- Rao (8/5): - The location is good, The room was spacious and value for money. The staff is good. They have to change the old linen and replace it with new ones. The toilet would have been provided with good shampoo and body wash. It is better to do pest control. Cockroaches are moving in the room along with mosquitoes. The bed is also very old and to be replaced

- Dabhi (4/5): Improve your hotel's service and hospitality - Breakfast. The hotel staff was rude. It was as if they are doing a favour on us by letting us stay. The toilet was horrible. No room service and reception contact. Landline was for a show and when I called them, he flushed the toilet and showed me and I and my brother were like what? And he said what someone does while staying is nothing I would know. I was so furious. He's flushing and showing me I could've done that? Excuse me? I have attached the picture of toilet after he flushed and claimed it was clean. And then we asked for a room change and they did. He answered to us af if he's doing a favour. The reception person also refused to accept my DL and insisted on having aadhar card. I said any valid gov ID should be okay. Even though I had an ID he insisted on sending a soft copy why was that necessary?

All the facilities were in bad condition. Do not choose this hotel based on the pictures shown on Booking.com — the actual room looks completely different from the photos. I do not recommend this hotel

- M (1/5): Bad - Only the location I believed the ratings and booked the hotel and regretted the minute I stepped into the room. There were wierd stains all over the room. Especially the chair cushions, bedspread, etc ... I felt disgusted. And I saw small cockroaches everywhere possible which disturbed my sleep. I felt like it was crawling over me and I dint sleep well.
It was a worse experience. I wouldn't recommend this place for those who need hygiene, ventilation, roach free place. Definitely not for families..
I am disappointed and disgusted.

- Bhatt (10/5): Good stay - The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location. You have access to good malls, KFC, Taco Bell and other such places. Swiggy, Zomato, blinkit, Swiggy Mart other such platform services are available here. Cabs and auto takes a maximum of 5 min to book and arrive. All in all a good stay. It is an old property, so you won't find fancy stuff here! The room service is minimum. It is a stay inn so, no dine in restaurant. But that's okay. They allow Swiggy and food delivery services 24hr.

No visitors allowed policy should be mentioned in their policies online, at least you know whether you can book the place or not, rather than having surprises later when you check in.
