• Mattias (4/5): Stannade en natt på min väg till Koh Lipe. - Var stort och rymligt. Ligger väldigt off. Inga andra bodde där när jag var där , poolen helt öde. Så det kändes väldigt märkligt. Går inte betala med kort utan man måste betala kontant eller använda en app som inte går att använda som västerlänning. Väldigt lite turister i området och knappt några restauranger.

• Miguel (1/5): Dirty and smelly place - Terrible experience... Please pick any other place. Pictures in booking are not real and have so many filters! The room was dirty and with a terrible smell. The hall was also in very bad conditions. I asked to cancel and reinbursement as soon as I arrived. They were not open initially but eventually they said ok. Its been 2 days and still waiting for my Money 😥

• John (7/5): By using Grab taxis this is a very inexpensive apartment. Great Indian restaurant over the road - Good value for money. The bed was very comfortable and the studio apartment was spacious. There is little to offer food and drink-wise within the complex but there is an excellent Indian Restaurant a very short walk across the road. It is an ideal place to stay for one night if you need to stay over to catch a flight as it is very close to the airport and is very quiet. The swimming pool looked exactly as in the picture on Booking.com, but we didn't use it. Overall, we paid a lot less than similar accommodation in the busier areas and the cost of the taxis didn't bring the cost of our stay up to what we would have paid in the busier areas. Our Grab taxis generally came very quickly but the prices do rise at peak times - mainly evenings We felt very isolated, although the Grab App for hailing cabs was a lifeline and the fares were very reasonable. It is ideally located for the airport, Cenang Beach (15 minute taxi ride), Telaga Harbour (also 15 minutes) and the Skywalk (20 - 30 minutes), but other than the Indian Restaurant you have to rely on taxis. Our toilet kept blocking but the reception staff had their maintenance team clear it fairly promptly

• peter (6/5): Raar - Omdat mijn ferry naar Koh Lipe werd gecanceld wegens het weer, had ik snel goedkope accomodatie voor één nacht nodig. Die vond ik hier. Kamer was heel groot. Dit is geen gezellig of mooi vakantieverblijf. Eén nacht was ok, maar ik zou hier niet langer willen zijn. Het is een groot complex, maar het voelde of er verder niemand was. Evengoed duurde inchecken heel lang. Alsof ze overvallen waren door mijn komst. Personeel was wel heel vriendelijk.

• Razak (6/5): If you want to walk by the beach to enjoy sunset, or to enjoy food-hunting... this is not the place. - It was a two bedroom apartment, a queen bed in one room and in another, a room suitable for 4 person to sleep in. The apartment is spacious. The facilities are old and in need of upgrading. Location wise, it is far from Kuah city. It is also far from the beach. In other words, you must have a transport to get around. The place is very quiet! The pool is run down and needs upgrading.

When we walked in, apartment had a musty smell, which is very commom in ocean towns. We kept the windows and door open for a bit and it got rid of it. Other then that, it's your basic clean hotel with free parking. We liked it

• Taylah (8/5): Everything you need for a short stay - We had a very comfortable stay, especially appreciating how spacious both the room and bathroom were. The separate lounge area was a great bonus, giving us extra space to relax, and the mini fridge was convenient for storing drinks and snacks. We loved the lovely balcony overlooking the pool — it was a perfect spot to sit and unwind. The pool itself was large, clean, and inviting, and the entire property had a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its location, and it didn’t disappoint — it was very close to the airport and the Telaga ferry terminal, making it ideal for our short stay. Overall our stay was great, some minor things were that the shower/bathtub was a bit dirty and seemed to be in need of some maintenance. Also, the hotel didn’t provide separate pool towels, so we had to use our shower towels for both swimming and showering. However, as we were only staying for a short time, this wasn’t a major issue for us.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't choose to stay here for longer than 1 night.

• Chelsea (6/5): Pleasant - There is an amazing curry place 200m down the road. The rooms stay nice and dark, especially if your wanting that sleep in after a late night and is very quiet. The facilities had 2 double beds in one room made for a very small room. They also didn't smell great either. Make sure you move your toilet paper as the toilet and paper gets soaked when showering.

• Greg (3/5): Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. - The beds were incredibly comfortable. Perdana has been plagued by lack of investment in maintaining its facility. Chinese frugal ownership has ruined what I'm sure was a nice place. The kitchen is I'll equipped, the electrical was exposed or not working. The furniture is in a moot state of repair. The pool is falling apart.

• Dália (6/5): It was a good place for the price and convenient location but a bit run down. - Convenient location & easy access. 5 min from airport, 15 min from pantai Cenang. Has own parking and water dispensers at all floors. Staff are friendly and give u lots of privacy. Can go directly up to the apartment without passing the reception. Pool has easy access all time. Having all in one shampoo & shower gel ruined my hair. We also did not have dishwashing detergent or laundry detergent but the machine worked well. It would also be nice to have a shower curtain. The floor was always wet. The fridge froze some drinks even at the door. The stove had a China plug and no adaptor. Could not use. The hair dryer gets hot after few minutes and stops. Must wait until using again. They don’t come to make beds, clean or replenish things daily. Is good for extra privacy, but we ran out of tissue in one of the toilets as well as coffee, having to call twice to ask for it. Still I felt comfortable and I would book it again.

Good thing is that it's spacious, there's 2 connecting rooms (if ur travelling with kids/family then this is a good choice bcs u'll get some privacy) a balcony, one of the rooms have a bathtub, and the other have a tv. 2. wifi is great 3. the location, the comfortability is OK, nothing fancy. 4. easy to park. 1. One of the room has a door that cant be closed eventho there's a lock but its useless. 2. The pool is somewhat dirty 3. Door kept banging (idk which one) since it was stormy during our stay. Really disrupt our sleep 4. One of the shower was leaking, causing the water pressure to run so low 5. Bathub is useless as well as theres no drainage stopper 6. Both of the kettles are dirty. 7. Also loads of bees, and found a roach in one of the rooms. 8. I booked the ones with pool view, but I got the ones facing the court? idk.

• Lam (1/5): I will not come again . Worst experience ever . - Low price with 3 rooms . The cleanness need to be seriously improve . The floor was sticky and dusty . Pumpkin seed and lizard poop was found on the floor and corner of the wall after we move in. Table was dusty .Drainage hold has hair .I had complained to the receptionist to clean up again on the next morning because it was late when we checked in .Although they had sent someone to clean up on the next day . The floor was still sticky and the table was still dusty . The elevator was not available. We have to carry our luggage by using the stairs .

• Fahad (10/5): It was excellent, budget friendly, silent, great location, hassle free - Very very easy check-in. We took a 2 bedroom apartment with mountain view balcony. The apartment was very well designed and with all required stuffs. We all loved the place. And it was very quiet place to stay. Also near to cenang beach. Very good swimming pool really enjoyed it. Little bit of water in the bathroom cannot reach the drain.
