- Asim (8/5): - Room was nice and clean. Bathroom had no issues. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was a little bit annoying, kind of slow and would randomly stop working for about a minute. Whenever I asked the owner about the laundry I pretty much got vague answers or was told I could ask again tomorrow at a better time. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or if the place doesn’t actually have on site laundry.

- Glenn (10/5): Recommended Hotel - Recommended place to stay. This place is a family run business & the host speaks fluent english, so friendly and very `helfpful to you as a tourist. Clean room, good wifi, hot water, so all is good. Even did laundry for me for an extra fee! Friday nights the location restaurant has a musician who plays till 10 pm but not so loud it was bothersome but you can hear the music. Very nice non car street takes you to this home. I would stay here again

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 木造の家具や壁が飴色で落ち着いた部屋です。プーシーの丘の入り口、ナイト&モーニングマーケット、国立博物館、お寺巡り、メコンツアー船着場すべて5分から10分以内でアクセスできました。博物館にある劇場での夜のパラックパランダンス会場にも歩いて行けます。暑いので昼間は宿にひと休みし涼しくなったら出かけるということも可能。私の部屋はスタンダードダブルの部屋でバスタブがなかったですがシャワーはきちんとお湯が出ましたのでなんの不便もありませんでした。都合2階と1階のそれぞれを利用する機会がありました。2階はバルコニー付の部屋でした。開放感があってWifiがよく入ります。自分のも隣のも冷房やファンの音が結構大きいです。バルコニーは蚊が時々やってきます。路地にあるのでテラスからメコン河は見えませんがソファーが快適ではありました。1階で利用した部屋は2階ほど開放感ないですが網戸付の窓もありました。エアコンがありますが床が大理石で涼しかったし2階ほど部屋が暑くならない、そして冷房嫌いなため利用しませんでした。この部屋はWifi電波が弱くて電話回線も3Gでした。電波対策は2階のパブリックックスペースのテラスです。ここのWifiの感度は良好です。フリーのコーヒーやウォーターサーバーから水分補給できます。ここでコーヒーを飲みながらWifiを利用しました。今回一人で利用しましたが、もし次回利用するなら1階の部屋にすると思います。2階より涼しいので冷房や扇風機の音が苦手な場合は快適です。部屋はテレビやミニ冷蔵庫、ドライヤーもあります。バスタオルもあり。宿のスタッフも親切です。主に朝食無しプランで朝食はオプションでしたが、歩いて朝6時半にサンドイッチを買いに行ったり、7時に通りで営業している麺の店に行ったり、街や通りの食堂で食べたい派なので、朝食無しプランは便利でした。ゲストハウスはファミリーもカップルも一人客も利用していました。色々な旅行客を受け入れてくれるゲストハウスなのでした。

Nous avons eu de la difficulté de communication. Nous avons réservé un transport sur deux jours mais la deuxième journée une personne que nous ne connaissions pas s’est présenté à notre hébergement ce qui fut étrange. Il avait une photo de nous pour venir nous chercher. C’était étrange et malaisant.

He was really nice to our daughter and had the maid do our laundry to accommodate our leaving time etc. Best ever!

- sungsoo (10/5): 위치 최고 - 루앙프라방에서 최고의 위치인것 같습니다. 주변 어디 게스트하우스를 선택해도 마찬가지겠지만 걸어서 5m면 바로 메콩강이며 푸쉬산 및 야시장 역시 가까워서 걸어다닐수있어 별도의 교통비도 발생하지 않았습니다. 탁발도 근처여서 좋았습니다
- keman (6/5): 静かで快適 - メインストリート沿いではないので静か。 古さは感じるが清潔。 バスタオル１枚毎日交換。 ベッドメイク毎日（確信無いがシーツ交換は無し）。 シャワーはちゃんとお湯が出て水圧もまずまず、排水も良好。 私は寝に帰るだけだったので１階の眺望がないタイプの部屋で十分でしたが、宿でのんびり読書でもしたい人はバルコニー付きの部屋の方がいいかもしれません。
- らおすけ (8/5): 立地良しのアットホームなゲストハウス - ルアンパバーンの空港からトゥクトゥクで10分、市街地から徒歩５分圏内で観光地の中の中央にありますがメインロードからはそれているので夜は静かに過ごせます。家族経営のスタッフの方がみな優しく小さな子供たちに癒されました。アメニティは固形の石鹸とボディソープのみでバスタオルもガシガシの穴の空いたようなものです。シャワーはお湯は出ますがトイレと同じ空間にあり壁も木製で使い勝手は悪いですが、値段も安いので相応かと思います。

Raised this with the manager and Expedia. The manager told a heap of lies to expedia and refuse to assist me. This place is best avoided
- Stephen (8/5): Definitely recommended for budget travelers. - No frills accommodations - but definitely safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Location is perfect - do not struggle to find the perfect location in LP because almost everything is within walking distance. That said, this Guesthouse is a 3-5 minute walk from the center of things, versus other choices which could be up to a 10-15 minute walk. Room was quiet and provided everything you need including in-room bathroom, air conditioning, cable tv, and wifi. Guesthouse is run by a great young, friendly, English-speaking, and adorable family, and will help with reserving tours/daytrips to the most popular destinations. Desk is staffed 24/7, so there's never a chance of being locked out or not being able to check-in.

- Tom (10/5): Great value guesthouse - Apple Guesthouse is situated in a great location, mere steps from the Mekong River in Luang Prabang. It's a peaceful guesthouse with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent air-conditioning in the rooms. I arrived tired after a restless night on a bus, and the staff were kind enough to let me check in early, too. I also took advantage of the excellent value tour to the nearby Kuang Si Falls. If I ever return to Luang Prabang, I'll stay here again.

Air conditioner was working as well as the ceiling fan which was very helpful because of the humidity and the very hot temperature.

Guesthouse itself is relatively quiet and isolated from street noise however, there is little sound insulation separating the actual units within the guesthouse, i.e. every sound from neighboring units can be heard. Having said that, the guesthouse seems to cater to families, as such the noise amounted to minor inconveniences only.

- Elianna (10/5): Very enjoyable stay! - Host owners were incredibly nice, very warm and welcoming. They upgraded us to a deluxe room for the final night. It was beautiful room, clean and cozy and made our overall experience in Luang Prabang very memorable.
- Arash (10/5): Comfy and convenient location - The staff at Apple Guest House was very warm and helpful, laundry was cheap and quick, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location is very central to Luang Prabang. We couldn't have asked for anything more!
- Hoang (10/5): Convenient, clean, great location. - easy, hassle free experience. airport taxi found it easy enough and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. location is in easy walking distance of night market and mount phousi which gives nice views of the town. Also easy to walk along the mekong. room was good for what i needed, air con, shower, bed and was clean. I would recommend.

It's a short walk to many famous temples and across the street from Mekong river. Many restaurants close by. Overall a great place and I will be coming back.

- Pauline (8/5): Family run guesthouse - We originally were booked in for 3 nights, but extended our stay to 5 nights. The owner Jimmy and his family were fantastic. They were very informative on what to do in Luang Prabang and nothing was a problem for them and booked tours and transportation for us. The guesthouse is in the old part of town, close to many of the restaurants and attractions in town. The rooms were comfortable and met our needs. Highly recommended if you would like to experience a family run guesthouse.

- Alyssa (10/5): All-around great stay! Best staff! - A two minute walk to the Mekong, Apple Guesthouse was everything I could have possibly asked for a great price. It's located near the downtown area, everything is in walking distance. The room itself was extremely clean and cozy, as was the rest of the guesthouse. Jimmy (the owner), his family, and the staff were so friendly and willing to help plan our days or give us tips on what to do. Highly suggest staying here! Also, around the corner is the restaurant Khaiphaen, a training restaurant for marginalized youth. If you're staying at Apple, definitely stop by there for a bite to eat.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great service and nice rooms - very good location, close to everything in the city. everyone at the hotel was super friendly and i got an upgrade from a single room to a double room! they do laundry and take you to the airport, very convenient. definitely recommend for everyone!!!
