• Larry (7/5): Overall I was very happy with the hotel - Included breakfast was vey good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The manager was exceptional. The fridge did not work. I was told it was a cooler and not a fridge but it was just a box really. The balcony is barely big enough to put a single chair.

Номер дали выбрать, спасибо - мы взяли как на картинке с камином. Номер чистый, большой , комфортный. Мы с удовольствием отдыхали в нем после прогулок по Сапе и окрестностям. Персонал молодой и очень доброжелательный. Приятно, когда стараются сделать наш отдых более комфортным.! Не понравилось, что по приезду в 9:45 нам предложили раннее заселение за 400000 донгов. Бизнес не пройдет без репутации...

The tiny cockroaches but it’s expected. The plumbing may need to be checked because the stench/smell from the toilet was strong and wafted in the whole room if the toilet door wasn’t closed.

Clim et frigo qui ne fonctionnent pas , salle de bain à refaire , taie oreiller tachée, poussière partout , humidité ..... Sans parler du petit déjeuner soit disant continental , lamentable . Pas de jus de fruit ( payant ) pas de laitage , le seul sucré c'était brioche et un semblant de gelée . Et une cafetière et théière sales . , Nous avions hâte de quitter l'hôtel . Pour le même prix nous avons séjourné dans des hôtels plus confortables et propres .

We had to wait about 1 hour for the bus after check-out time, but the staff allowed us to stay in the room until the bus arrived. They treated us like honored guests. The hotel also near to sunplaza easy to reach by walking through shortcut stairs

The bathroom in one of the smaller rooms was too small and it was not possible to sit on the toilet properly. The staff did accommodate us and moved us.

Kudos to the staff of Sapa House hotel, especially the manager! She advised on alot of things/informations on attractions/drivers are worry-free! From checked in to check out. Smooth service! Rooms are spacious and clean, views are speechless, beds/pillows are comfy! Came wif my family of 6. Food are reasonably spread for breakfast. Great for muslim travellers as it is Halal Certified! Lunch and dinner menus are so affordable and delicious compared to other halal restaurants nearby! Laundry? Available too at super affordable price! Massage? They hv it there too! Tried the massage too! 👍 Walking distance to Sun Plaza. Take a stroll to White cloud Cafe, and u can see the rail from there. Just use google map and u will know how near the distance is! 👍❤️ Nothing that we didnt like. We loved the place and the people there.

• Nadiah (10/5): A well deserved comeback whenever im in Sapa - awesome and friendly staffs, manager Chau really prompt with her services to help us around SaPa while we were there and she extended her services out of her way where she got in touch with me the moment i had done the booking to ensure a smooth travel and the best experience we can have in Sapa. She ensured that we were comfortable and had everything ready and prepared fro our arrival.
• Jan (8/5): Very good - Room was nice, breakfast available, location not far from Sapa center Although we could check in early (which was appreciated), it was the only hotel that we had in Vietnam that charged us an additional fee for that. We could understand, but still - most hotels offer this for free.
• Nurul (7/5): Overall a decent stay with some ups and downs. - We loved that the rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to the center with a shortcut via a few flights of stairs. We booked two rooms; while one didn’t meet our expectations initially, the manager quickly resolved it by offering a better room. The hotel is located on a hill, which might be challenging for the elderly. Unfortunately, the floor our rooms were on had an unpleasant smell on our last night but other than that everything is fine

• Hana (10/5): Amazint staff and great food!!! - Absolutely amazing staff! They stepped in on short notice as our private guide on a trekking tour in Cat Cat village. And helped us book other activities during our stay, and also our ride back to Hanoi. Châo was amazing and super helpful. She arranged our tickets and kept in touch to make sure we were picked up by the driver. Would definetly recommend, also their breakfast is great!
• Cooper (10/5): Definitely worth staying here! - Lovely staff who helped us with everything we needed and were very friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Good location.

• Daisy (8/5): Comfort beyond cost - The staff are very helpful and friendly. They can also easily communicate in English. The room was superb for its price — view, space, amenities are all worth it. There are shops and restos nearby if you’re up for food adventures. They could also arrange tours for you! Location is just a few meters away from the town center. Thank you so much for making our stay a wonderful experience! Please make sure that the windows are locked :)
