- Rikki (1/5): - Nothing I hated everything plus there was cockroaches and they didn't do anything after telling staff. I spent all that money and they didn't do nothing. Like give me a discount or anything. I will be reporting that. Cockroach fell into my bed that is nasty I will be reporting this.
- Maue (5/5): Mop room floors as soon as guests leave. - The prices and location are awesome đ The floor in the room was dirty. It was like it hadn't been mopped in months. Our feet and white socks were black on the bottoms from walking on the floor. Was not impressed with that.

- Sanden (6/5): Great location - Bathroom was nice, looked like newly renovated. Location was great for what we wanted. Staff was very friendly The bed was not comfortable at all. We had a hard time sleeping. The floor was not clean. We spoke to someone who was great full I told him. They were clean when we got back.
- Isabel (10/5): I had a wonderful time, slept like a baby! - the room was fine. What made this exceptional was the customer service I received. Room service came the next morning to see if I needed anything. I needed 2 clean towels and they were replaced immediately. The morning I was returning home my car would not start. I asked a young man that was pushing a cleaning cart if he knew of anyone I could call to get a jump. He immediately said that he was do it and he also had the cables. He had to push my car back, to get to the engine as I was facing the room with a car on each side. I was 7 hours from my home! The family I was visiting was 45 mins away. He had me on my way home within 20 mins and very happy! I am grateful for the way I was cared for. The tv stations available were not very good, but that was not important to me.

- Kenneth (1/5): - Reported this Motel customer service and I just keep getting the same nonsense responses that I need to talk with the manager at the property. I did that without any results. He even put me on the do not rent list which I feel like is a violation. I'm looking into this further and I intend to get some results. Tried it they try to charge $150 to smoking deposit and the pictures that I have and videos show that it's a nasty nasty nasty place

- Abegail (6/5): A Place to Spend the Night - The room was clean but very basic and dated. It only had two small soap bars and was missing a hair dryer and even shampoo or conditioner. Its otherwise good if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

- Tricia (4/5): - The bathroom was disgusting. I was exhausted when i checked in and immediately took a nap. Later to find several long black hairs on my sheets. On to the bathroom....the vents haven't been cleaned since opening. Every corner of the bathroom had piles and yes piles of dirt. The floor was never swept and in the shower there was long black hair on the wall. The base of the toilet had what one could only assume was human feces. Ive been in better gas station bathrooms. I have pictures Id gladly share and did let the front desk know which was replied with a shrug. Ok ok i could of left but i only needed a shower and a nap so i sucked it up but would never recommend.

Room very accessible with parking outside of door. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Definetely will stay here again. Wish there was a love seat or comfortable chair to sit in. No microwave in room but there was one in lobby.

Walked into our room after checking in and there was human shit on our bath towels. Was told by front desk house keeping must have looked over it. House keepers came at 8 am just to ask if we needed anything. When I told her what we needed she said sheâd be back later. What was the point in waking us up? Proceeded to send someone else and just with towels. Didnât come back for our trash or to sweep.

- Johnston (1/5): Bad - Location I had to get a broom from the front desk and sweep the floor myself. The room keys were always messing up, and then the lock itself had a dead battery and stopped working all together. Housekeeping called the room to find out what we needed before we left for the day. It was poorly ran poorly kept. I know it's not top tier, but it should have been better than that!

Plenty of places to eat around the motel within walking distance. In fact new BBQ restaurant going in next door. Room is basic but clean. If you need a stop over for a night or 2 then this is your place! Very friendly staff, best rates around.

Room: over all clean, but the door has seen better days and could use some paint. Noisy rooms, you will hear the neighbors above and beside.

Checking me in. You got what you paid for. The rooms were very basic and the TV only got about two channels. We were trying to watch the local weather because they had a warning about a severe thunderstorm, but none of the channels would work.

Then I had to leave early for a family emergency, was told BY THE OWNER that I would be refunded but when expedia tried to call for a week straight he "wasnt available". The only plus side was the cleaning lady was very sweet..

The parking lot was dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere with room was clean. It's very dated not updated at all. The picture of the room was not what my room look like. The picture showed a big comfy chair. It was a little wooden chair the TV on the wall was very small and the channels were horrible. It was not a smart TV

- Joan (5/5): If you just want a room for the night, with no frills, this is certainly adequate. - This facility met my need of an inexpensive room in which to sleep and shower. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. I only interacted with staff at check-in and that individual was courteous and efficient. As I expected at this price-point, this was a bare-bones room. No art or wall hangings of any kind; no coffee/tea on the room, minimal toiletries, no hair dryer, etc.

The room was clean - with the exception of the floors needing a touch up but nothing major, Fridge in the room was nice. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. For the price, it was exactly what it needed to be.

I should've turned around the moment I saw the receptionist was behind plexiglass-glass. The room had a funky smell upon entering. Cigarette burns on the comforters. Visible stains on the comforters. Urine drips around the toilet. Floor was disgusting and had muddy footprints throughout. The flooring was also badly damaged with chips and chunks missing and "crunched" when you walked around the room. Dead moths on the floor. We slept with all of our clothes on and one eye open. I didn't know that they still made metal spring bed frames but they had them! Noisiest bed ever! Not sure how the neighborhood is but there were random people hanging out smoking on the hotel steps. We grabbed dinner next door with a homeless man sitting in the booth next to us. Now, you can be an older run down hotel and still be clean! This place was anything BUT that! Nasty! Felt like I was in a bad horror movie and couldn't wait for the sun to rise!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not much comfort - Brought my own cleaning supplies and glad I did. Shower head was nasty, pieces of mold from behind the shower walls slid into the tub whenever you turned the water on, bottom of the toilet had poop stains on it, and the mirror had crud all over it. I'm sure it's understaffed and they're probably not paid well, so I'm going to say corporate needs to put more money into its quality than for their third yachts. Cleaning lady was super kind and had a lot of people to take care of. She gave us fresh towels every morning. Bed was uncomfy and you could feel every spring. You can even hear your neighbor's upstairs too. Also no microwaves in the rooms is super inconvenient.

It needs a deep cleaning and someone to keep it clean. Won't ever stay again it's repulsive to any traveler. Stay away for your health.

Again, really dirty and didnât want to walk around without shoes. Stuff was cracked/ broken. Faucet dripped and drove me mad. Overall will definitely spend the extra 10$ a night somewhere else next time.
