• Marko (10/5): Gut gelaunt in den Tag - Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, das ideal im Herzen der Stadt liegt und schnellen Zugang zu allen wesentlichen Attraktionen bietet, war insgesamt äußerst angenehm. Besonders herausragend war jedoch das Frühstück, durch die herzliche, authentische und bemerkenswert aufmerksame Art der Service-Mitarbeiterin. Ihre Freundlichkeit und positive Ausstrahlung verliehen dem Morgen eine außergewöhnliche Leichtigkeit und sorgten für einen tollen Start in den Tag.

• Poul (8/5): Helt ok - Lidt ældre hotel, men ligger perfekt i midtbyen til shopping. Man kan godt se slid, men det virker pænt og rent. Fortrinlig morgenmad og der er også mulighed for glutenfrit. Eneste minus er at man skal parkere i nærliggende p-hus på Steinstrasse til 18 euro pr døgn. P-huset er virkelig stejlt og med hårdt knæk hvor bilen skrabte på med bunden.

• Ben (2/5): - Die “verfügbaren Parkplätze” begrenzen sich auf reguläre Parklücken auf der Straße. Davon gab es nicht wirklich viele. Die Option ist das Parkhaus gegenüber. Dieses ist teuer und sehr eng. Das Zimmer ist eins der schrecklichsten gewesen in denen ich jemals untergekommen bin. Tut mir leid, positive Erlebnisse kann ich nicht teilen. Das Restaurant nebenan ist jedoch klasse!

• Hans-Jürgen (6/5): Hotel top, Nachtruhe flop! - Wir waren zum dritten Mal im hier. Das allein spricht schon für positive Erfahrungen. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Hier, im Herzen der Stadt, kann man Restaurants, Bars und Parks fußläufig erreichen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und das Restaurant "Vielharmonie" im Haus, mit großer Aussenterrasse und Bar, ist sehr gut und hat ein tolles Team! Leider müssen wir im Interesse anderer Gäste auch ein wenig Kritik anbringen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist zwar durchaus angemessen. Man sollte aber nicht damit leben müssen, dass ein "Deluxe" Zimmer so hellhörig ist, dass man selbst Gespräche aus den Zimmern anderer Gäste, die in normaler Lautstärke geführt werden, oder Badezimmer Geräusche aller Art, mehr als deutlich mithören muss. Und jetzt, in der warmen Jahreszeit (August!), ist es sehr laut auf der Straße, was an Wochenenden die ganze Nacht durch anhält. Johlende Heimkehrer und vorbeifahrende Autos, die ihre Stereoanlage wummern lassen, sind nicht die beste Schlafmusik. Vor allem, wenn man eine Zimmer im ersten Stock hat. Selbst bei fest geschlossenen Fenstern, was im Sommer nicht immer angenehm ist! Wir konnten auf jeden Fall kein Auge zutun. Da hilft auch das komfortabelste Zimmer nicht weiter. Das sollte man seinen Gästen nicht verschweigen, oder sie zumindest darauf vorbereiten. Dann kann der geräuschempfindliche Gast selbst entscheiden, ob er lieber nach oben zieht. Oder das Hotel räumt für Zimmer mit dieser Problematik einen angemessenen Rabatt ein.

Der var både rent og hyggeligt. hotellet var rent personalet kunne engelsk. der manglede intet. morgenmaden var god og der var lidt af alt. fik lov at tjekke ind før tid. og personalet hjalp os med at finde et sted at spise frokost. samt et sted at parkere bilen.

• Thomas (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig nahe der Fussgängerzone von Braunschweig. Unsere ruhiges Zimmer lag zum Innhof des Gebäudes.Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Im Umfeld gibt es fussläufig mehrer Restaurants und Bars mit Tischen im Freien.

• kimUSAF (10/5): Perfect hotel close to Centrum; safe, great bfast! - Beautiful hotel within walking distance to Centrum; we were able to park in garage across street for discounted rate of 7 euro/24 hours. The room was totally renovated, with new "wood" vinyl plank floors, king bed/mattress, but still had 16 foot ceilings (made me wonder what it looked like 20 years ago); elegant staircase going up, but there is also an elevator. Mini fridge had everything you wanted, but we were also able to take out beers on top shelf and put in a bottle of our wine. We brought our doxie along, and the hotel is very pet-friendly. I am glad we stayed here v. Best Western (which is in a bit of a "seedy area"). The breakfast was delicious which included hot scrambled eggs...can't say enough about the hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Dejligt og centralt hotel - Personalet i receptionen var meget venlige og imødekommende. Beliggenheden var i top. Hotellet lå tæt på det hele og havde en hyggelig café/bar lige uden for. Værelset var lille men alligevel dejligt indrettet med en separat afd. med toilet og et lille "kontor". Det eneste som var trak ned var, at der ikke var air condition og hedebølge uden for mens vi var der. Minibaren var særdeles veludstyret, og du fik mange toiletartikler, så som barber-grej, tandbørste og tandpasta, plus det almindelige. Super god morgenmad. Vi havde et dejligt ophold, og ville helt sikkert booke igen.

• Jens (8/5): Godt og centralt hotel - Med behov for en enkelt nat på vej længere ned i Tyskland, valget faldt på Braunschweig og dette hotel. Og det er vi glade for. Hyggeligt hotel i midten af byen, med adgang til parkeringshus på den anden siden af vejen. Venlig modtagelse i Covid-19 tiden og nem tjek ind. God størrelse værelse, god seng og passede os fint. Morgenmaden bliver i disse tider serveret, så ingen buffet eller andet. Men fungerede fint og let. Vi benytter bestemt hotellet en anden gang vi er på disse kanter.

• Rob (10/5): Lekker in het centrum - Een prima hotel in het centrum van Braunschweig dus dichtbij vele bars en restaurants. Het hotel bied wat je mag verwachten inclusief een heerlijk ontbijt. Wij verbleven hier op terugreis naar huis, maar ook Braunschweig is het waard om er wat langer te verblijven.

• YorkshireAviator (10/5): Quiet and cosy - We had an excellent stay at this traditional hotel,with a fine old red carpeted wooden staircase.Reception staff were welcoming and helpful with local information. The second floor room was comfortably furnished with a carpet and lots of furniture.The bed was new,as was the small bathroom( shower only).The only major amenity lacking was aircon,but there was a huge fan by the bed. Breakfast was of the usual German type,in a spacious room. The location is very near the Kohlmarkt,but quiet at night.

• Ian (8/5): Interesting but slept very badly. - Wonderful hotel in super part of town. Easy to walk to all places. Unfortunately, all the outside tables were reserved, event though 80% were empty. Don't worry, lots of restaurants nearby. Public overnight carpark 50m. We had to change room (downgraded) because the electricity tripped off at 11pm. Girl in reception didn't know how to reset it (she was being trained up). My suggestion is to train your staff during the day so they can then learn from more experienced staff. Great breakfast - it had zircon whereas the rooms only had a fan. Oh - and when the temperature is 30deg.C at night, don't put your adult guests in a childproof room where the window only opens 10cm. Again, the inexperienced staff could not locate the key to open the window. So - a good stay but could have been much better.
• ikedeb (10/5): Wonderful staff and central location - Stayed here for 3 nights last year. All staff were very helpful in giving us directions and suggestions, even with our lack of German. Room was a great size - had a separate couch and desk, was clean and comfortable. Good variety of selections for breakfast. Easy to walk and explore the old town area and shopping area. Lots of restaurants cafes nearby but we loved Vielharmonie and ate there each night. Would happily stay here again, we stayed here on recommendation from our son.
• 513olafh (8/5): Nice hotel in the inner city - A good located hotel in the inner city, from which a lot of shopping destinations or tourist attractions can be reached. Well equiped and individual designed rooms, as almost all rooms have another layout. The rooms are clean. The most beautiful rooms are these directly under the roof, some of them with a view to Bankplatz. But these rooms can only be reached via the staircase from the 3rd floor. A small elevator is available. The breakfast room is beautiful designed. The breakfast is diverse and adequate. Friendly staff. The hotel can be good reached via public transport directly from the main station.
• agnieszkak350 (10/5): Nice stay - We stayed here only for one night. Beautiful hotel in the great location close to downtown. Very clean, and room was equipped with absolutely everything what you might need, even a TV guide for the recent week! Very comfy bed as well and very quiet and cosy, so we slept very well. The only thing is a car park. Because the hotel is located on downtown you must find a place to park on the street or leave the car on the car park opposite (8€ 24h). Anyway, we loved it!
• elisavetam2014 (10/5): A nice hotel for couple of nights - We stayed there just one night, but were enjoying it. The layout of the room is a bit odd, but everything was nice and clean. Our room had even the small room with a desk. Everyone was writing about wonderful breakfast, it is a good qualitative German breakfast, but nothing very special.

Parking just few meters from the hotel at special low hotel rate. Great breakfast room - quiet place to relax - no hurry in the morning. Great choice of food. We had a great stay there - only one night, but war really very relaxing.
• monika40Fremantle (8/5): Always Very Good - This is our third time staying at this hotel and it is still as good as we first found it. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The room we have had, Room 106 above the front door, is large, comfortable, quiet and has a small balcony. The breakfast is superb.
• JoopV (8/5): Very friendly hotel - Besides the good rooms, nice bed and good breakfast, this hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff, and the location is perfect, right in the historical center of the city, near to good restaurants and musea.

• MarcoC156 (8/5): Good Hotel for job trip! - I stayed in this hotel for a job trip (for automation fair in Hannover). The hotel has a big and comfortable rooms, quite silence. The problem (but it is the problem of all the hotels in Germany) is the carpet in the room! The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choice! Other strange fact, it is the no-free connection to wifi! in 2016 I think all the hotels must to have the free connection! Generally the hotel is good.
• 429marcelh (10/5): Wonderful surprise - This hotel exceeded expectations starting at the door with the friendly staff. The rooms were large, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The location could not have been better so close to the centre but there was still no noise from the outside. Would highly recommend it to anyone
• Beverly (10/5): Friendly hotel in central location - Tradional but quirky hotel with large comfortable, clean rooms and powerful showers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great value. Will return.
• xxelaxx (10/5): Central and quiet - a modern, quiet, spacious room, very schmackhaft breakfast! located at beautiful Fussgangerzone, comfy Parkhaus for your car in the town centre, close to different types of restaurants - our favourite - Dubrovnik (cheap, tasty and plenty food)
• Mike_Lichten (10/5): VERY COMFORTABLE AND GOOD VALUE - The accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. All the staff were very helpful, particularly in explaining the parking arrangement and recommending a very nice Italian restaurant for dinner. The town was not particularly interesting and there was building works taking place in the neighbouring street but, on the whole, I was very pleased with the stay.
• 107stephant (6/5): Central location with very good breakfast - I was here during a big sports event, so the price was very (very, very) high, which is considered in this evaluation. The situation of the hotel is very central in the best shopping area with great access to public communication. Good restaurants are close. The room standard was below average. I had a room under the roof, which was very small. The TV was very small.
