- Michael (10/5): - Right from the beginning it was great. Check in was so simple, and the people at the front desk provided me with such great and valuable information. The amenities are awesome. Room was great. Clean. Serviced every day. I would like to see a garbage can in the kitchenette. Pool was clean and water was warm. Was able to walk to a lot of cool things. Go to Washington mall. Amenities. They provided free shuttle, bikes, and chairs with umbrellas for the beach. Recent renovation. No room was bad.

The only problem is bad insulation between floors. We could hear every step our above neighbors made. Made falling asleep very hard.

- Nancy (8/5): Motel by beach - Overall good for a motel. Staff was friendly and super quick to check in and check out. They provide beach passes and waterproof wrist bands that open your room door. Pool was good but not heated. There is no room service, no restaurant or food in the hotel which is a bummer when you have kids but they do let you order take out and eat by the pool area.
- Frank (10/5): - This was a great stay. Clean and modern hotel, friendly staff and nice amenities. We used a couple of their bikes to check out Cape May. The view was ocean from left to right from our room and the 3rd floor deck was a nice place to sit and watch the water. Also I noticed Hawaiian style music playing in the lobby - it really adds well to the Mahalo vibe. We would definitely recommend the place and look forward to returning.

- Carolyn (8/5): Affordable recently rehabbed hotel - Bed was super comfy. Sheets and comforter appeared very clean and white. Bathroom was clean. My only complaint was the carpets were stained, and dirty. I know the hotel isn’t that old but I think carpets at the beach are just a bad choice and likely need to replaced each season. Otherwise nice stay for a night in fall!

It’s right across the street from the beach and next to Harry’s so we could enjoy live music nightly right from the pool. The including amenities are amazing! We loved having beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us and borrowing bikes to ride along the boardwalk. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The community tables outside the first floor made an early sleep difficult but eventually people left and it was ok.

- William (8/5): - The bathroom sink wasn’t working but it was repaired the next day. Same for the refrigerator- it was connected to a bad circuit so they connected it to another outlet, using a heavy duty extension cord that we kept tripping over. Room was directly above the dumpsters so we were treated to the merry music of a slamming trash truck at around sun up every day. I suppose that can’t be helped but I’d recommend when reserving a room you ask for one away from the dumpsters. At least they didn’t smell. Otherwise, the place was clean as a whistle and conveniently located to the town and beach.

No hot water in am/pm and the pressure trickles at best in the shower and in a closet size bathroom. Plan on sleeping diagonally if your over 5'4". Very suspicious people sitting around the pool at night drinking alcohol and some were not styaying at the property. A nightmare!! Beware!!

The property was really clean and well maintained. Rooms seemed a little dated and had a bit of a musty smell, but it’s an old motel at the shore, so what does one expect? We still felt comfortable and clean. The pool closed at around 7:00, which seemed rather early for the end of June, but we really enjoyed it during the day. It was quiet and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’ll absolutely go back.

Outdoor restaurants with live music but not over powering and they shut down reasonable time. Slept with windows open allowing ocean breeze to come in. Decent pool hours not too early and not late. Able to allow relax time. 1 car parking but there is free parking on the surrounding residential streets. Ocean viewing balcony on 3rd floor open to all residents. Great for a family trip

The experience was excellent—I stayed only one night but could have stayed much longer.

We had a leak from toilet in our original room and upon calling, service was at door quickly and we were moved to another room. I am definitely coming back to the Capri for my future stays in the area.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Enjoyed the stay! It’s definitely no frills (you shouldn’t expect luxury), but they had good service and thoughtfully had a coffee keurig in the room. Nice setting too.
- Alison (8/5): Good Deal - Nice older hotel with updates. The bathroom was just redone. A little musty smell but other than that is was good. Very close to the beach and nice restaurants.
- Steven (10/5): very nice hotel - modern with old charm - A very nice hotel. They have done a great job being modern yet keeping the old feel. Love being able to open windows and have fresh air circulating. Also nice covit safety procedures Including wrapping all kitchenware.
