We appreciated very much that we could have small meetings within the hotel instead of us having to go out and hold the meetings all over the city. Pest control -- especially in the bathrooms. • Lina (7/5): Our stay was okay to good but it could have been better. - Staff was excellent, especially the front personnel who were very helpful and pleasant on the job. Breakfast was not as good as our previous stay 2 years ago. Selection was limited and when we came down a little late, we noticed that some dishes were quickly gone and not replenished. But it was understandable - it may be due to the higher cost of groceries this time. Regarding our room, we had to transfer to another room due to inoperable outlets and the staff that came to fix the problem could not make them work. Outlets are important to us, especially when traveling on business.

• Tobias Markmann (10/5): - Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The furniture is rather rustic, but it fits well with the overall style of the hotel and gives it a nice charm. The bathroom is quite old, but it was clean considering its age. The room itself was also tidy and well maintained. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly inside the room, but unfortunately there was no signal available on the balcony. There was only one table on the balcony and no additional furniture, so I had to carry a heavy chair outside from the room, which was a bit inconvenient. I would especially like to highlight the service: the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Their English was very good, which made communication easy and pleasant. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff are so attentive and polite. You are made to feel valued as a guest. Stayed her with family for the 4th time now over the years and have never been disappointed. Fantastic bedrooms with a swimming pool and an evening night club with live band. Even got the opportunity to sing on stage with the band. An unbelievably good weekend was had by myself and my 9 guests. Forgot to mention the breakfast which was as good as the 5 star hotels in Manila. Thanks for another wonderful stay. Steve, Joy and family. Nothing to dislike!
• Stephen (10/5): Yet another wonderful stay at Villa Caceres Naga - Have stayed here a few times. The staff are always polite and attentive. The Breakfast is unbeatable and the Evening meal choices in the restaurant catered for all tastes. It is conveniently located to Naga Centro will all the shopping you could wish for. The Bistro Roberto which offers night time entertainment by way of bands and dancing was attached to the hotel but also accessible to non residents with its own entrance for a great night out with family and friends. I visited this time for Christmas and New Years and the hotels festive decorations were lovely. Everything was fantastic

• Bernard (10/5): Séjour très agréable, j’y retournerais - l’hôtel est bien, la piscine et le firmes sont super. Le personnel sympa. Le restaurant est bien, la nourriture est bonne. La fenêtre de la chambre ne donnait pas sur l’extérieur et il y avait une mauvaise odeur. Le petit déjeuner est un peux trop Philippins à mon goût, par exemple pas de jus de fruit frais. Nous avons voulus prolonger notre séjour, et malheureusement le prix demandé avait fortement augmenter.

The buffet had good options and the massage service was great, although the therapist did arrive a bit late. They were kind enough to extend our checkout, which we really appreciated. The shower had strong water pressure, always a plus. The only downside is that the décor feels a bit dated and could use some updating. Overall though, it was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed it.

Everything has a note that says the food is reserved for lunch and dinner but why it is being displayed in breakfast buffet anyway?

They know their food is not good as they put a warning in the room. If bring in food from outside you will be charged 30% cost of that food as corkage.

We did not have time to use the pool but I would have stayed in the pool if we had time—looked beautiful. Staff service was above and beyond. They helped us with our baggge when we were distributing our stuff in our check in baggage. I would like to suggest that they keep an extra weighing scale to borrow for guests distributing weight in their check in baggage. They have only one and it’s in the gym.

RJ’s buffet offered good food. The hotel ambiance is very nice. Wi-Fi connection in the room is erratic. For someone who is traveling for work, stable connection is essential.
