• vd Woude (7/5): Had het op zich prima naar m'n zin daar - Er was geen ontbijt. Maar niet erg. Kamer was ruim genoeg. Bed was goed ligging was goed Er was niemand 's nachts aanwezig. In geval van calamiteiten zou ik niet hebben geweten wie ik zou moeten bellen

• Yury (8/5): - Great value for money. Yes, it’s small, but it offers enough space for one person—especially considering it’s priced similarly to a hostel bed in the area. The bed is comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. Communication was easy, and check-in/check-out were seamless without needing to meet a manager.

No interactue con el personal así que por eso no lo califique. No tiene ascensor y subir con las maletas al cuarto piso es un entrenamiento de fuerza y cardio.

• MAKIKO (8/5): - 小さい部屋だったが設備は充分だった。大きめの冷蔵庫がある。水も入れてくれていた。オーナーさんが下まで迎えに来てくれて部屋の説明などちゃんとしてくれた。机もある。シャワーの水量もあるしお湯もしっかり出る。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。施設も古くすごく清潔というわけではないが値段とは違ってると思う。 チェックインの時はオーナーさんに荷物を運んでもらえたが階段だけしかないので上の方の階だと登るのがつらいかもしれません。スモールルームは大きいスーツケースは広げると足場はなくなります。

• sierrabuen (10/5): I'll book this place again! - The check-in and check-out process was uncomplicated. The room is spacious, perfect for drying clothes after running them in the washer, which is inside the room, too. Gwangjang market is walkable within a couple of minutes. Several transportation options available. Very easy to walk to Dongdaemun, too. Everything's good considering the price.
• pin fang (8/5): 價格合理地點好離廣藏很方便 - 空間很大，2號線乙支路4街出來往後走過馬路旁邊就是189-1，地點方便下樓左轉直走進去就是廣藏棉被店小吃店都在附近 隔間上下有點怪聲音，一人獨旅比較恐怖
• YUMI (6/5): 街の中心部で飲食店も - ロケーションは良かった。無人チェックインだがオーナーがいる時もあるようで私が滞在した時はオーダー不在でメッセージを入口に残してくれていてオーナーの優しさに感謝。常連客はオーナーのファンでもあるかも。部屋は広く、簡単なデスクト椅子あり。キッチンと洗濯機も部屋にあり、乾燥までできるし洗濯物を干す台も設置されていた。設備は古いが入室した部屋のそのものは清潔だった。三泊四日なので洗濯機がとても助かった。キッチンがあるので食器も常設、近所のコンビニやテイクアウトしたものを部屋で食事をとることも可（私はしていない）長期滞在者には潜在ありで部屋に洗濯機があるのは楽かもしれない。 ゴミはチェックアウト時にゴミ置き場に自分で分別し処理することには問題ないが結構な量が溜まっていたので夏場は厳しいかも。エレベーターはなく階段は狭いが他も似たようなもの、大きいキャリーケースでは辛いかもしれない。入口にトイレがあり消臭用に階段にはたくさんのディヒューザーを置いてあったが夏場は臭いなど大丈夫なのか気になった。深夜、道路工事がありうるさかったがこれは期間的にアンラッキーなだけで宿のせいではない、川沿いだから基本的にはそんなにうるさくないと思う。
• Brian (10/5): Great value and Excellent location! - The location of this property is great. Close to 3 nature/ historical walking sites right in the middle of the city. Can walk to Myeong-dong. Close to major airport, metro, and bus lines to get to the other popular areas in the city (about 20 min. for Hongdae or Itaewon). For the amount paid, this property met or exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, fast wifi, and washing machine in the room was a nice touch. Everything was great for the cost. I do recommend that the property manager provides guests with his WhatsApp # for easier communication before checking in. Everything was great though!

• Thomas (8/5): Super rapport qualité-prix pour un voyage solo. Top. - Le prix, super qualité prix pour l'emplacement et l'équipement. Tout était parfait mis à part la taille mais pour une personne et pour dormir et se laver c'est vraiment nickel. Très petit mais tout est bien optimisé.
• のりすけ (9/5): とても良くて安い。リピート確定です - メッセージでのやり取りでお会いすることは出来ませんでしたが、気兼ねなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。便利でバスも電車も近く、部屋の中には鍋やお皿コップまで付いており何もかも揃っていて、シャンプーリンス、洗剤柔軟剤まで置いてくれていました。リピート確定です 洗濯機の中に前の方の付け爪がありました。それ以外は、5階の階段登りはきつかったけれど、最初だけでした。慣れると不快ではなかったです お風呂の流れが少し悪かったです。

• Andrea (8/5): Micro appartamento per una o due notti - Micro appartamento a 3 passi da 2 fermate metro, ottima posizione un po’ per tutto. Stanza piccolissima, ma alla fine, c’è quello che serve, ed anche di più, come lavatrice, fornello. Discreta la wifi e più che buona l’insonorizzazione. Al primo piano, c’è una potente luce stradale, che illumina a giorno la stanza, anche chiudendo la tendina, l’illuminazione è forte. Quando sono arrivato per il ceck in, puntualissimo, come avevo comunicato, per farmi aprire è dovuto intervenire un signore di un negozio in strada, per chiamare il proprietario e farmi aprire il portone. Allora cosa chiede a fare l’orario, se poi non si fa trovare??

• 茉弥 (7/5): コスパ重視の方におすすめ - ソウルの中心地ということを考えるととても安くてありがたい。スタッフの方には会っていませんが、メッセージの案内がわかりやすかった。 少し歩けば駅が複数あるのでアクセスが良い。 隣室の物音がほとんど聞こえなかった。 トイレとシャワーが室内にあり、トイレットペーパーが流せる。 エレベーターがない。 清潔感には欠ける。 夜になると周辺が暗い。

• Ekrem Selçuk (9/5): gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. - Konumu gerçekten güzeldi, her yere kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Küçük odada kaldım, biraz küçüktü ama zaten bavul açmak ve uyumaktan başka bir şey yapmadığımız için yeterli. Kendi duşunun olması önemli. Isıtıcı klima oda havalandırması var. buzdolabı büyük. İnterneti denemedim. Sınırsız havlu alma hakkınız var. Epey güzeldi o açıdan. Çamaşır yıkamak istemiştim ama bilgilerde gözükmüyordu.
• MARINA (1/5): 불만족 - 위치만 좋습니다 Hello Booking Support, I would like to formally request a full refund for this reservation because the property was not suitable for stay and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and safety. The property was very difficult to locate. It is in an old building with unsafe stairs, which already raised concerns upon arrival. When I entered the room, I found the overall condition unacceptable. The room appeared unclean and poorly maintained, as if it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. Most importantly, the bed linen did not appear to have been changed, and there were hairs on the pillow and bedsheet. This is completely unacceptable for guest accommodation and made it impossible for me to stay there. The room was located on the top floor, and the building felt deserted, neglected, and unsafe. Due to the poor hygiene and overall condition of the property, I did not stay overnight and had to leave immediately after entering. I paid for accommodation that I was unable to use because the property conditions were far below acceptable standards and not as expected from the listing. For these reasons, I respectfully request a full refund. If needed, I can provide additional details and photos. Thank you for your assistance.
• Hyojeong (7/5): - 역에서 3분 정도 거리이고 바로 앞이 청계천이라 좋았습니다. 종묘랑 경복궁도 가까운 편이에요. 도미토리 가격으로 1인실을 이용할 수 있다는 것이 가장 큰 이점입니다. 시설이 노후화되긴 했지만 이 금액대에 호텔같은 시설을 바라는 건 과한 욕심이죠. 가성비가 정말 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다.

Muy buena ubicación y la pieza tenía baño privado y accesorios útiles como hervidor, secador de pelo e incluso lavadora! Destaco la ubicación ya que quedaba cerca de los lugares que quería visitar durante mi estancia. Cerca del paseo con rio iconico de Seúl. Las toallas que entregan son muy pequeñas.

• Yuka (4/5): ソウルの安宿には泊まり慣れていますが、今回は非常に辛かったです。 - 室内は清掃が行き届いており、冷蔵庫など必要設備もありました。ホテルへの行き方など、booking.comのサイトからオ－ナ－に質問すると、迅速かつ的確に返答いただけ助かりました。 シャワーの水の出がひどく、ちょろちょろしか出ないため、洗髪が出来なかった。 またエレベーターがないため、階段の上り下りが大変だった。

• Joé (7/5): - Ich war nur eine Nacht im Hotel da ich einen Layover hatte. Das Zimmer ist jedoch für eine Person ausreichend und man hat eine Waschmaschine. Also für den Preis ist es ausreichend wenn man nur da schläft zudem liegt man sofort an der Line 2 und ist somit schnell fast überrall in Seoul.

• Annalua (9/5): Would stay there again, loved it! - The location was great, right next to the Cheonggyecheon stream. I loved being able to walk out the door and directly walk along the stream, it's such a beautiful place. The apartment also has a kitchen and a fridge, a TV and AC. Would definitely stay there again. The metro is also not too far away. Nothing, everything was great!

• Juyeong (10/5): - 걸어가도 역에서 그리 멀지 않고 혼자 쓰기 딱 좋은 크기에 인덕션, 세탁기, 내장고, 싱크대, 책상, 샤워실, 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시 등 있을 건 다 있어서 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 1층 입구부터 비밀번호가 걸려있어서 안심할 수 있었고, 치약, 칫솔만 챙겨오면 될 듯 합니다.

(8/5): - 東大門、広蔵市場がすぐ近くていいです。 洗濯機付き、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤーあり、冷蔵庫も大きい（キンキンに冷えて最高）、冷蔵庫に無料のペットボトルの水が2本入ってた。 乙支路4街駅4番出口から徒歩数分 洗濯機回して外に出る時はカードキーを入れるところにSuicaなど入れておくと電気が消えなくていいです。 テーブルと椅子が2つずつあっていい 大きいスーツケース広げてもまだまだ部屋に余裕がある 大きい洗濯物干しがあったので助かりました 結構大きい洗濯物干しだったのに広げても部屋に余裕がありました おんどるもついていたんですが、まだらで温かい部分と冷たい部分とあったのが残念でした。

• KYOKO (9/5): とにかくロケーションが良いので、荷物を一旦置きに帰るのにも便利！長期の人にも、お勧めところです！ - とにかくロケーションが最高でした！部屋も一人で使うには広くて快適！ゲストハウスで部屋にデスクがある所ってあまりないのですが、２つもあって物を置いたりするのに便利でした。あと首振りのヒーターがあり、暖かかったです。電子レンジも廊下にあったので冷めずにすぐ食べられて、全体的に快適でした！ 帰りは空港バスを利用する派なのですが、忠武路駅ホテルPJまでバスで移動してそこから仁川空港に向かいました。オーナーさんとはほぼお会い出来ませんでしたが、事前にメールでやり取りして細かく教えて下さったので、不安はありませんでした！ また機会があればよろしくお願いします！ 鏡がテーブルの上になく、立ちながらメイクしたところ笑、シャワーの温度調節が難しくて、時間がかかったところ。
