Klepper (8/5): Gerne wieder zum Skifahren oder Wandern - Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Lage ist wunderbar. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, auch die Kinderbetreuung - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer und der Speisesaal sind angenehm und hell. Der Spa Bereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad war wirklich angenehm und ist schön gestaltet. Das Abendessen ist leider nicht besonders lecker, insbesondere vegetarische Gerichte sind nicht zeitgemäß und entsprechen eher der Ausbau-Variante von Beilagen. Hier gibt es großes Potential, das Hotel auf einen anderen Level zu heben. Man benötigt ein Shuttle zum Lift in Alpendorf, insbesondere in den Randzeiten, in denen der Schnee nicht bis zum Hotel reicht. Shuttle Service gibt es, allerdings nicht besonders häufig.

Lena (7/5): Gutes Skihotel an der Piste mit leckerem Essen. - Unser Zimmer (Neuanbau) hat uns extrem gefallen. Aussicht war einzigartig und extrem ruhig. Das 5-Gänge Menü hat uns an allen 4 Tagen sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Frühstück war auch toll. Die Lage des Hotels am Skihang ist einzigartig. Die Familie ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Ich hätte gerne eine Kaffeemaschine / Wasserkocher im Zimmer, damit man morgens im Urlaub auch mal einen Kaffee im Bett trinken könnte… das gehört einfach dazu. Bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen des Hotels/Zimmers steht in der Beschreibung „Hausschuhe“, diese gibt es jedoch aus Umweltgründen nicht. Das hätte ich gerne vor Anreise gewusst. Wir sind zu dritt angereist und mussten für die 3. Zimmerkarte 1€ bezahlen (das entdeckte ich jedoch erst im Nachgang auf der Gesamtrechnung). Das ist sehr untypisch und habe ich zuvor noch nie erlebt. Während der Jause gibt es keine Getränke. Nicht einmal Wasser oder Tee. Auch das kenne ich ganz anders von meinen vorherigen Skireisen in Österreich. Die Zimmerpreise sind extrem hoch. Leute sind bereit dieses Geld zu zahlen, aber dann darf es an diesen „Kleinigkeiten“, die am Ende dann doch viel ausmachen, nicht mangeln. Es gibt ein kleines Spielzimmer für sehr kleine Kinder. Frank (10/5): Hier passt alles. - Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer und serviceorientierter Empfang. Tolle Küchenleistung. Super Lage direkt an der Piste (Ski in / Ski out). Für unseren Extrawunsch (Zimmer) wurde von der Chefin super unkompliziert und schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Danke 👌😉

Natalya (10/5): A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a variety of services to ensure a pleasant stay. - Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location in a mountaine close to amazing nature - allowing to relax, meditation and star gazing. Warm and relaxing swimming pool, slopes for skiing right next to the hotel, beauty procedures in Hotel Spa, good restaurant with a variety of menu - everything for pleasant stay and effective rest. But the most valuable for us was the family atmosphere and smiling, friendly staff. We will definitely try to repeat our experience here next season.
Žiga (7/5): Good - The location was nice, especially if you are there for skiing and the staff were very friendly, the food was plenty and really good. At more than 250€ p.p per night I was expecting more. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the spa area was very nicely designed, but not meant for a hotel with the capacity of 100+ people (with 3 saunas), and the pool is in the textile area, which for us who like to sauna means you have to dress every time. The staff while nice at times looked a bit disorganized. Again this is only a comparison of other hotels in the same price range, it does not mean the stay was bad, just in my opinion at least, overpriced

Spa and wellness was excellent, clean, big, almost no one there it was like a private spa. Nice view from the room, perfect skishoes room, beautifuly traditionally decorated interior. We had a bag for spa with hotel shoes, bathrobes, towels, etc. We also obtained a gift in the end of our stay. Very friendly hotel.

Thomas (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely family-owned hotel with very friendly staff and great food - Great breakfast buffet and dinner menu, very nice staff. The animals, playground and inside play room are great for kids.
Rodrigue (10/5): We will come back - Gut Berg is a great place for family relax vacation. We needed it and got what we were looking for. So we are very satisfied. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was good and amenities perfect. The pool and sauna after a day of ski is just perfect. One Thing in particular: Take enough time to enjoy the rich and large choice breakfast and make sure you get the omelet, just delicious. Of course the place is not cheap but for a comfort of this standard and a location in the middle of the slopes, you cannot complain.

chrissy (8/5): Familiengeführtes Hotel direkt an der Piste - Das Hotel fällt durch eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre auf. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die direkte Lage an der Piste ist bestechend. Der Saunabereich ist großzügig. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, ebenso der Service. Einzig allein unser Zimmer trübt ein wenig die sehr gute Bewertung. Es war sehr klein, ein winziges Bad und hätte einer Modernisierung unterzogen werden können. Trotzdem bleibt es bei einer sehr guten Bewertung.

Jesper Hjortb (10/5): Alt iorden ! - Her er et hotel hvor alt er iorden. Der er P pladser nok til alle, værelser er flotte og rene og i vores tilfælde med terrasse med fantastisk udsigt over dalen - stærkt vanedannende. En stor ros til køkkenchefen for de lækre retter der blev serveret dagligt, samt til det helt usædvanligt venlige, imødekommende og smilende personale. Et ophold her kan anbefales.
Steven (8/5): Wonderful and beautiful place to stay... - The views were breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and service were wonderful. I wasn't excited about the extra 200 euro for the kids (2 adults and one child to a room, we were charged an extra 96 euro on each room for the kids to sleep on the little couch), but overall the stay was wonderful.

Herbert (10/5): The highlight of our 5 weeks in Europe! - We accidentally stumbled onto this fabulous hotel. We were booked at another hotel and they didn't have a room for us. So we went to Hotels.com and looked for an alternative. Turned out to be much better for us. The Hotel Alpenhof is one of those places that you fall in love with the moment you get acquainted with its facilities, the room, the ambiance, the people who run it, and service. All of which deserve an "excellent". After 45 years in the tourism and airline industry, we cannot praise this place enough. The food was outstanding. Too bad we only had 3 days left on our vacation. Five minutes after we checked in we extended our 1-night booking to 3 nights! Is that a testimonial to excellence or what? Truly a well-run family-owned place.
Niels Jørgen (10/5): Sommer i Østrig - Dejlig at prøve skiområdet i sommer tiden. Hotellet ligger perfekt midt på bjerget med rigtig fin udsigt. Restauranten er helt i top.
