Guest Reviews
- Julie (10/5): - The room was large, clean and comfortable.. staff were ver pleasant and friendly..
- Sally (10/5): - Very nice casino. Clean. Food was
Very good . Pleasant. Would come again.
- Kathleen (8/5): Can’t choose your neighbors - This was our 5th or 6th stay. We were in room 124 but the couple next to us ( 2 males) were fighting it was loud and violent and I called security but don’t think anyone came because the fighting went on until 4:00 am and then it began again when they woke up.
I’ve mentioned in the past about the lack of a comforter on the beds that waffle type bedding just don’t cut it for me and even though I grab the closet one for additional warmth I’ve made it a habit of bringing a blanket from home. Wish they’d get decent bedding and then it would all be perfect, but I’d still stay there regardless.
- Carla (4/5): - My ride didnt come and dont do no refundable if you dont have a ride. This place is pretty and fun.
- sandra (10/5): - Everything
- Gerald (8/5): - No free breakfast
- Christina (10/5): - Great staff
- Holly (10/5): - Great room and lots to do
- Julie (10/5): - We had a wonderful time, staff was sweet and thoughtful ❤️ hotel was clean and safe
- Jeffrey (8/5): - The property was nice and clean. Our room was nice and clean. The casino was clean ,and people were very attentive if you wanted anything. I will be back soon.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Hello. I enjoyed my stay at the Seminole Hotel and Casino. Spending time at the pool, different restaurants with delicious food, playing the slots, all of it was fun and relaxing. Thank you. If I could make any additions, it would be a small microwave in all the rooms so that your guests may heat up the delicious leftovers from your restaurants. 😁
- cindy (8/5): - Noisy neighbors at night in surrounding rooms. Choice of restaurants.
- Lucia (10/5): - Everything
- Oscar (10/5): - Nice hotel and casino and very affordable
- Mark (10/5): A Great Stay - As always, our trips to the Immokolee Hard Rock Hotel are excellent in all phases (except the final result...we lost $$.). The rooms are immaculate, the bathroom shower was great, even the way shampoo, conditioner and body cream was excellent. All in all, a great experience, except for the losing. Next time...
- Anita (8/5): - Rooms were spacious, clean and prompt housekeeping service. Could use maybe one more dining choice. Casino machines were plentiful. Only had one waitress problem in the Deli restaurant, she couldn't get the order correct a few times.
- Juaquina (10/5): - Extraordinary service!
- Jane Ann (10/5): - So clean, only 10 miles to Ave Maria University
- Annette (10/5): - My family stay was wonderful....went with my Sister&Family who visits all the time...she told me I would enjoy The Hard Rock Immokalee and I did...everything was top- notch...looking forward to my next visit.
- Tammy (10/5): - It was a great time with friends
- angelacZ3338MP (8/5): Weekend trip - Overall good visit ,but game selection was small took out my favorite all aboard trains no big wins either and it was very smoky in there this visit even up in rooms smelled it they need to upgrade their ventilation system. The restaurant first street deli has great food and service breakfast was very good!
- Robert (10/5): - Even if you are not a gambler, this hotel is an excellent place to stay in a remote part of Florida where the birding is great.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - location and cleanliness were fine. There is no ADA parking close to the entrance to the hotel. I had to walk a long distance carrying my luggage for the night.
- steverA8718SU (6/5): Deli no longer worth a trip! - Ate in the Deli. Ate there once before and was impressed with the corned beef sandwich and went there for that . Very disappointed with the quality as was one of us with the pastrami . Definitely not worth the trip from Naples . Charge a bit more and keep up the quality or you will lose your customers . I was extremely not happy . Yes I realize it’s not Katz’s in NYC,but you have to do better than the local supermarket deli .
- Maria (6/5): - I always love our stay at this hotel, but have to admit: the room smelled moldy, the pillows not comfortable. Love the casino and the food
- Iyolexis (10/5): - I usually read reviews prior any visit. However, write a review of my own experience is something that I "usually" don't do. In this case, this hotel deserves my review. Based on my visits to others hotels, I was really impressed with this one. Saying it's a "town" hotel, you can expect it something "regular", but not. For me this hotel was above my expectations. The food was incredible. Although it's a casino there, everything is clean. Of course that there's cigarette smell in certain areas, but nothing that we can't deal with. Even the casino restrooms were super clean and very well maintained. I'm not only would stay there again, but I also highly recommend it.
- kevin (4/5): - Slots sucked
- Francisco (2/5): - Angel was not very good. Refuse to listen to my concerns and refuse to refund the money even though I bought insurance
- Lorraine (8/5): - No issues but would not venture outside property at night! Property itself was fine!
- Ana (10/5): I recommend this hotel and would stay again. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised.
- Jason (10/5): - Great place!
- E7435XUsandraw (10/5): Nice Hotel - Beautiful hotel. Everything you need was provided. Clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the hotel, and they have a large casino to play in. The food situation could be better.
- Catherine (10/5): - Great staff at this hotel and casino. However located in an area that does not offer any alternatives.
- Mark (10/5): - We are having a great time
- jackieaY3446VA (10/5): Hope you are not on a time limit at the restaurant - We were on a bus charter and had 4 hours at the casino. Went for lunch and was in the restaurant and only had to waitresses on duty. We were there for over 1 1/2 hours. We Ordered 3 cheeseburgers and ask for well done and came out bloody so sent back and got 3 new orders. Waited for ever for coffee had to ask guy clearing the tables to get us coffee. Was not a good experience for our first time there.
- Frank (6/5): - Pros: parking is easy and free. Property is Very clean as are the rooms, and they are very large for hotel rooms. There is a coffee maker and an inadequate refrigerator but no microwave. Restaurants had little wait times and food was good but pricy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: cigarette smell! One night someone called for evacuation of the hotel on the emergency speakers saying there was a fire in the building. We evacuated down stairs from the 3rd floor. It was a “mistake” and the staff thought it was funny. At 10 pm. I stood outside with a robe on waiting for a fire truck, which of course didn’t come. Finally I walked back in the front door and was told it was a mistake. I wasn’t laughing. Property is very remotely located. You are a captive audience. The pool is nice, albeit small, but there is never anyone in it and it is heated. The focus here is gambling with really no other options there or in the area. We saw a show which was excellent, but the venue really was Not. Small, close uncomfortable chairs to watch a 2 hr performance. People constantly getting up and climbing over you (literally) to get another drink. We had beer spilled on us as a drunk woman clambered her way out of our row to go get more beer. No apology just oops. For these reasons we will not return. There are many comfortable venues closer to us with lots more to do than just gamble. That said, the place was almost always full of people. Some love it!
- Violet (10/5): - Excellent plays to stay.
- Steve (4/5): - Unfortunately because of transportation issue we could not make it to the hotel and didn’t have advance notice in order to cancel. Hotel charged my card anyway and ignored several written requests for refund. No courtesy for any type of response they simply ignored us completely! No professionalism used at all, just a greedy attitude.
- Nancy (10/5): - I always judge a room by the bathroom……the cleanliness and how it is appointed. I was more than happy with everything.
- JB3060 (10/5): Great Place! - Amazing! Nice place. Friendly staff. Limited food late at night. They don't allow pets is a negative. Promotions are great and often. Could use more updated slots. VIP nights were a great addition. Food and drinks always good.
- Mark (10/5): - Every thing was great
- JCA59 (10/5): Have a good time at Immolakee Seminole Casino and hotel - We stayed in a very comfortable suite at the hotel. I would recommend a visit sometime. Had all the amenities listed on line & then some.
The table games in the casino were good. Dealers were really nice. A large variety of slots and some of my favorite video poker. Large areas on non smoking was a plus.
- Edward (10/5): - the property was
very nice and the rooms were excellent and the folks at the front desk were very helpful and very nice. WE totally enjoyed the R & R!
- Y5890LRgg (2/5): SAVE YOIR MONEY - DONT GO HERE TO GAMBLE . ROULETTE MACHINES ARE MAGNETIC . place is a complete s**T hole . Not to mention it’s in the middle of the ghetto and right next to a jail ! Makes you feel like you are a criminal when you enter . I’ve been here multiple times and have spent over 6 thousand in the establishment and have only walked out 1 time with an extra 100 dollars . Not to mention me bringing family here over 10 times in the last 5 months and they have the same experience.
- Tina (10/5): Nice rooms - Rooms were clean and very nice.
- Nigel (8/5): Great stay - A lovely welcome at check in and check out. Nice clean hotel. All the staff very attentive and helpful. Well worth a visit
- Ronald (8/5): - enjoyed the stay with the exception of the concert that blasted the room
- Brandon (10/5): Great stay - Was able to check in early. Staff friendly and room was great size.
- Debra (10/5): - The staff is extraordinary…from the check in gal, to the security guards, the restaurants/bar/food offerings….it is the best casino experience ever for us! Thank you so much!!
- Gregory (10/5): - Liked that the concert venue was close.
- george h (8/5): - Nothing around the property, at least the immediate area.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Walls are thin, hotel very much treated as an afterthought to the casino.
- Linda (10/5): - The first floor room was very well appointed and quiet.
Valet parking was somewhat of a chore, as there was rarely an attendant.
- David (10/5): - The entire stay was great.
- Robert (2/5): - Made a mistake booked this property while on vacation, instead of tampa property, no transfer of reservation was offered, wasted over 3 hours on phone, to get told no refund we follow policy, i even had expedia call, cause thats what they told me, to no avail
never book there again, was a repeat customer, girlfriend lives in s florida
- T4499YSjeffw (2/5): Horrid experience - I was at the casino with my husband celebrating our anniversary in Florida thinking this would be a great add, who doesn’t like some gambling? When we arrived I noticed that the casino had several broken and cracked items inside of the building held by black electric tape. I brush that off thinking that they must be fixing up the casino. We were having a blast with the fellow players. We started to gamble for a while and noticed we aren’t being treated like everybody else at the table. The dealer was not engaging us like the other players and the wait staff took other peoples orders as if we are invisible. I thought maybe it’s the table so we try a few more with the same results. It seems like this place like to cater to only a certain type of people. I’m very disappointed especially because this is Flordia in the year 2022 almost 2023 smh so sad.
- David (10/5): - Great time was had . Easy check in , gorgeous room . Casino was great and music in the lounge was awesome . Staff were all so friendly and courteous from check in to security , cleaning staff and bartenders.
- Keith (10/5): - The staff there were all so great and helpful with parking ,helping right away with my luggage and help getting my husband up to our room. It was a great getaway to relax and of course have fun. Casino breakfast the best !
- Henry (10/5): Relaxing - A fantastic stay and away from the big city crowd while enjoying a nice time at the casino.
- Janice (8/5): - Since there is currently no room service, the hotel should at least provide a microwave.
- hdbsob (6/5): nothing special - just played for about an hr. slots were actually better than hard rock as far as pay outs. it was busy for a tues. afternoon. finally hit something decent and left before giving it all back. not too smokey here
- Rogff (2/5): Poor service and management - After an hour or so of gambling i went to one of the bars to relax. I waited several minutes while the 2 bartender s were either at the register or going in and out of back room. No one was getting service. Several left as did eventually. I met up with my friend and went to center bar and sat playing the games for at least 10 minutes. No bartender ever showed. I stopped a waitress and she got a manager (ronda) when I started to tell her what we had been through she jumped down my throat that the bar was closed . I looked over at it with people still waiting and said do they know. She was so rude I ended the conversation with dont worry I won't be back. She stomped away. At the end of our night we wanted to get some food and go up and enjoy the room. (Which was ver nice). We were told we could not take food out of restaurant. I said can we go in sit and order then get to go box? She said no. It was 9 pm and the other residents were closed. We ended up getting pizza delivered. This morning before leaving my friend spoke with food management. I found him extremely rude also. If ur in ft Myers or Naples I would recommend driving the extra time to the hard rocks on Tampa or Hollywood
- Marc (10/5): - Clean
- Richard (10/5): Great room - Very nice and clean room. Like new. Nice firm bed.
- Wendy (10/5): - We came into town to visit family and they put us up in this wonderful hotel. Close to where they live very convenient and we were just taken by how comfortable everything was. The littlest of details were looked after even including the large wonderful showerhead.
- Janice (10/5): Wonderful getaway. - Friendly staff, excellent sanitation and security. Room and beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was loud music in next room after midnight.
- Steven (10/5): - Check in was great. Our room is very nice. Our dinner was good the service was sub par.
- JOHN R (8/5): - Enjoyed a relaxing time.
- James (10/5): - There wasn't much to do near the hotel but the hotel was clean and the casino was great.
- Stacey (10/5): - Very beautiful room with great media appointments and modern decor- attached to casino but very private with door attendant!
- Brian (10/5): - Everything was great!!
- Laura (6/5): - NO room service. Did not clean room, change towels, etc. Complaint got a pile of clean towels handed to me with request to hand carry dirty towels to the cart in hallway.
- Mary Ann (10/5): - Check in was easy and front desk personnel were great. The room was clean and spacious. I will try and visit again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was great. Large, Clean and updated. Very nice. Everything we want for the weekend stay was there. Didn't have to leave the property. Pool was very nice
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Staff was good but management was very poor service
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I really was impressed with this property it was very clean and smelled new and fresh.!
- Carlos (2/5): Hotels.com don’t talk with the hotel for the detai - I paid for a king size bed to Hotels.com but in rhe front they don’t have this information. The hotel is good but not is excellent. Hotels.com don’t talk with the hotel for the reservation details
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I was quite impressed with the property 1st small casino on check in everything went extremely smoothly. I also enjoyed all of the staff the meal preparation and serving was excellent I didn't win any money but we had a good time over all. The entertainment was excellent and we definitely will come back again soon
- turtleCamp2 (8/5): Nice few days - Relaxing rooms that are large and clean. Casino is adequate size with a smoke free area that is large. Comparing to other Seminole casinos it is the smallest. The area around is mostly undeveloped but the restaurants nearby serve delicious food. There are several restaurants in the casino but they are pricey. A short drive will get you go the beach in Naples. A nice relaxing few days.
- tajonesn (8/5): Felt comfortable with all of the Covid-19 precautions in place! - We have been cautious during the Covid-19 pandemic so we haven’t been to the casino in well over a year. For our first visit, which was on a Sunday mid-afternoon, we were impressed with the precautions being taken. Masks are required except while drinking, eating or smoking so by staying in the non-smoking areas everyone was really good about keeping masks on. Temperature scanning was done at the one dedicated entrance.
They had hand sanitizer stations all over the place and they had dedicated cleaning crews with well marked shirts that were constantly cleaning contact surfaces.
It was busier than we expected. In fact when we pulled into the parking lot we never had previously (pre-pandemic) parked so far away with the parking lot being so packed. We considered leaving but thought we would just poke our head in to see how it was and I’m glad we did because we felt totally comfortable using the slot machines with all of the precautions being taken.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Fun 21st birthday!’
- mk21054 (2/5): never again - this is the pits of casinos.... they had security coming around to tell you to put your mask over your nose meanwhile you need 02 from the smoking!!! it reeks of smoke smell and a haze!....not a dime paid out in 1 hr of play....its hillbillyish!!! even the entertainment was hokey!!....its not elegant or even nice or pretty..... the restaurant food was horrible.... the waiter charged us for 3 meals when there was clearly two...the drinks are watered down...we will not be coming back....its not fun.... we had heard that you don't win there and that was so right!!! but the smoke was the worst
- Verified traveler (10/5): - great time check in could be sooner
- E7979LTandreat (10/5): Business trip - Overly impressed! I don’t stay at casino hotels often but wow I was impressed with this one! The best part was the entertainment! We sand and danced along with the lovely singer and live band all night! Then waking up to a breakfast that could feed 5! The service was amazing. Rooms were nice and quiet. If ever in the area I would head straight to this hotel!
- Avid_Surfer (10/5): Great little Casino & Hotel! - Have been a few times now over the last month or two...but never stayed in hotel! We stayed Saturday (6 Mar '21) night and found everything to be pleasantly surprising!
The room (King #327) was fresh, spacious, and clean! Has all of the amenities and then some of a typical hotel room!
We visit Las Vegas quite often and none of the standard rooms have the one thing I require... A COFFEE MAKER! 😆 Nice Keurig K-Cup maker with decent complimentary coffee!
There was no mini-fridge but they would probably bring one if needed... We only stayed one night so it wasn't a problem for us.
Dinner & Breakfast at EE-TO-LEET-KE Grill was awesome and affordable.
Drinks are not free like in Vegas, but they are inexpensive... $5 for a Coors Light... $6 for a rum & Coke! You'll spend more than that at a beach resort!
Slots a little tighter than ANYBODY would like 😆 But there was definitely winning going on and for the casual player enjoyable enough for some fun and excitement!
Can't wait to get back in April!
- Lushanda (8/5): Birthday weekend - Great location everything is in one place, bathroom was nice and big the bed very comfortable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel was clean and nice.
Not the best casino experience. Drinks cost much too much. The virtual table games didn't work well, every seat had buttons that didn't work. Slots took your money so fast it wasn't even fun playing. I want to be entertained while I lose my money.
- David (10/5): love to gamble - rooms were large and clean. people were friendly. the food was good at the GRILL & the DELI. People were friendly and helpful.
- Aurelien (6/5): Hotel ok - The clientele of the resort is not what I was expecting. The hotel is ok. Matress not ok. Nothing to do in the area, too far from Naples or Fort Myers.
We heard repetitive far small noises when trying to sleep, like a truck backing off.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Made reservation with hotels.com, arrive at the property at 5:40 PM, was told that hotel couldn't find my reservation. Took 45 minutes to find reservation and validate.. Personnel at feont desk said that hotels.com made bookung after hotel had closed its cash sales (not sure what that means). Nevertheless, my wife and i were left sitting.. not a good way to start a visit.
- 495SteveB495 (2/5): First And Last Visit - Was a large group of us for a birthday event. Cold and rude help was our first time and will be our last. Slots didn't pay out for hours of play. What a total disappointment. There is only one way for this business to go and it's not up.
- chadtonks (8/5): Need more tables open - Love coming to the casino to play some BJ but since covid started, they have had basically no tables open. When you can only have 4 people sit at a table and dealers constantly have to clean the chips, u think there would be more tables open. If they opened the zig zag lounge, they could space tables out more to help with socially distancing people. Please open the zig zag lounge as soon as possible!
Love coming to this casino even though it is a drive for me. Never had any issues with rude dealers or anything. Just expect to lose but it is a casino so you should expect that for any casino you go to.
- JohnHArmstrong (2/5): Broken machines bad payout horrible customer service. - 3 out of 5 machines do not accept cash or vouchers. Sometime you have to put cash other times vouchers only. Touch screen does not work 3 out of 5 machines to access card. Card does not work 3 out of 5 machines.
Staff laughs at customers who inquire about customer cares and broken machines.
Floor servers are never around and machine operators do not attend to service lights.
This is a very dark and disrespectful organization and the machines do not pay out worth crap. They have them at best a 2% pay out.
Wait forever for food and very salty just like their operations.
If you go and ignore this review you will remember as you leave!
- 530maureeng (6/5): They could do better - Nice machines but they are tight, only one restaurant open, Non smokers must wear masks while smokers Can sit there and. Blow smoke and germs around. During the pandemic they should have them go outside to smoke.
- R7274TVtiffanyk (4/5): ATM overcharge - The last couple of times I have been there, used their atm both times. The fee is 6.95, which was included in the amount I took out, but there were two additional fees of 2.50, which made the withdrawal fee 11.95, outrageous. I went frequently back in 2018, I believe the fee was 4.95 at that time. I used the atm there regularly until I found out that they were charging extra fees. Once I found out about it I stopped going there, until recently with a few family members. So avoid using their atms.
- Daniel (10/5): - From check in to check out it was a very pleasant experience...
- Eduardo (10/5): - very comfortable + super friendly staff + incredibly clean
- Michael (8/5): - Only complaint is poor lighting in the bathroom!
- Eileen (10/5): - It was nice and clean. People and staff were friendly. Room was very nice with all the amenities.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days for work. Hotel was nice and it seemed to have been remodeled. Staff was nice and attentive. Overall, I would recommend staying there.
