• Jochen Norbert (8/5): - Sehr sehr freundliche Rezeption. Das Appartement (316) ist ein neu renoviertes Appartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit allem was man braucht. TV nicht in deutsch aber im Urlaub gar nicht schlimm. Zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar. Frühstück sehr einfach aber dennoch voll ausreichend und gut. Glutenfreies Frühstücksmaterial wurden auch bei vorheriger Anmeldung ohne Probleme besorgt.

• Bård (10/5): Perfect stay - This hotel have some old standard rooms, and they have some new and very nice superior apartments. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the location is great. I had a perfect stay, and I will come back soon.
• paul (6/5): Ok hotel - The hotel is in a very quiet area, but well located in the middle of the Maspalomas triangle :the dunes, playa del ingles, and yumbo center : a 20 - 25 min walk to all this places. The hotel is very quiet and I barely saw people around, not even at the pool area, which by the way close promptly at 7pm. Our unit was very basic but clean and with the essential things you need for short stay. It was located in the first floor, with a little terrace facing a fence and grass, so no view at all. The apartment does not have a/c coincidentally, so even though it was not that hot outside, sleeping at night was uncomfortable. A fan would be a good addition. The bed was not very comfortable either. The WiFI and water pressure and temperature were good. The people working there were very nice and attentive. No toiletries at all in the room. The best aspect of this hotel is the supermarket in the first floor where you can get anything you need.
• Martina (6/5): - Lage einfach super ..aber wir hatten superior gebucht und ein privates Apartment bekommen zum teil alle schränke verschlossen .Nach beschwerde wurde uns gesagt hotel ist voll nach der zweiten beschwerde wurde uns zugesagt samstags ein gebuchtes zimmer zu bekommen .. samstag mittag sagte man uns das das zimmer doch noch bis sonntag belegt sei nach einer diskusion wurde uns dann doch ein superior renoviertes zimmer wie gebucht zugewiesen also 3 tage kampf für ein zimmer das wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten ... von 11 tagen urlsub konnten wir dann 8 tage geniesen

• Jonathan (10/5): Excellent stay - I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled 1pm book in. I was made extremely welcome and was happy to be adked to sun bathe in the pool area wholst waiting. Book in was easy and was given my key to a very well laid out appartment, within 10 minutes. I was alone and only stsying for 2 nights, so did not need my room cleaned. Excellent location, very close to Supermarket and a pleasent walk to night life, including Yumbo. Reasonably priced and may well stay again snother time. Breakfast was well organized but fairly basic. Thanks for a wonderful couple of days.
• Sky (8/5): Great location, decent stay - I stayed in a nice, but slightly dated hotel apartment, with windows to the inside of property and a decent balcony to enjoy. The room was basic but was perfectly enjoyable to stay in, you need your own toiletries as only a bar of soap is provided. There is a kitchen with a hob and microwave, but no oven. There was no A/C in my room so in the summer it may get a little too hot, but I was comfortable most of the time. All in all, if you are looking for an affordable hotel apartment in a great location just by the Maspalomas Dunes, then this may be right for you.

D.h. obere Etagen Richtung Parkplatz. Das seit Jahren. Ich glaub die lesen die Nachrichten gar und legen keinen Wert auf Stammgäste. Das Frühstück ist schrecklich.

Litt dårlig kommunikasjon mellom personalet, litt "manjana", ting som ble påpekt ble ikke alltid utført. Hotellet kan bli topp med litt bedre styring, men alt i alt hadde vi fem flotte uker der.

• STEVEN (10/5): Awesome Find - Was hoping this place would be ok-no real expectations. Boy was I surprised! Over the top awesome! Modern, full amenities, spotless ceanliness, great pool. I could not ask for a better location and property-my future visits will only be here.
• christopher (8/5): Handy for the beach - Excellent greeting at reception by a lovely lady who spoke good English, and I turned up slightly early before 1pm but the room was ready. I was given a room on the fifth floor (I had asked for a high floor) and at the front of the hotel with nice views of the Riu palace over the road. The apartment has dated décor but this is part of its charm, and although not particularly spacious in any of the rooms it is adequate none the less. Nice long private balcony accessed by both the lounge and the bedroom. Basic key operation safe in the room is available for rent. Bathroom has power point for shaver / hairdryer and has bidet and nice shower in bath tub. The apartments are on a busy main road so I would advise ear plugs for sleeping. Wifi is free and super fast. There is a supermarket right by the main entrance and locals live among holidaymakers here. Postcards for sale at reception are a rip off.
• ian (6/5): REASONABLE PLACE TO STAY BUT NEEDS TO IMPROVE - Apartment was fine but lacked a kettle which resulted in boiling water for coffee in a saucepan,. A toaster would also been useful. the apartment was clean but there were small ants visible most days around the sink. Reception staff were unhelpful and abrupt. My main complaint was the refurbishment of some of the rooms meant that there was a fair amount of noise from drills. Location was fine, the shop was excellent. I just would not stay there again.
• David (6/5): Relaxing 4 day break - Stayed here on a 4 day break the apartment was clean and tidy.. old furnishings but not bad considering price paid. Only 3 issues, bed not comfortable, no remote for TV and key lock was a nightmare only opened on the 4th or 5th attempt. Overall was a decent property mainly due to the location and price paid.

• Stacey (8/5): Apartmentos Los Aguacates - Hotel is still being refurbished so half the rooms to a superior standard half are not. We booked a superior room which they didn’t have available for us for 2 days into our holiday. The other room they put us in looked like someone lived in it and there was 2 cockroaches during the 2 night stay in that room. However once we got the room we booked it was very modern,spacious and clean with no roaches. Very nice pool area aswell. Basic hotel in good central area was very cheap price so you get what you pay. I would return only to a superior room.
• V (10/5): Pleasant stay - Very quiet, no busy roads nearby. Refurbished apartments are very nice, comfortable beds, very clear. Some apartments are not refurbished so better is to go for a slightly more expensive option and book a nice apartment. Reception & housekeeping staff are all very helpful. Asked for a kettle & one was provided within few min. Would stay here again.
• martin (8/5): Nice apartments close to beach - Nice apartments close to beach and about 10 to 15 minutes away from yumbo. Staff friendly and obliging. Only 2 things I was disappointed with was that there was no kettle for tea drinkers but there was a coffee machine. The other thing was gentleman from reception coming to my room on last night saying the apartment was still to be paid even though I had paid it on check-in. I couldn't find my invoice but luckily I have internet banking so could prove payment and date payment cleared. On day of checkout we had to check out by noon and our flight wasn't till the evening so the let us store our luggage in a locked cupboard next to reception and sit by the pool until it was time to leave for our flight so very happy at that which compensated for the disappointment. Lighting could be better in the bathroom and in the stairs leading to appartments however Very satisfied overall.

• Neil (8/5): Nice Hotel, close to the beach. - As the title says, it's ideal for the beach, either Maspalomas and the Dunes or Playa del Ingles, it's right in between the two. Probably the only hotel better placed is the Riu Palace which is considerably more expensive! We were originally allocated a room on the ground floor opening on to the pool area which was very nicely (and newly) decorated and modern but we found it lacked privacy as the entire apartment was visible to everyone round the pool as long as the blinds were up. The staff were very helpful and were able to move us to another, first floor, room after a couple of days. the second room was somewhat dated but still clean and comfortable and was more private than the first. I believe the rooms are currently being redecorated and updated to the quality of the first room. Overall it's clean, comfortable, quiet, very well situated and has a large (free) car park across the road.
• Silks (10/5): Can highly recommend this hotel - Great friendly hotel staff, great location close to the beach and dunes yet far enough away to be quiet, the mattress was comfortable, the rooms spacious and nicely updated...I very much enjoyed my 2-week stay in this hotel. When you purchase the internet - there is a discount for longer stays, rather than paying day-by-day - the password occasionally needs to be reset and/or tried a few times before it will work - but it always worked in the end for me.
• Martin (10/5): Unrivalled value for accommodation in this locatio - Los Aguacates is right across the road from the RIU Palace. Therefore, for anyone walking daily to the dunes or beach at Maspalomas, the location couldn't be better. It is also distant enough from the nightlife to provide peace and quiet. The exterior an communal areas are not that impressive, but the inside of the apartment was very modern, clean and stylish. There was a daily maid service.

• Huw (8/5): A basic very clean apartment close to everything. - My first stay in this block of apartments and I came with no pre-conception of the standard or area. The outside of the block was reasonable but not luxurious, however as the cost reflected this anyway. Booking in went without a hitch, and access to the upper floors was serviced by two lifts. The apartment consisted of two rooms (kitchenette/diner and bedroom with two wide single beds plus a toilet shower room. Everything was clean and for this price I couldn't fault a single thing. The balcony was large with drying facilities and a table with two chairs overlooking the pool area. The apartments also had a restaurant associated with it, though I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. There was also a laundrette on the ground floor. The location of the apartments were ideal, being very close to the beach area and a pleasant beach front walkway that l led to a pleasant and busy beachfront shopping, restaurant and entertainment area. All other amenities including bus stops and larger commercial centres were within walking distances ranging from four minutes to a bus stop and twenty minutes to the Yumbo Centre. I hired a scooter for the last three days of the holiday and travelled into the centre of the island which I strongly recommend. All in all an excellent holiday with great weather and jaw dropping scenery.
