Actually I’d like to talk to someone about the multiple issues. I wanted to turn the fan on, caked with dirt. We thought we would have access to an outdoor upstairs porch from our room. We were shown to a porch off the kitchen in the back of the house that was in disrepair. The bathroom was down the hall, not attached to our room. When we arrived the worker offered to change our room code to our choice. We were surprised later that he lived in the house and had a room down the hall from us. This was all kinds of wrong! We are 2 females in our 60’s. Lastly, I understand that prices raise during large local events. Our payment of 425.00 was ridiculous I’ve never paid that much for one night but that was my poor choice. I would not have been happy had I paid 99.00. I would like a refund. I felt the pictures led me to believe something other that what it was. There was a chifferobe (sp) instead of a closet- no hangers. My one positive is the lady who lived there was pleasant but this was not the same lady I spoke to on the phone who owned it.? Extremely disappointed that booking.com misrepresented this property. At one point a month ago the owner called to offer me a second night. I told her I definitely couldn’t afford that she offered me a lower rate for the 2nd night of 135. So we stayed 2 nights.
Todd (1/5): Don't waste your money. Location is terrible. - Location is terrible. This location has a footprint about the size of a postage stamp. We arrived after dark to find the address is located on the same block as the Police Station. It is on a one-way street. The only parking is on one side of the street. There were 2 vehicles already parked on the street next to the property. They were parked in the right-hand turn lane, as this location is 1 house away from an intersection with a traffic light. There is a Family Dollar right behind the property which featured a homeless person sitting out front. About a block away we ran into another homeless person. About 2 blocks away is the homeless soup kitchen. This property is located in an old business district, mixed in with some really old, unmaintained housing. No restaurants or gas stations nearby. Good luck getting any food delivered or finding a place to eat a night. We didn't even get out of the car. We were afraid our vehicle might get broken into. Instead we booked a room at the Hilton Suites Hotel in a very nice part of the city.

Most are excellent, some are spectacular, this was probably my least favorite of all of them. We were not in the advertised property, we were in a less attractive house next door. Our room was small with no special amenities such as a thermostat. Our bathroom was down the hall. Breakfast was minimal.

Teri (5/5): For the price I paid for this presidential suite, I expected it to be spotless, clean, beds fresh, - There were two houses located on the property and the employees were very willing and able to get our suitcases up the very narrow stairs to our suite. The suite was large enough to have a separate bathroom. The second bedroom was filthy. The floor had dirt, hair, and general grime on the carpet that had not been cleaned in a long time. Half of the rug was vacuumed and clean. this was very strange. The covers (duvets) were musty like dust smelling.

Very comfy beds, an pillows, has extra big refrigerator for cooler items, wrap around porch, with chairs, and table, for coffee, in the morning. Has dishes, oven, microwave, laundry machines, fresh coffee, everything you may have left at home...The Jacuzzi bathtub, was such a Welcome, from a 12 hour drive! Everything was quite Beautiful, and James will check you in, and give you Great recommendations, for around town. We Love Paducah, it's our half way point. And will absolutely, stay here Again. We highly recommend this place, for any traveler, or for a vacation spot N/A

Michael (1/5): Awful and disappointing - We booked the hotel and stayed in a house next to it. They don’t tell you that when booking. The room was so hot could not sleep, other guest loud and doing laundry at 1:00 in the morning. Spa tub had ants and black goo coming out of it. No toilet paper in the room, had to call and get some. Very disappointed, only stayed the night, left a day early could not stay in that room again. You should give us our money back for Sunday since we left due to the conditions.

The entire place was very well maintained and appointed. Private bathroom with shower and jetted tub , included shampoo/conditioner, body lotion etc. Even robes available. We had 2 queen beds, a nice window view, flat screen tv...seriously ..anything you would need for a nights stay. There is a dollar general a quick walk arnd the corner...in case you forget ur toothbrush 😉. Police station 2 doors down. Front porch has swing. James our host was wonderful by answering questions and offering just the info we needed. No hovering but always available. Highly recommend and would stay here again. I would like breakfast to be made for me #spoiled

Super nice guy and very accommodating. The house itself? Totally spotless, super neat, but had that “I-swear-I-heard-footsteps-upstairs” haunted vibe. Cute and creepy at the same time, like if Martha Stewart and The Conjuring had a baby. Now, here’s where the night turned into a sitcom. After a day of way too many whiskey drinks, I had my heart set on sinking into the jacuzzi tube. Instead, the jets went rogue. Imagine expecting a gentle massage and instead getting front row seats to SeaWorld-water spraying the walls, the floor, ME… basically the whole room got baptized. I didn’t know whether to laugh, cry, or sell tickets.

Miranda (10/5): - Room 7 was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The jetted tub was particularly nice. I did some cooking in the communal kitchen and it was well equipped. The coffee from the main building was fantastic! A good choice for anyone visiting Paducah.

Peyton (8/5): Cute place with great service - James was very helpful and accommodating, his service was top notch. He was kind enough to gift us a room upgrade to a different room which ended up being a little cooler, and the room and bathroom were exceptional and comfortable. There was also street parking available, and fridge/freezer access in common space. Room 9 (the one we originally booked) was small but homey, the only thing we noticed was that there was water leaking with dark stains on the ceiling. We learned we did need to let the staff know the night before if we wanted breakfast, we must have missed that somewhere in our booking so just an FYI for future guests.
