدر تمشي في الغرف ومافي أي مرايا في الشقة الا مراية الحمام ماتقدر تتواصل معاهم بعد الساعة 8 لو أيش ماصار عندك مافي غسالة ملابس الغسالة تحت في البدوم وكل غسلة ب 3 يورو قفلت الغسالة على ملابسنا ورفضت تفتح وتواصلنا معاهم ومافي اي تجاوب وجلست ملابسنا في الغسالة يومين لين مافتحناها احنا الخلاصة ماتنفع لما كخليجيين وتجربة لن تتكرر ابداً

- Y224DUjan_ (2/5): Deceptive pricing practices - The apartment itself was nice and modern, however there was a serious issue with pricing. Upon arrival, we were hit with a hidden €215 “final cleaning” fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked (it was only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total price shown). This fee significantly increased the cost of our 2-night stay – by almost 35% more than what we expected to pay. I find this practice extremely non-transparent and unfair to guests. Both the hotel and the booking site refused to refund the charge, so I want to warn others to be aware of this hefty hidden fee.

They are as follows:- 1) Office The receptionist who was over 30 years old and blonde , was not qualified for her job as she was not polite and nice in her conversation with the customer and spoke in a loud and provocative voice and she did not even explain to us the accommodation facilities . 2) The accommodation was not clean .

- Taha (9/5): Nic place - After changing my apartment, the view was amazing and the apartment was excellent The place of residence was beautiful after my apartment was changed because it was on the ground floor. In fact, it was like a basement, and anyone entering the building could see us in the hall. The hall does not have curtains, but rather has light net curtains, and this makes the apartment uncomfortable. Indeed, after submitting a complaint, an amount of 200 euros was paid. To change the apartment to a higher one and have more rooms because there is no other apartment, and the new apartment had a wonderful view The internet was very, very weak and the reception was not cooperative in responding via WhatsApp, according to what I was informed, any WhatsApp request will be processed.

- Antonios (6/5): Too expensive for what it offers - Location + cleanness The card to enter the building and the appartement often did not work and we had to call and wait a long time for someone to come and let us in. Being on the ground floor other tenants would knock our balcony door -even at night- to let them in the main building entrance because of the same issue. The kitchen was not well equipped. The reception service was very limited - not very helpful. The internet connection was poor.

- Sarka (10/5): Winter weekend with friends - Rooms are big, the whole apartment is equipped better than my house. Nice design, convenient layout. Wellness is great as well & skiroom very useful. Instructions were clear, and English was not a problem. We will return soon & I'll be also coming with my family next time. NA / Maybe the cash deposit. As Euros isn't our currency, it is not convenient to leave the property with so much cash. I can understand the concerns due to the apartment equipment, but the deposit can be taken from credit / debit card easily as well.

- Jonas (9/5): Wonderfull stay on the quiet side of Kaprun with a lot of facilities. - Location was decent, small walk to the village and lift. Busses to Zell Am See drive on a 30min basis. Spa facilities were excellent and very welcome after a day of snowboarding. Rooms were very spacious and quiet. We were also able to checkin early because we drove at night. The staff helped us very well to check if the apartment was already clean. Ski room to store your boots was also very spacious. As mentioned in other reviews. You have to go through the garage to get to the spa facilities. But since I knew this, it wasn't a problem for us.

At the desk they said, that it was closed due to repairs, but we managed to check it out and it was all cleaned and ready, just not turned on. they were just saving the enery. The reception employee could barely speak german and was no help at all.
