- Michi (2/5): 残念なホテル。利己的 - 稲佐山がすぐ後ろに見える。 景色の良い部屋を取ったのに、窓のすぐ前に変なコンクリートの建物の1部が真ん中にあり、景観は、良くなかった。とても高かったのに、ゲストの事は一切考えないホテルだと思った。最上階にバーはあるが、金を払う人にしか使えないと言うのは、とても利己的なビジネス。送迎のシャトルがあまりない。 ホテルのベッドの位置と、くつろげるテーブルの位置があまりに変だった。

- Alice (6/5): 立地は抜群、設備は古め。 - 立地が良かった。稲佐山の中腹に位置しており、屋上からは夜景がきれいに見えた。車（バス）でないと来られない場所であるが、その価値はあると思う。 全体的に古いホテルなので、部分的に改修されていてきれいだが、老舗ホテルとしては残念。特に、ベッドはマットが傾いていて（左右の高さに差があって）、寝心地が悪かった。おそらくマットの一方だけ座る人が多かったのかと思う。また、耐震改修のための梁が出ているためか、窓とカーテンの間が３０センチくらい空いており、朝の光が漏れて早朝から安眠が妨げられた。布団のカバーがなく、シーツとシーツの間に寝るようになっているが、布団が床に落ちてしまい不衛生。

- Karissa (7/5): The location is lovely but far out of town - The view That we had to use a taxi to get anywhere. I didn't see anything in the reviews when booking that said it was super far from the actual town and walking place was not an option from the hotel. If you look on a map everything looks close but it doesn't account for the crazy hills. Trust me the view is worth it at night but if you want to be able to go out this is not easily accessible. We spent all day sight seeing them got back up to the hotel only to find out that only one restaurant was open and there was a set menu with nothing but big courses ( no small dishes) so we ended up eating from the snack we had accumulated over the day which wasn't enough especially for a hungry teenager. It wasn't pleasant. 🙄

- 児玉 (9/5): 手頃な値段で夜景を楽しむのには最適なホテル - 一番下のランクの部屋からも稲佐山の夜景をしっかり見ることができる(反対側にも部屋があったので場所によっては見れないかも？) お風呂も2箇所あって良かった 朝食会場からの景色も絶景だった 部屋も綺麗でとても良かった 夜景の見えるお風呂は本館に泊まると少し遠いように感じた 悪いところかどうかは分からないが山の上に立っているためアクセスが少し悪く無料のシャトルバスはあるそうだが夜の長崎を観光して戻る際はシャトルバスが出ておらずホテルの停留所まで来るバスも本数が少ないため注意が必要だと感じた。

- Tomoko (9/5): - お任せのプランでしたが、改装したお部屋で広くて清潔だった。 稲佐山展望台に近く、ホテル内は静かでスタッフは外国人の方ですが良い接客でした。 大浴場の洗面所の回りや、ドライヤーが不衛生に感じた。お土産店のスタッフが会計のとき、「あっ、コレもでした」と最初レジを間違ったときは気にもしませんでしたが、会計終わった後も追っかけて来て「すみません、一つ会計してませんでした」との事。いくら位とかあまり思わずに購入したので、たかが5点しか買ってないのに不手際すぎてビックリでした。

- Akiho (7/5): - 大浴場がある。温泉ではないが部屋の小さいお風呂より気持ちが良い。広い部屋はお得ではないがスペースも十分にあり夜景もきれいだった。 電子レンジも1階にあった。 ドアがオートロックではないし、鍵タイプなのでひとつしかもらえなかった。 送迎のシャトルバスが予約制でしかも時間が決まっているので、フレクシブルさに欠ける。わざわざ予約したのに、リストに無いと言われた。バスには乗れた。 新館？の大浴場までかなり歩く。 団体客が多いのでタイミングによってはエレベーターやお風呂など、かなりうるさかった。 ツインの部屋のハンガーが少ない。 タオルが大浴場に置いてないうえに、新しいタオルが簡単にはもらえない。 たまたまかもしれないけど、ベッドの寝心地が最悪だった。壊れていたのかも？

- Iris (10/5): A very valuable stay with nice city view from Inasa Yama - The staff are very polite and professional. We were late for breakfast which had plenty of choices and the staff waited for us to finish. My husband got lost amongst the rooms and a cleaning lady led him all the way to our room. The changing room is big enough and well facilitated for bathing with a lot of choice of shampoo. There is the Nagasaki city view from the public bath. The Sky Cafe has a very nice night view of Nagasaki. We had dinner there and were very enjoyable. It's a short drive from the carpark of Slope Car of Inasayama. All these impressed me. The 1st floor of the front building is the 6th floor of the rear building. The breakfast room is at the front building going up while the public bath and Sky Cafe are at the rear building, one is going down and one is going up. Whether we should going up or down at the elevator sometimes is confusing.

Mes turėjome kambarį, kuriame tilptų 9 asmenys, o miegojome tik dviese. Tai patirtis labai gera. Malonus perslonalas, yra gėrimų aparatas, parduotuvėlė. Pusryčių erdvė labai didelė, bet šiame viešbutyje itin daug žmonių. Pusryčiai gana įvairūs. Viešbučio autobusiukas jus gali nemokamai paimti ir nuvežti į stotį. Yra onsenai, jais neteko naudotis. Vieta pasigrožėjimui puiki, miestas atsiveria nuo kalno. Tačiau grįžti į viešbutį iš centro autobusu gana nepatogu, nes vakare jie retai važiuoja. Viešbutis senokas. Nesugalvokite nuo stoties eiti pėsčiomis į viešbutį, nes bus gana sudėtinga užlipti į kalną (mes užlipome :))

- murata (8/5): - お値段以上のお部屋でした。 部屋から見える夜景もとっても綺麗でした。 スタッフの方もみなさん優しく接して下さりとても居心地がよかったです。 11月でしたが、その日は暑く空調が暖房しか入らなかったので部屋の中が暑かったです。窓をあけたら虫が入ってきたので冷房も暖房もどちらも使えるようにしてもらいたいです。 部屋のドライヤーの風がほぼ出なかったので使えませんでした。

From meeting us in the car park and parking our car for us to helping with the luggage to both rooms, the staff were all amazing and friendly. The rooms were excellent and we had an amazing view from our bigger family room. The Onsen was large and a spectacular view. The dinner option at the buffet was great value. Overall, if we were to visit again, we would choose the same rooms and stay for longer. A big thank you to the assistant in the shop who waited patiently for my partner to bring our passports after doing a random shop for gifts. 10 out of 10 for this amazing place in Nagasaki.
