• Stefania (4/5): Posizione ottima, struttura da migliorare - La posizione centrale è senza dubbio l’unico vero punto di forza di questa struttura, comoda per raggiungere il centro e i principali punti di interesse. Dal bagno proveniva costantemente un forte odore di fogna, molto sgradevole. I letti risultano estremamente affossati e il divano letto giallo è addirittura inclinato da un lato, rendendo il riposo poco confortevole. Anche l’arredamento presenta criticità: l’armadio non è stabile e dà una sensazione di scarsa sicurezza. Le aree comuni, inoltre, avrebbero un grande potenziale ma attualmente risultano poco curate e poco invitanti. Proprio di fronte al balconcino della camera è presente un deposito di spazzatura, che non offre certo una bella vista né contribuisce a creare un ambiente piacevole. Nel complesso, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di interventi di manutenzione e maggiore attenzione alla pulizia per garantire un soggiorna all’altezza delle aspettative.

• Emma (9/5): Wonderfully located apartment - Brilliant location near the Massimo Theatre in the heart of the restaurant district and walking distance to all the big tourist attractions. Cristian was a great communicator and very helpful.
• sophie (10/5): A wonderful stay in every way - we would happily come back again! - We had such a lovely stay at this B&B in Palermo and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is perfect - right in the centre, within walking distance of amazing restaurants, cafés, shopping, and all the main sights, which made exploring Palermo so easy and enjoyable. What really made the experience exceptional though was the host, Cristian. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. It honestly felt like he was available 24/7 whenever we needed advice, recommendations, or assistance with anything at all. His care and attention to guests really stood out and made us feel so comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. The recommendations he gave for restaurants, places to visit, and local tips were fantastic and made our trip even better. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having the best possible experience.

Rue bruyante (restaurants, poubelles de verre, remplies tard et vidées tôt). Vue du balcon sur les poubelles et tuyaux divers. Pas de petit déjeuner possible ni lavage de linge, contrairement aux équipements indiqués. Plusieurs coupures de courant. L'eau chaude était longue à venir et n'était pas compatible avec une pression correcte.

Camera ampia ma oscura, qualche appunto sulle prese mancanti vicino al letto, o lampada o caricabatterie! Asciugamani da bagno bucato! Presenza del frigo....ma vuoto, nemmeno 1 bottiglietta d'acqua. Per una notte va bene, di più..... resto con qualche dubbio.

• G G (10/5): - Posizione TOP infatti la struttura si trova a 20 mt del teatro massimo di Palermo, in pieno centro. Buona possibilità di parcheggio (strisce blu 1 euro l'ora) nelle vicinanze. Gestore disponibilissimo. Il b&b è in un palazzo vintage e tali sono le camere. L'unica pecca è che davanti all'ingresso vi sono numerosi ristoranti, quindi quando la mattina verso le 07:00 passano gli spazzini purtroppo fanno un po' di rumore in particolare con la raccolta del vetro. Cmq tranne in quest'ultimo caso il resto della giornata vi è abbastanza silenzio.

• Tilotta (1/5): Pessima esperienza - A malincuore devo dire un'esperienza pessima. Ho dovuto cambiare struttura per pernottare perché la camera che avevo prenotato era ancora occupata( nonostante avessi concordato giorni prima l'ora del mio arrivo). Ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora per vedere arrivare qualcuno e dopo essere arrivato un tale mi dice che si è liberata un'altra camera uguale a quella prenotata da me. Andiamo a vederla ed era in condizioni pessime... Tralasciando i letti disfatti perché i ragazzi di prima se n'erano andati da poco e vabbè, le condizioni erano davvero pietose. L' entrata era orribile con dei gradini in legno sporchissimi. La stanza aveva piastrelle a terra rotte... La struttura è antica ma mantenuta. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà.. mi spiace recensire in maniera mai negativa e non mi era mai successo ma purtroppo questa è stata la mia esperienza. Alla fine siamo andati a dormire altrove. L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione. Purtroppo non sono riuscita a fare foto dei disastri che c'erano perché ero davvero scioccata da ciò che mi era successo e non vedevo l'ora di scappare da lì perché mi sentivo in un bunker.

• Lawrence (5/5): I’ve stayed in worse but most have been better. - The location of the room was great. No coffee the first two days. The owner blamed my daughter- inn-law for telling him. That’s not our job, that’s his.
• Emily (5/5): - The proximity to everything was good. No signage at all for the B&B, just expected to go and knock on random doors to find out where you're staying. Communication with the host was subpar. Had asked a question about our arrival and out arrival tume and wasn't answered until about two hours later and then they acted as if it was us who were inconveniencing them by showing up. Our "patio" was over looking an alleyway that was full of restaurant dumpsters and smelt o the point we couldn't have the door open.

Bathroom basin was a little unclean as with the floors in bedroom. Handwashing liquid empty, towels were old and ripped. Second bed was a sofa bed not what was requested. Smell and noise from street was acceptable. Not enough coffee pods for amount of guests. Kitchen cups and utensils old and need replacing if advertising as a B&B

• Angelica (6/5): Insonnia in Palermo - L'ubicazione e' in centrissimo. Pratico per chi vuole visitare il centro storico. La camera e' grande. Il personale risponde subito ed e' all'ascolto e gentile. Strada molto rumorosa, verso le 4 e le 6 di mattina il camion del pattume viene a raccimolare il vetro e le lattine..Il sonno non e' ristoratore. Il materasso ed i cuscini solo scomodissimi e sfondati ( buco in mezzo al materasso!!). Dovrebbero rinnovare il bagno e mettere delle prese della corrente anziche' usare una multipresa vecchia..In generale la camera non e' male ma per una nota booking di 8.5 mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu' contemporaneo. Peccato perché e' molto centrale. La terrazza presa in foto su bookingnon e' di proprieta' del b&b. Peccato! Le indicazioni del b&b sono state tolte, difficile da trovare. Il balcone da sul vicolo/ spazzatura. Rinnovare assolutamente il materasso!

(1/5): Se lo conosci lo eviti - Si salvavano la pulizia del bagno e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento Premetto che la prenotazione era stata fatta da mia figlia Raffaella, che viaggiava con noi e suo marito Nicholas Born. All'arrivo, all'ora indicata come inizia del check in, non c'era nessuno e non c'era nessuna insegna o indicazione del B&B. Chiamiamo l'host e dopo oltre 30 minuti di attesa in un androne arriva una persona che ci fa salire una rampa di scale, ci conduce a una porta senza alcuna indicazione e ci fa entrare. Li ci comunica che il nostro appartamento non era nella stessa struttura ma in una adiacente, però accessibile da un'altra strada. Ci mostra intanto una camera abbastanza vetusta (classificata suite) ma accettabile, destinata a mia figlia. Dopo varie incomprensioni sul pagamento il signore ci dice di avviarci verso il nostro alloggio. Ci conduce in un vicolo che, come in un incubo, appare buio, fatiscente, con lavori in corso sulle case e pieno zeppo di bidoni della spazzatura. Qui c'è l'ingresso della location. Entrati ci si presente un angusto androne con una scala di legno strettissima, che sale al primo piano dove attraverso una porta scrostata si entra nell'appartamento. Tutto appare buio, con pavimenti rotti, divani sfondati. Nella camera da letto un letto matrimoniale sormontato da un'impacatura di legno (che costringeva a stare curvi) a mo' di soppalco con un altro letto messo sopra. Un unico armadio, ma occupato interamente da cuscini, coperte, copriletti ecc. Dal balcone un'agghiacciante vista sulla casa di fronte a poco più di un metro, con muri scrostati, lavori di muratori in corso, calcinacci, grondaie di scarico colanti e soprattutto di versi cassonetti dell'immondizia. L'interno buio, senza possibilità di ricevere luce, visto il vicolo. Non penso che questa sia una struttura abitabile e mi meraviglio che si scriva che è stata controllata da Booking.

L’arredamento della camera era un po’ datato, servizi in camera poco funzionali e ganci per asciugamani arrugginiti. pulizia estremamente superficiale. La camera con balcone ha un affaccio su un vicolo molto stretto in cui è accatastata immondizia.

Cuscini scomodissimi. Assenza di zanzariere per lo meno nella finestrella del bagno. È una finestra piccola di può mettere anche la rete fissa da pochi euro, ma che permetterebbe la circolazione dell aria senza il rischio di essere assaliti da zanzare o scarafaggi. L’ultimo giorno c’è stato uno sfortunato inconveniente, che purtroppo ha inciso sulla gradevolezza del viaggio.

A comfortable room in the city center, with direct access to key attractions, and with a spacious balcony. A good choice. Quite noisy due to the restaurants on the ground floor and on the street. Also quite noisy in the early hours of the morning due to the garbage trucks collecting trash. Occasionally some odors from the restaurants. But these are disadvantages that are often encountered in central locations and do not detract from the overall satisfaction of the stay. Perhaps the entrance and the shared kitchen could use some renovation.

• Britta (9/5): Bra läge, prisvärt! - Modernt, fräscht och stort rum! Prisvärt! Jättebra läge och mysigt, livligt område. Hon som jobbade där pratade ingen engelska men kunde ändå hjälpen oss att checka in tidigare än ordinarie check-in tiden vilket uppskattades! Vi fick ingen information om frukosten som vi antog ingick i boendet då det är ett b&b. Stod inga skyltar i lobbyn eller liknande om frukosten. Fick gå in på hemsidan och leta och där fanns info om att frukosten serveras i en närliggande bar. Denna bar var tyvärr omöjlig att hitta då namnet inte stämde med någon bar vi kunde hitta, samt att adressen inte ledde någon vart. Vi fick gå till ett annan café och betala för egen frukost. Ett litet minus för helheten som annars var toppen!

• Martina (8/5): Great place for a short stay, right in the center of Palermo. We recommend :) - Location is great and despite being very crowded outside you don’t hear much noise. It’s very clean and we have got good communication with the host. The beds are very soft and a bit loud when you move during your sleep
• Lutz (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert- alt und in einem Hinterhif - Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist der einzige Vorteil dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Das Check-In ist in einem Hinterhof, wo man erst die Koffer mühsam hochtragen muss, um sie dann wieder runter zu wuchten, weil das Apartment in einem weiteren düsteren Hinterhof liegen. Auch dort gibt es nur eine enge Treppe. Nichts für schwere Koffer. Die Rezeptionistin schliesst die Tür auf und verschwindet sogleich ohne irgendwelche Erklärungen abzugeben. Das Apartment ist zwar sauber, aber die Möbel sind sehr heruntergekommen. In der Dusche wurde der Schimmel überstrichen. Im engen Treppenhaus ist der Putz von den Wänden abgefallen. Nein, ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Da gibt es in der Umgebung bessere Unterkünfte.

• Sonia (4/5): Would not stay again. - The location, good wifi. The room was not very clean, no one came by to clean the room while we stayed for 3 days nor provided clean towels. The bathroom was gross. The balcony opened up to a trash alley way which smelled terrible. The pictures of our room were deceiving.
• Thomas (10/5): B&B del Massimo provided a comfortable room in an incredible location with an exceptional Hostess. - B&B del Massimo is a little different. You rent a room with a private bathroom and both were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area are shared with the other B&B guests. There is small refrigerator in the room, and a larger one in the kitchen, so storing food items is easy. The location of the B&B is exceptional. It is on one of the main pedestrian streets in the old downtown, across from the Teatro Massimo and right near the corner of the main streets for eating and shopping in Palermo. All of the main historical, cultural landmarks, and city markets are an easy walk from the B&B. The Hostess was exceptional, and she provided lots of very useful information about where to go and what to do. The B&B is on a pedestrian walkway street that is full of restaurants and bars. You have to walk through these to get to the entrance to the B&B.

Alessia was so helpful and caring, trying to make my stay perfect. Appartement very spacious and quiet. Perfect location, easy to find. Honestly, nothing comes to my mind.
