• Baptiste (10/5): - Large size room with nice view from the balcony. Lovely helpful staff and great traditionnal spa amenities. Not in the center of wulai but it is because of the location of the hot springs, and just 15min walk away.

• YA-FEN (10/5): 再去烏來會去入住這間,或者只去大眾池泡湯也很不錯 - 早餐很豐盛一人一份,完全可以吃飽,大眾池裡一人使用2個置物櫃,一個帶鎖重要的物品可鎖在裡面,一個在泡湯池旁可放浴巾.毛巾及水杯等,設計非常貼心,房間內的廁所兼湯屋很大,入住4人房,有6-7個櫃子放毛巾,還有個小陽台可更換衣物 這間飯店在路邊,半夜有機車,汽車路過,有點吵

• Mei Ling (10/5): Stay and Glow! - My room had the spa bath within, with a fantastic view of the dam and the mountains. The room is very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The hotel offers a complimentary visit once a day to the common public bath it operates. There are 4 pools, a steam room and a sauna room offering a salt rub. There are lounge chairs in the balcony, facing the river. The spa water is odourless and colourless, and leaves the skin feeling smooth. Overall, a relaxing experience! The hotel is located 15 mins walk from Wulai Old Street, away from the hustle and bustle, good if one wants a quiet place to return to. There are a number of restaurants, as well as small cafes serving mainly locals, a stone's throw from the hotel. There is also a convenience store. The hotel serves a scrumptious breakfast, different on both days I stayed there. You let them know the time you would like breakfast, and it would be cooked fresh for when you arrive. The view from the verandah is beautiful and good to just sit and enjoy the majesty of the mountains. The staff was very friendly, and would help with your requests. Everything was perfect.

• Vitaliya (8/5): lovely start of our Taiwan adventure - Nice property, lovely double (hot and cold) bath with hot spring water overlooking the river. They had lovely terrace where breakfast was served. I really enjoyed their spa (public hot spring). It was probably better than most of the Japanese ones I experienced during my month long trip there this this summer. Beds could be a better.

• Ludger (9/5): Sensationeller Blick ins Wulai Tal. - Das Hotel hat einen großen Bereich mit vier verschieden temperierten Becken und einem sensationellen Ausblick. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Tatami und Futonbett. Der Ausblick ins Tal war auch vom Zimmer aus atemberaubend schön. Wenn man zur Old Street nach Wulai möchte, geht man entlang der Straße circa 15 Minuten. Allerdings hält der Bus von und nach Taipei vor dem Hotel. Im Zimmer war das Alter des Hotels zu erkennen. Hier und da wären Ausbesserungsarbeiten angebracht. Uns hat das aber wenig gestört. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab eine Bento Box. Wir wsren Anfang März da, es war sowohl in der Frühstückslobby als auch auf der Terrasse etwas frisch. Eine Jacke war angebracht. Wir würden das Hotel in jedem Fall wieder buchen. Nichts.

• Thomas Friedrich (10/5): The perfect place to chill - The breakfast was a mixture of Asian and European-continental style -- very delicious. It is brought in a box, so it is not taken from a buffet. It could be taken on the terrace of the hotel. In June there was only one other couple also having breakfast at the same hour. Actually one has to choose the breakfast hour the day before. From the balcony (our choice) one has a wonderful view on the narrow valley. In the basement the hotel has an Onsen (Japanese style) which can be used by the hotel guests once per day for free. So for us it was not necessary to have a particular hot spring bath in the hotel room. The staff was very helpful, in particular how to get with a limousine bus to the airport. They spoke quite well English.
