• André (10/5): - My favourite hotel in HCM. Stayed here 2018 (twice), 2023 (twice), 2024 (twice) and now 2026 (twice). It will always be my first choice in HCM. The best location with Family Mart next door and Ben Thanh Market two minutes away. Always helpful staff. Looking forward to come back in the future.

• Chi (8/5): Thien Hai hotel is a mid range hotel in Sai Gon - Central locaton and is a good place to stay. - Staffs (especially Van Anh at the reception) are friendly and very helpful. The Hotel location is good, Close to the market and attractions. Overall, it is a good place to stay in HCM for a short trip. Could be a bit noisy at night on the lower floor.
• Rafał (7/5): Na jedną noc ok. - Lokalizacja jest super, Bardzo miły personel. Akceptowalne śniadanie. Pokój bardzo mały. Klimatyzacja bez względu na zmianę ustawień cały czas działa z taką samą mocą, rano było zimno. Twarde łóżko, ale wygodne.

The staff is very accommodating and gave a good recommendation of places to eat - I really love their staff and the breakfast option every morning. You can feel the warmth of vietnam, simple but so good. You can hear the loud music from the nearby bars and vehicles from outside.

• Gate88 (10/5): Great Hotel, clean, functional & central. - Great little hotel right in the heart of District 1. The room was basic but very clean & functional. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful & cheerful! 15 mins walk to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, Central Market, Party Street etc. 10 mins to to Ben Tien Market and even less to some of the best restaurants in the city. Fantastic location and real value for money - I loved it here & will definitely return!
• Piotr (7/5): Decent stay but requires improvement - Perfect location, decent amenities. Kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately we had cockroaches in our room every night. There was something spilled on the fridge and they gathered there. We didnt report it because we were too busy to switch rooms etc. The room was decent but it needs some major cleaning or renovation.

Everything was clean and quite. We enjoyed our stay, we even came back for another night after the return from Ben Tre. The bed was quite hard

• Johnny (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. We booked 2 single rooms for one night. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and we didn’t feel that any amenities were missing. Service was great throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is perfect for tourists/travelers, right in District 1 close to a lot of things you’d want to check out, and also only about 20 mins from the airport by car.

Some of the lights in my room were hanging jus by their electrical cords, I had hot water three days out of the five days I stayed. They never did correct it when I mentioned it to them. Anna was a great and tried tohelp with everything!

• 610jbj (2/5): Stay far away!!!! - The rooms are extremely small and not very clean , but the building is in a decent location with many things to see, but when I went to take a shower,there was hardly enough hot water to take a shower with, I asked them to turn the temperature up for the hot water . They did not do it. They just gave excuse that it will be better later, it never did get better. I’m sorry I stay at this place.

• ROXANA (4/5): - Nos quedamos dos noches en este hotel. La verdad es que no lo recomendaría por varias razones: (1) la cama durísima, como si estuvieras durmiendo en el suelo. No he dormido en una cama peor en mi vida; (2) el olor del baño, sobretodo por la.mañama, es horrible. Las tuberías huelen que apestan; (3) las paredes, mobiliario y resto de cosas se ven viejas, muy desgastadas. Por ejemplo, el techo del baño tenía huecos y el plafón del mismo parecía que se iba a caer en cualquier momento; (4) ruido,. muchísimo. Tanto de los cuartos contiguos como de la calle. !! Ojo cuidado con los cuartos son ventanas!! El muestreo tenía ventana pero hay muchos hoteles que ofrecen cuartos sin ventanas. También voy a destacar lo bueno: comprensión a la hora del check in, y personal amable. Otra cosa buena y que nos sorprendió gratamente: el desayuno, poca variedad pero muy bueno. También está muy bien la localización, centrica y tienes de todo al lado, aunque tened en cuenta que los autobuses no lo tienen difícil entrar en esa calle.

• Mariana (10/5): Best place in Ho Chi Minh - Best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh. The staff is the main reason. The lady who checked us in (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was awesome! She was so sweet and helpful! The room was very neat and spacious and the location was great! Right next to convenience stores, restaurants.. We walked the whole area. They also have a great breakfast included with my reservation.

• Margot (8/5): - The property is fine except the suction for the bathroom doorwas missing, so dark at night and the occasion of walking into the door. Thankfully no injury. I asked one of the men to repair it, however nothing was done since I arrived there. The rest inside was ok, the outside street was a mess with broken up stone at entry as well as further along the street. Wish I was informed of this not being good with footpaths that are under repair and having to walk to n the road with all the motorbikes passing me as well as cars.
