The accommodation is excellently located — just a few minutes’ walk from St. Peter’s Square and very close to the Ottaviano metro station, which made getting around Rome very convenient. The breakfast was good and satisfying, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A great advantage is the quiet location near the Vatican. We definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to explore Rome while staying close to the main attractions.

Las habitaciones son considerablemente más pequeñas de lo que aparentan en las publicaciones, lo que afecta de manera importante la comodidad de la estadía, especialmente para varios huéspedes y equipaje. Adicionalmente, las vistas ofrecidas y mostradas en la publicidad no corresponden realmente a lo que se recibe al hospedarse, generando una expectativa totalmente diferente a la experiencia real. La limpieza fue apenas aceptable, sin destacar positivamente. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del personal, ya que se percibió poco interés en atender o solucionar las molestias y necesidades que surgieron durante la estancia. La atención carece totalmente de vocación de servicio y hospitalidad. Además, es importante aclarar que esto no funciona realmente como un hotel, pues no cuentan siquiera con detalles básicos de cortesía que normalmente se esperan en un alojamiento de este tipo, como una botella de agua para los huéspedes. Incluso, en una de las jornadas no dejaron toallas de cuerpo y únicamente dejaron toallas de manos como “compensación”, algo claramente insuficiente e inaceptable para una estadía cómoda y adecuada. En general, la relación entre lo ofrecido, el precio y la experiencia recibida no corresponde a las expectativas generadas.

Salle de bain très grande vu que nous étions 4 Personnel du déjeuner très bizarre et suite l’a son remplacement 1 jour, on a appris qu’on pouvait avoir un cappuccino (?) ´. Par contre , le divan lit était inconfortable pour une personne mais a été remplacé le jour même par un lit d’appoint (merci encore pour cette réactivité)

- Charlotte (9/5): Perfect! - De locatie was ideaal, dichtbij het Vaticaan en Sint-Pietersplein. Ontbijt was lekker, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Propere kamers, zeer propere badkamer en vooral zeer goede bedden! Je zit ook in een iets rustigere wijk, aangenaam 's avonds om te slapen toch op wandelafstand van het oud gedeelte. 100% aan te raden! Onze vluchten waren helaas later dan de incheckperiode die we hadden. Dit had ik helaas pas na betaling gezien en ze wouden niet later laten inchecken dus zeker goed nakijken als je boekt. Maar dat is dus vooral onze fout en een tip als je een late of nachtvlucht hebt!

- Natalia_002 (8/5): Hotel na krótki pobyt w Rzymie. - Hotel położony jest w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, około 5 minut spacerem od Bazyliki św. Piotra, a dodatkowym atutem jest widok na bazylikę. Metro w odległości ok. 5 minut spacerem, przystanek autobusowy po drugiej stronie ulicy. Do centrum dojazd zajmował około 15/20min. Obiekt składa się z dwóch budynków oddalonych od siebie o około 50 metrów. W głównym budynku, w którym znajduje się recepcja, serwowane są również śniadania. Goście mają możliwość pozostawienia bagażu zarówno przed zameldowaniem, jak i po wymeldowaniu. Zostaliśmy również poinformowani o możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania, co było dla nas miłym zaskoczeniem. Nocleg mieliśmy w budynku z recepcją, gdzie dostępna jest winda prowadząca na czwarte piętro. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, a pokoje były codziennie sprzątane. W pokoju znajdowały się wygodne łóżka oraz duży prysznic. Śniadania były dobre, choć wybór był raczej niewielki – dostępny był jeden rodzaj pieczywa(jasne i ciemne), kilka rodzajów wędlin, jajka, pomidory oraz coś słodkiego. Kawę i herbatę przygotowywała oraz podawała obsługa, natomiast na stole dostępne były również soki i woda. Do minusów można zaliczyć fakt, że w toalecie cały czas leciała woda, jeśli nie zakręciło się głównego zaworu. W łazience znajdowała się jednak instrukcja, która była jasna i czytelna. Hotel położony jest przy głównej ulicy, co przy otwartym oknie może być uciążliwe w nocy. W pokoju dostępna jest klimatyzacja, jednak nie dla każdego jest to komfortowe rozwiązanie. Kabina prysznicowa nie była w pełni sprawna – brakowało jednej szyby, co nieco utrudniało komfortowe korzystanie. Minusem jest również niewielkie pomieszczenie przeznaczone na śniadania, na które trzeba było wcześniej się umawiać w około 30-minutowych przedziałach czasowych. Same śniadania były mało urozmaicone – brakowało np. jajecznicy czy większego wyboru warzyw.

- Kornel (7/5): Trzeba uważać na próbę zakwaterowania w innym pokoju niż zamówiony - w innym budynku. - Na duży plus napewno lokalizacja. W bardzo fajnej okolicy, blisko metro oraz Watykan. Okolica nie zatłoczona przez turystów. Pierwsze wrażenie fatalne. Mimo rezerwacji pokoju Deluxe, próbowano nas zakwaterować w obiekcie o znacznie niższym standardzie, którego nie było nawet na zdjęciach (prysznic w pokoju zamiast w łazience). Dopiero po zapowiedzi kontaktu z Bookingiem „nagle” znalazł się właściwy pokój, zgodny z ofertą. Niestety, w pokoju nr 6 od 7:00 rano słychać hałasy z przylegającej do ściany łazienki personelu (stukanie szklanek, lejąca się woda). Czujemy niesmak po próbie oszustwa.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt. A reggeli bőséges és friss. A fürdőszobában jó lenne pár törölköző akasztó, és egy wcpapír tartó. Egy 4 fős szobában egy széknél talán több is hasznos lenne.

Lots of noise in the mornings, our room was right behind the breakfast area and we were woken every morning from between 6 and 7. The walls are very thin so it’s noisy in the apartment. Basic breakfast. Small breakfast area within the reception desk area. Not the most suitable environment if you aren’t a morning person and want a bit more privacy to have a slow morning before heading out for the day.

The location is amazing, with everything just a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious. I truly enjoyed my stay here. - Michal (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The accommodation was beautiful and the location couldn't be better — just a 5-minute walk to the Vatican and with great metro access nearby. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, so finding a great meal was never an issue. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

- Juliana (9/5): Recomendo muito - Simpatia e disponibilidade de todo o staff. Localização excelente! Andamos sempre a pé. O metro fica a cerca de 4 minutos a pé. Nada a apontar.
- Maria Andrea (9/5): - Hermosa vista hacia Via Cola di Rienzo; desde la ventana se podía ver la Cúpula de la Basílica de San Pedro. Muy amable el personal que nos atendió. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Hemos pasado una muy agradable estadía. Nos gustó todo, no encuentro nada para objetar.

L'entretien des équipements pourrait etre revu (chasse d'eau qui dysfonctionne, fixation douchette) et quelques améliorations au niveau du plateau de courtoisie comme des mouchoirs, une cafetière, de l'eau...
- María Gabriela (10/5): El lugar perfecto para descansar después de un día de Roma - Todo. La ubicación es envidiable, cerca de ciudad del vaticano pero en una zona tranquila, con poco ruido y muy limpia. A pocos metros de estaciones de tren y buses. La habitación impecable, cuenta con minibar, AC y TV. Hay mucha privacidad y la atención al nivel de un hotel cinco estrellas. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces! Todo estuvo perfecto, no tengo quejas

M am simți ca nu am cu cine sa vb la recept și ceva de genul ai fost prost ai plătit asta e acum stai unde - Mi a plăcut micul dejun ca aminte și băuturi, dar ca era 3 mese mici și nu era spațiu nici pt 3 persoane. Mic și înghesuit la locația unde serveai micul dejun uneori stăteai și la coadă. Deci spațul acela nu este suficient pt camerele pe care le dețin Am fost cazați în alt corp mai vechi nu era renovat recent. Am fost la recepție dar nu m au băgat în seamă când le am zis ca eu am rezervat altceva mai modern și în au spus ca nu îi interesează.

- Marthe (10/5): Helt topp!! - Hyggelige og imøtekommende ansatte. Bra størrelse på rommet og bra renhold. Fantastisk beliggenhet!! Ikke et stort problem, men litt liten plass i frokostbuffeten, som gjorde kø-ordningen litt knotete. Ok utvalg og veldig god kaffe!

- Žarko NS (7/5): Malo fali do vrlo dobrog - Lokacija, mirno, cisto. Dodatnih 50 EUR za late check in. U 21 veku ipak kasne avioni. Jedan dan nam nije spremana soba. Od 6 dana samo jednom su zamenjeni peskiri.

- Zoltán (9/5): Jó ár-érték arány. Jó választás gyerekekkel is. - A reggeli bőséges volt, figyelmesek voltak az elkészítésnél is. Barátságos és segítőkész személyzet. A Vatikán közvetlen közelében van és a belváros 20 perc sétával elérhető. Közelben jó vendéglők és bevásárlási lehetőség.

- Romain (9/5): Séjour en famille agréable - La chambre est spacieuse, calme, idéalement située proche Vatican, métro, rues piétonnes animés et restaurants. Toujours disponibles le personnel à l'accueil est gentil et à notre service. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais convenable, bagagerie possible, coffre fort, serviettes, mini bar, clim réversible, carte magnétique d'entrée et ascenseur. 3 nuits passées couple avec 2 enfants. Je recommande Salon de petit déjeuner un peu petit, un WC qui coule sans arrêt mais avec la possibilité de couper l'eau sans difficulté

- Kristína (6/5): - Location was great, few meters from Vatican. Rooms were clean, nice. We booked several rooms because we were a larger group. Right upon arrival, there was a misunderstanding, as the room that was supposed to accommodate four people was prepared only for three, and we were blamed for allegedly selecting that only three people would stay there. The staff were unpleasant instead of apologizing and preparing the room for four people, even though we had paid for the more expensive room. The breakfast was poor, with no hot meals — only coffee, toast, yogurt, croissants, cake, ham, and cheese.
