Dar (10/5): Spotlessly clean. The staff is second to none, helpful and friendly. - Spotlessly clean, comfortable, very well decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly, and even remembered us from a previous visit. We had to stay up a lot later than expected, and the friendly staff accommodated a later check-out. (see below in what we didn't like, about spiders). Quite a lot of spiders entered our room (lost count after we trapped and released the fourth, or was it fifth, one). After we got all of them transported outside humanely, which kept us up a lot later than intended, we blocked the huge gap under our door with a blanket, and no more spiders came in. This was a serious problem that one night. Took us a while to calm down, and get back to sleep after we were sure they were getting in under the door, and not somewhere else. Not sure I've ever stayed anywhere with so many spiders, seriously.

Our room was thoughtfully arranged, spotlessly clean and well appointed The mattress was more comfortable than our expensive mattress at home. The breakfast was excellent! Cloud 9 is a family operated business and it's very clear they take pride in their property.

This was especially true when carrying luggage to the room. The parking lot was covered with ruts. It APPEARS there was no attempt to make it safer. Also, there needs to be more plugs to charge phones, watches, radios….

They really go the extra mile here. All the pillows are very thick. It's good to have a variety for different sleepers. I had to sleep without a pillow.

Dawn (8/5): - The rooms were newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The staff we met at the front desk and in the breakfast area were amazing, friendly and extremely accommodating. The facility includes coin laundry which is a nice amenity, hit breakfast to stay or go, cooked on your arrival and/or you can choose additional options. I would recommend this motel A couple of minor things, we weren't able to park in front of our assigned room because others were parking there. It was -30, so it would have been preferential for us to park in front of our room. Breakfast is a quite short time period - 5:30 am-8:30 am Mon- Fri, and 5:30 am - 9:30 am weekends. Im sure this is to accommodate oilfield workers, however, others may like to have breakfast available until about 10.

Amazing staff, friendly and sincere; accommodating, knowledgeable , and know their job!! Breakfast nook, is cozy , inviting, and a fabulous variety of foods. they make a 'to go' if you are in a hurry, to get back on the road!! AAA Plus stay. Chef is most kind , friendly and accomodating!!

Leah (6/5): - Inside was clean. Bed was uncomfortable but still thankful it was clean. Outside looked like a ghetto back alley. Worried our car would get broken into so we kept checking in. Rooms across from us had a fire and were all burnt. Interesting experience. Staff was nice at least

Christine (6/5): - The room worked fine for the overnight stay. We were primarily looking for a room with three beds. Our biggest concern was the patio doors didn't lock in either bedroom. Some little things would make a big difference such as the only mirror was in the washroom and there were no full length mirrors anywhere. There was no where to set a makeup bag in the washroom. The only cups for water were in the kitchen and there was an extra charge if we didn't want to take the time to wash them at the end of our stay.

Heather (10/5): - All Of it was good but there were old furniture outside and people gowned up for contaminated things. However the van said restoration not fumigation so maybe it was mould? But other than that great place
Pauline (8/5): - Firstly, the staff were 10 out of 10 amazing!! We had an issue with a lightbulb being yellow and making the bathroom space VERY dark. It was promptly changed to a bright white bulb making a huge difference; it was great. Secondly, there was housekeeping during our stay. It was totally unexpected and something that was appreciated. Thank you! Thirdly, the kitchen unit was nice to have. I do travel with my own frypan and sauce pot because I never know what I'll get. Fourthly, the room had two air conditioners. One was newer and worked great but the second was an older model and wasn't efficient. The room became very warm one day because we had that one running. It was a good thing we had the curtains closed, I can't imagine how much worse it could've been. Another small issue was the toilet seat could've been a better fit for the toilet bowl; it was a little wonky. I also found the mattress on the bed a little to firm for my liking.

laurette (10/5): Excellent room and super breakfast! - The front desk person was very friendly upon our arrival. He upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost. The room had just been renovated and it was very modern and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and hot out of the kitchen. That was greatly appreciated.

Erin (3/5): Would not recommend to others. Better options for similar prices down the road - Uncomfortable pillows, had to ask for towels as there wasn't enough for each guest. The renovation is misleading as it feels dingy and old. Smells in hallways & office.
Cassandra (10/5): - Everyone that we spoke to was very polite and friendly. They were all very personable and felt more like friends or family you hadnt seen in a while. We usually like to keep to ourselves and they were very respectful of that but were always there when we needed something. Great parking. Designated smoking areas. And they were doing construction throughout our stay and it was like they werent even there. Not bothersome at all. Very clean and recently renovated rooms. Overall very nice.
