• Angela (7/5): - Camera grande e pulita Colazione scarsa La temperatura della stanza troppo bassa. Inizialmente il riscaldamento era tiepido e c'è voluto del tempo affinché si scaldasse. Ho dovuto chiedere una coperta in più Hotel fuori mano

• Françoise (5/5): Décevant - Le lieu et le restaurant La chambre. Pas de plateau de courtoisie (pour un 4 étoiles, c’est un manque) la clim qui s’arrête tous les 1/4 d’heure, 29 degrés dans la chambre 🙁, le frigo chaud, pas de boissons fraîches. Le coût du spa (trop onéreux 35€ par personne (x 2 donc), pour deux heures, (mais nous restons en moyenne une heure, soit 70€ pour une heure de piscine. Nous aurions bien apprécié pourtant en plein mois d’août.) Pas de piscine extérieure

• russell (1/5): Avoid this place please its horrendous - The exit Pay no attention to the fantastic pictures on the website. This place is a football training camp in the middle of nowhere. Miserable staff. Miserable rooms. We actually thought it might be a converted prison or young offenders borstal. The most horrendous food in the restaurant which we were not changed for to be fair. Maybe eight or nine other people staying there poor sods. Staff were useless. Beds were so hard that could the springs creaking as i breathed. Hard pillows. Grim shower. Room view was over a mound a pigeon shit who woke us up a first light. Women on reception was moaning at me to move my car in a huge carpark with three other cars in it ! Hated every minute
• Silvia (6/5): Als je even helemaal weg van de wereld wil zijn. - Ruime kamer, veel ruimte. Welness was apart te boeken. Massage was zogezegd volgeboekt terwijl er geen kat was. Afgelegen locatie met niets in de buurt. Pizzeria was gesloten. Terwijl ik een rustige kamer gevraagd had en er bijna niemand was in het grote hotel, wordt er net naast mij een zeer lawaaierige gast geplaatst.

• Josie (5/5): Met our basic needs but could do with some freshening up! - We enjoyed our 2 hours in the spa - it was plenty of time do use the spa, pool, steam and sauna rooms. It was a relaxing environment, well maintained yet a little dated. The staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival at night, we struggled to find our way into the property, it's quite large and it was dark and hard to see any signage. One gate was closed, and we had to drive around for a while before we found the hotel entrance. The room was not as nice as we expected though clean and very practical.

• Isabelle (8/5): Unusual but good - The place was practically empty when we visited at the end of August. Strange but OK in the end. The room was very comfortable and our meal in the restaurant was fine. Not a bad place to break our journey though just a little bit off the motorway.

• Conor (8/5): Clean hotel, good value, accommodating staff - Value for money. Clean. Awkward location. Parking available nearby, but secure parking limited (the pleasant receptionist did arrange this for us, as we had a full load and we’re reluctant to leave the car outside)

• Maxine (5/5): would return for another tournament but not a place to go for a holiday - We stayed for a football tournament & the facilities for that were superb . The rooms were clean & comfortable . The reception staff whilst as helpful as they can be were not very friendly maybe just an Italian thing perhaps . The breakfast was ok but everything that should’ve been hot was cold ie scrambled eggs & everything cold was warm … the cold meat did not taste nice as if it was going off as not cold . We ate twice at night … it was not good … we asked for pizza as there was a pizzeria but it was closed … The bar was ok & the staff there more friendly & it was a nice place to meet up .

• Roland (4/5): Disappointing - The breakfast was really poor. The additional costs for SPA (pool and Sauna) are unbelievable expensive (35€ per person)!!!

Food so-so, breakfast worse than so-so, promises from personnel (placement of water cooker in common room, “I’ll let you know asap if the gym is available”) weren’t done. In room nothing available for some tea, coffee etc.
• Maciej (4/5): Disappointing - the food was very „average”, they change towels every day, maybe you should spend this money to have better WiFi which is aweful. you can barely check your emails. one blanket during the night is not enough, and drunk screaming people during the night should have been shut up!
• Līga (8/5): Very good - rooms are clean, hotel has a gym, a pool and a spa. hotel staff is very helpful. cheap breakfast - little options of vegetables and fruits. thin walls in the rooms, can hear neighbors. gym - you have to check if there will be no football team training; pool and spa - you have to make reservations prior even if there is no one. hotel is in the middle pf nowhere - everywhere have to go by taxi.

L'unica pecca che mi e' capitata e che nella stanza n 181 c'è un rumore costante di sottofondo probabilmente dovuto alla vicinanza di SPA, abbastanza fastidioso specialmente di notte. SPA offre un luogo di relax molto gradevole, sauna, piscina con zona idromassaggio e getti, percorso knepp, etc . Ho gradito molto che è stata servita una tisana. Norme COVID sono rispettate. Colazione internazionale.

• Amanda (8/5): - la struttura sportiva si trova in un bel parco con laghetto,camera standard con balcone,discreta.ottimo il ristorante le macine che si trova accanto al mulino.la spa carina, peccato che la spa non abbia uno sbocco al esterno per prendere il sole ed e solo due ore a pagamento 15.00 euro per i clienti hotel.

Seul bémol, très mauvaise insonorisation.. nous entendions les gens parler, à savoir qu’ils parlent très fort là bas, très tôt le matin dans le couloir, ainsi que les femmes de ménage. Très dérangeant également le bruit des chaussures à talons des gens de la chambre du dessus. Sinon rien à redire, personnel du petit déjeuner très très souriant et serviable
• Verified traveler (10/5): - L’unica pecca é stato dover parcheggiare fuori dalle recinzioni dell’hotel in quanto riservato solo al personale alla squadra di calcio... niente da dire, se non fosse che altri ospiti hanno potuto parcheggiare all’interno ... quindi mi viene da dire, cos’è i miei soldi sono diversi da quelli degli altri, che loro si ed io no!??!!? Se c’è una regola o la applichi a tutti o a nessuno, basta con ste distinzioni all’italiana del cavolo .

Die Hotelanlage ist schön, der Betrieb gut geführt und das Personal professionell und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage liegt abgelegen und ohne ÖV-Anschlüsse. Das Hotel vermittelt für 20 Euro (sonst 25-30) einen guten Taxiservice nach Novara

• John (6/5): Mooi hotel, wel erg groot - Aardige ontvangst het is wel tobben en zoeken naar het restaurant en de ingang van het hotel. De wifi ontvangst in het hele hotel is slecht tot matig. Aandachtspunt is de openiingstijden van het zwembad (Spa), deze strookt niet met de uitcheck tijd. (Jammer)

• Alessandro (6/5): Una notte per caso - Pernottamento di una sola notte, usufruito di spa. L'albergo è la sede del Novara calcio. Personalmente mi aspettavo di meglio dalle immagini, ma nulla da segnalare di negativo. La spa, forse, un po' mi ha deluso. Le camere un po' fredde, ma dando corrente con la chiave si son scaldate in fretta. Ottima la colazione.
• Ivan (4/5): Stay away! - The restaurant onsite is extra expensive and awful! Took us an hour and a half to get our food and also then was the order wrong. Had to get up and take my own Menus. Hotel staff was also rude, and the rooms were not as we ordered. We had my friend in a wheelchair, and we specified that he needs a disabled room, however this is not we got. Worst experience ever.
