- Astrid (9/5): - Très bon séjour! nous ne sommes resté 2 nuits. La chambre étit très bien et le personnel très sympathique. Ce qui nous a surtout beaucoup plus c'est la situation géographique : proximité de la mer avec le sunset et le surf, restaurants et commerces pas loin non plus. Le lit un peu petit pour mon mari qui est grand :)

- Arianne (10/5): - The staff was exceptional. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and assisted us in getting a driver to Saint Louis the next day. The room was spacious. It is in a great location, easy to walk to a restaurants and coffee shops.

You hear everything from next door rooms. -construction next door starts at 6-7am. -female bartender at the restaurant not friendly at all. -no fridge in the room and very minimal supplies such as towels, tea bags, sugar, coffee, and other essentials.

Une mention particulière pour la gentillesse et le soutien pour nous accompagner dans les démarches pour récupérer nos bagages qui n'ont pas été livrées à l'arrivée de l'avion à Dakar.

Lit parapluie dispo sur demande Certaines chambres sont très petites. Le restaurant, bien qu'ayant un personnel adorable, est un peu triste avec une proposition de petit dej pouvant être ameliorée. L'hôtel est divisé en deux batiments, pas toujours très pratique. Pas d'ascenceurs.

They loved the beds, air-conditioning, kind staff, and the location. We were so busy we didn't have time to enjoy the clean pool in the courtyard area. There is also a charming gift shop with locally made artisan products.

- David (7/5): Fine but twin rooms not so great? Distant from city centre - The hotel is fine and offers good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a little cramped, dusty and dated (we were in a twin room and we saw doors open to other, double rooms that were much nicer). We found location a problem: most of the tourist sites are on the other side of the city centre and traffic is terrible, on two days we spent 2 hours in traffic trying to return to the hotel.

So enjoyed the room, the place, the staff and the location to explo - The hotel is lovely, from the very friendly smiling staff to the beautiful light-filled room…I loved being in Almadies, walked every day one street over to the beach-front restaurants. I liked everything! So know that the pool isn’t heated and was cold…Americans might expect that!!
