Guest Reviews
- D (5/5): - The room was easy to get to and the parking lot was well lite with plenty of parking! There were only full size beds in the room and they were not comfortable! The power went out in the hotel in the morning and the staff, had no communication with us about what was going on. The lobby also had an off scent to it.
- Sandlin (8/5): -
- Greenwood (4/5): - Didn't want the breakfast The room was cramped
- Patricia (1/5): - Nothing. They wouldn't honor my reservation wanted me to leave a credit card and was charging me full price. I asked the guy about the policy and that they need to let people know he started yelling at me called me a bad name. I would never in a million years go back here. They are rude and and talk down to you. Their way of talking to people is rude and not business like at all. Told me I didn't know how to book a room. Basically calling me stupid, just in other words.
- Keith (8/5): - I like the cars parked right there so you can go get things out of it You don't have far to walk take elevators and crap Barking dogs keeping you up all night

- Amy (5/5): Clean- refurbished pull up to the door style Motel off the main highway. The staff is nice. - The Staff was very nice. It was very quiet. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Had little extras like coffee in room and nice smelling soaps & shampoo. The Lights are the shockingly disturbing bright blue bulbs - unpleasant for a bedroom (recommend change to soft yellow). I couldn't take a shower in the morning because the handle for the tub was missing a screw & fell off in my hand when I tried to turn the water on. The staff was very nice about the issue - but i didn't have time for them to fix the issue as i needed to get back to travel.
- Donna (5/5): -
- Brenda (9/5): - I didn't eat breakfast! Quite and clean!
- Mary Ann (8/5): - Comfortable bed. Cute little location Needs some repairs
- DARLA (8/5): Was a convenient place to stay over with our dog. - Dog friendly, good location away from the highway, Non-smoking room had a stale cigarette smell and was quite small
- Keith (8/5): -
- Samantha (3/5): Stinks - It was a place to stay It was dirty and we got a non smoking room and it stunk like fresh smoke
- Nelson (10/5): -
- Shane (8/5): It's not bad the have smoking rooms - Breakfast ok Satellite TV might need to be updated
- Amy (2/5): - Hot water The curtains are see through and the management is too loud at night
- Jackie (6/5): - Very good location. Easy access to our destination. Old motel. Needed several minor repairs. Example: the bathroom door was loose on hinges, I tightened them up with a screwdriver.
- Shane (8/5): - Room was clean, shower was excellent property was quiet No safety latch on door
- Granados (10/5): -

- Nelson (10/5): Amazing -
- Phillip (4/5): - super dated and dirty motel, definitely not deserving of the near 4/5 ratings from others
- Terri (7/5): - Staff was friendly

- Regina (6/5): Not a bad stay overall - It was obvious that they've put a lot of effort into refurbishing the place. The only negative was that they didn't offer a "full breakfast" as advertised. What they did have was coffee, juice & some pre-packaged muffins set out in the office for breakfast.
- Richard (10/5): - Excellent for the price. Room was very clean.
- Jeremy (8/5): - Extremely nice owner! It’s an older place so it may look like not clean but it was clean and I had 0 issues there. Could use updated…smelt smoke from people smoking outside but overall a good stay for a week for the price
- Brandy Bennett (6/5): - It was conveniently located and clean, the rooms were nice and it had numerous TV channels There was no juice and due to extenuating circumstances there really wasn't a breakfast
- Pam (6/5): - It’s a decent place to stay. The room we stayed in had some updates-a new shower. It could still use to have some work done. Overall for the price it is what it is.
- Madilyn (1/5): -
- Mary (6/5): - Room was fine. Very noisy from other guests that seems like they live there. No frills.
- Prajwal (10/5): - Very clean and comfy for the price you’re paying.
- Wallain (9/5): Clean and cozy stop on the way to KC! Great location. - This was a cheap room. We figured we would get what we always get for the price. Some below average room to get us by and some rest after a 13 hr drive. However, what a pleasant suprise! Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Had an Ottis Spunkmeyer muffin and coffee/juice for breakfast. We had Matrix soap products. Located right by the highway and tons of food and shops. Pulled right up to our door. Very safe. Well lit. Friendly folks! We will be back each time we visit our grandkids! Also we ordered Domino's and had it hot and fresh in less than 20 mins. We got 3 pillows instead of 4, but we had a big, nice, clean, king size bed. Haha! No real complaints. Satisfied for sure!
- Lisa (2/5): - I prepaid and had a confirmation. Upon arriving, the owner insisted I put down a $50 dollar deposit. Your website doesn’t mention this and I have never had a hotel ask for this on your website. I didn’t have cash and he refused to check me in. I found another hotel but he is refusing to refund my money.
- Christine (10/5): - Friendly staff - accommodations met my needs
- Charlotte (2/5): - Smalls like an old dirty ashtray. Bugs on the floor and walls. Towels and sheets did not look clean.
- mark (4/5): -
- Brad (1/5): Less than one star. - I made this reservation based upon the Knights Inn franchise reputation. Disappointed. I reserved a nonsmoking room. The first room had smoke smell. I asked for a differnet room and it also had a smoke smell. I don't think this motel actually has nonsmoking rooms.
- Douglas D. (7/5): - Location Could have been a little cleaner
- Miller (10/5): -
- Chaim (10/5): Clean, basic room and helpful, friendly people - Room was small but clean and had everything you could want. Proprietors were very friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of TV channels. Would definitely stay there again if the occasion arose.
- Justin (5/5): Good place to rest - Was a decent place to stay. The rooms was slightly dated.
- Judy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joe (5/5): Passable -
- S (4/5): Waste of money - Very basic motel.
- James (9/5): Superb - Clean, single level, parking right at room
- Ford (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (10/5): - Excellent
- Patricia (8/5): CWS stop - Easy parking in safe area convenient to interstate. Clean, comfortable bed and clean, functional bathroom. No amenities but cheap price for what a traveler truly needs. Close to many dining options.
- Jewel (9/5): Great location and great price - The bed was very comfy. The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked very well. When we weren't in the room, the staff added towels or more coffee accessories, etc. The laundry facilities were very reasonably priced. There were lots of plug-ins for our phones n such too. The room that had the washer / dryer also had the ice machine in it, and it was very cramped if you needed to keep an eye on your stuff.
- John (8/5): - The room was good for the amount paid but the room was tired, needs some upgrades like flooring and furnishings.
- Harlan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wisniewski (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lyndon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dustin (6/5): - Quiet spot, what you would expect for the price.
- Laviolette (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (8/5): - Really nice staff, clean room.
- Stephen (2/5): - Room stunk of cigarettes and I killed roaches
- Harris (10/5): Exceptional - Nice clean and friendly
- Lois (8/5): Nice place, no problems. - Nice enough place. I liked the usb charging ports. Everything was pretty good. All good
- Brock (10/5): - Nice for the price. No issues
- Twila (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tonyeaka (8/5): Great for sleep - The one thing that I liked about the room was a speedy check-in. I was able to come in and go straight to sleep because I had been on the road for a long time. And all I wanted to do was get to bed. The bed was clean, comfortable, and that was what I needed. The bathroom needs to be updated more, as does the little. Sink area, but otherwise it was cleaned. The refrigerator was clean. It was very cold.It was a great overnight stay
- Koenig (9/5): Superb -
- Pam (8/5): - The room was clean ok bed and pillows room could use some repairs-cracked floor tiles, better dresser, bedding without cigarette holes breakfast was muffins-maybe add some fruit
- David (5/5): Not yet sure about any return stays, but no too bad. - Location, walk-in convenience, quiet, private, great hot shower, good bed, good a/c, fridge, micro... A bit dingy, not as clean as hoped, physically rough around the edges, but adequate, TV got weather channel and that's it...but not there for entertainment anyway.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Covington (2/5): Would never stay again. - The location was OK They did not allow gas upon checking in the room was dirty. The fridge was disgusting. The staff was rude.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (10/5): Comfortable and relaxed - Excellent location very clean and updated friendly staff enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend everyone Actually nothing
- Erica (7/5): Good -
- Jodi (6/5): - I didn’t get to stay here and still had to pay. I was traveling from Des Moines to Branson and booked two rooms at Knights Inn. When it added it to my calendar, it flipped the address to a Kights Inn in Kirksville. So we ended up driving 3 and a half hours for nothing. So we missed the hotel and still had to pay despite calling.
- Nicole (9/5): Superb - Staff is very nice and polite. Gives extra pillows if needed without question. Hot water went out and wasn't able to be restored by the time I was going to be checking out.
- Nicole (8/5): Very good - The staff was very nice about everything. Our first room the door wouldn't open with the key card, so they made us a new one, and that one also wouldn't work. Then they came down with is and tried with their master lock card and even it wouldn't work. So they asked if we could change from a smoking room to a non smoking room and we said yes, and they were very nice and apologized over and over.
- Nicole (9/5): Superb - Beds were comfortable. Boyfriend likes having a smoking room.
- Shafer (10/5): I have been here several times and will continue to go back. Very nice owners and staff. - The location is perfect since you can get many places even if you have to walk. And being close to stores and restaurants.
- Bonny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (4/5): Shabby - Strong smoking odor, loud heater unit, shabby and run down overall. Even for low price, not a good experience. Host Mark was nice enough.
- Tina (10/5): My Stay @ Knight's Inn. - I Liked The Fact That It Was Located Close To Everything, That If I Wanted To, I Could Have Walked To Everywhere, Except For The Fact That It Was Too Damn COLD. ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶 Lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nothing. Everything Was To Satisfactory Condition. So Thank U Knight's Inn For A Great & Enjoyable Stay. Whenever I Am Back In Town I'll Be Sure To Stay With Y'all.
Have A Great & Blessed Day. 😇😇😇😇😇😇
- Randall A Smith (10/5): - N/A
- Eastman (8/5): Very good - Quite, friendly overall great place to stay Flooring in bathroom coming up
- Mary (9/5): Superb - Nice room, nice bed. Seemed to have smoke smell on bedspread.
Toilet was not shutting off
- Wendy (1/5): Bad - Good location Office manager was rude, room was dirty (stains on chair, poop on front of toilet, dirty walls and ceiling- will not stay here again.
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Linda (9/5): Comfortable and secure - The bed in this room was better than my bed on the 21st. Could have had a real breakfast. But everything worked out well.
- Joann (7/5): Good - Comfort, price, staff friendly,clean
Heat worked great and plenty of hot water TV took about 30 minutes or so to work but once on it was fine
Fridge didn't work which wasn't a big deal since we only stayed overnight ( Not sure if it was just unplugged or what)
- Linda (7/5): Adequate - A muffin and some orange juice were not what I expected. They need a real breakfast area and nice warm food. It was ok. If I come this way again, I'll probably book a better facility.
- Donald (8/5): - Free breakfast
- Walker (9/5): Superb - VERY QUIET FRIENDLY STAFF
- Travelerpj (7/5): Good -
