• Elaine (10/5): Peaceful small guest house conveniently located. - We enjoyed a peaceful stay for 3 nights. Shower was hot, beds were warm, breakfast was excellent with fruit, fresh juice, eggs and fresh made bread. Very nice common area with a few sofas to hang out. The owners were super helpful with arranging a ride from Cusco airport and then on to ollantaytambo. The location is excellent, close to everything - the central market, a French bakery/coffee shop and Timoteo’s restaurant are across the street. We had keys to the outer gate to come and go. Very quiet and peaceful inside the gate no matter what’s going on outside. All was good.

She always responded to everything we need and she was very caring towards my mother when she had knee pain, helping us to order a taxi for a reasonable rate. Great location We paid extra for the heater since we stayed in winter. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and the coffee was incredible Overall I will come back because Jenny makes the stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable A bit cold but not during our sleep because we had lots of blankets and a heater

• Margaret (10/5): A great little place to stay in Pisac - We liked everything about our stay here. The warmth of the welcome was exceptional. The breakfasts were very good, in fact the huevos revueltos were the best we had in Peru in six weeks. It has a very hot and reliable shower. There is a nice comfortable patio to sit in. It is very cold at night but once you’re in bed it’s lovely and warm as there are loads of blankets.
• Dafna (6/5): Extremely noisy. - The staff were nice, wifi was good They do construction works in the whole place from the morning until the evening every day, very very noisy. When you renovate your place and make such constant noise to guests, you should offer discount. No option to use the kitchen or garden because it was also under constrcutions. The room, bed and shower were very small.

• Kennedy (9/5): Quiet, comfy, close to everything in Pisac! - Great location close to the market, shops and plaza de arms but also quiet at night. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Very responsive host, keen to make our stay great. Sparky their dog is also very friendly. The room was cold. It made for amazing sleeps with all the blankets to keep you warm, but was hard to hang out in the room otherwise. We didn’t hang out in the room so wasn’t a problem for us.

I slept very well; it was quiet, the bed was comfortable with many blankets for warmth and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I moved from another hotel that was quite loud and sterile so this was a nice change. I’d go back if I ever visit Pisac again.

Delicious breakfast with excellent coffee. Thermos of hot water for tea brought to the room each evening. A short walk to the town center.
• Lauren (10/5): Warm welcome to a beautiful courtyard space near Pisac center. - Lovely host made me feel like home. A wonderful location right in Pisac. I enjoyed a good shower and fresh towel. One very welcome touch was the hostess left me a thermos of hot water every night so that I could enjoy tea in my room.
• Amaranta (9/5): Lovely and comfortable - Jenny gave clear instructions and information, and it has a reat location that is near to everything and still quiet and peaceful from the hustle and bustle. Felt very much at home ( was lovely taking siestas in the common areas) and well taken care by Jenny and team, and it was lovely that I could heat up my food on their woodfire stove. The water heater somehow decided to take a holiday on my 1st day and they promptly fixed it and provided alternatives to reduce inconveniemces. They have a lovely garden where you can enjoy the views and sunshine. Lovely stay and highly recommend it. Nothing :)

Janny is a great hostess who does everything to make you comfortable, feel welcome and she provides you with all the information you need about the town, transportation,... We also liked the breakfast very much. It's worth the extra soles. No complaints.
• Rene (10/5): Cozy, comfortable and convenient with the most amazing owner ever. - The rooms are cute, nothing fancy, exactly like the pictures show, they’re extremely clean and comfortable. It was so cold when we stayed but we had plenty of blankets and a fantastic hot shower which saved the day. The thoughtfulness of the owner and staff is what makes this place amazing. We had some fruit in our room and when housekeeping noticed this they placed a knife and plate nexto it so that we could enjoy it in our room. The owner Janny is so amazing and helped us track down a missing parcel that we couldn’t figure out without her. The location is super handy right nexto town with easy access to everything. The entry gate could be a bit noisy because some guests let it slam rather than closing it gently.

• Jonathan (10/5): Very nice and confortable place - This place is a gem. It has been by far my favorite place in my whole trip in Peru. The room was spotless and there was a great selection of welcoming tea. Janny and her family are lovely. They made me feel very confortable from the moment I walked in. Janny has been very helpful and she provided me a hiking map of the surroundings. The place feels super safe. There is a nice inner courtyard with a table that is perfect for evening reading and also a beautiful garden at the back with mountain view. There is a very good vibe at this place and it was perfect for resting after extenuating travel throughout the country. Nothing.
• Sian (9/5): Ideal place in Pisac. - It is right in the centre of town. My room was very spacious. There was plenty of room to store my stuff. The bed was very comfy. I liked it had a bedside light. The bathroom was clean with new towel daily. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was very good. Fruit, juice, eggs, rolls, butter and jam with tea or coffee. There was an outdoor sitting room. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The only slight issue was the shower. It sometimes went cold without me doing anything. The room was not heated so it could be a bit cold in the morning but I still liked the place.

The rooms were cosy and the bed was super comfy, we had lots of blankets. Janny was such a friendly and helpful host. Was able to do yoga in the court yard in the morning Some wall hangers for towels in the bathroom would be helpful.

There is a pretty little courtyard filled with pots of flowers where you can relax. The room was cleaned every day. Super WiFi. Great shower. Highly recommend.
• Karlien (9/5): Comfortable and quiet stay in Pisac - We enjoyed the relatively large room, with comfortable bed. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet. The host was kind and helpful. A nice detail was the thermos with hot water and fresh tea every day. A minor detail was that the temperature of the shower changed constantly. Light sleepers might bring a sleeping mask as the room gets light in the morning.

• Shiyu (10/5): Exceptional - The hot water shower is great - one of the best showers I have had in Peru. The room is clean, and the bed is super warm and comfy. I slept very well. The host, Jenny, is super friendly and responsive. Everyday she provided me with hot water for tea, which is very sweet. They have a cute dog, Sparky, who you will find roaming the street, pastry shop, and the main square every day... Nada. The bathroom is a little small, but I don't mind it at all.
• Frida (10/5): Highly recommend! - Sooo lovely and helpful host! Three super friendly and affectionate cats. Big and comfy bed with layers of blankets and a down duvet to keep us warm. Clean and tidy. Breakfast could be more filling.

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and Pisac is a pretty safe town to walk around. Janny will make you breakfast if you ask. Recommended! The metal entry gate is very loud whenever someone comes through, and the street can be loud.
• White (10/5): safe, clean, and well accommodated rooms. - The rooms were well furnished and clean. Beds add multiple blankets to keep you warm and were very soft. Beautiful courtyard with nice sitting area to relax. We felt very safe and well cared for. Janny greeted us and provided hot beverages in the room. She also allowed us to store our bags after check out so that we could climb the trail to the Písac archaeological site.  thanks Janny for a great stay.

Maybe the room could be a bit brighter, but that is only the case when you plan to stay in your room for a long time. They are planning to fully upgrade the whole place. Will be amazing!

I recommand this place if you are looking for a rustic experience. For me it's better to pay 2 euros more per night to get a more comfortable room No hot water. Cold Rooms not heated, no sun, no view, and no hot water (the owner tried to make it warm but stayed a little less cold ). I stayed 5 nights .

• Heather (10/5): Like staying with family, best stay of my trip - This was a wonderful surprise on my trip. Pictures show exactly what it looks like. It really was like staying with family or friends. Janny took such good care of me as i dealt with altitude sickness. Pisac is a good place to do that in since you can slowly walk around the little town until you acclimate (just don't go up to the ruins too quickly, they are high!). Great food choices in town, including vegan options!, nice market, nice views. She also helped me get wherever I needed to go safely and was just great to talk to. Breakfast was your standard fare plus eggs and was just perfect (thank you Elena - not sure if that's how you spell it but she was great). Loved the resident kitties and there's a little store there they run and a money exchange. They bring you hot water for your coca tea and the shower is nice and hot also. People have mentioned no heat in the room but that wasn't a problem for me even when I left the window open at night but it was unusually warm I think.. amazingly quiet even with the windows open too. Wi-fi worked great and there were several outlets. Just loved everything about it and was sad to go and would go back and recommend for sure!
