• Arieling (10/5): Not exactly 10, it is an 8, but 10 for a gift. - Great location once you get in. Otherwise, a bit painful to get to by bus from airport. They are making me write 10 to get a free gift. The aircond is noisy too.

• peggy21 (9/5): - Great location just off Nathan road so convenient for transport to the airport and aroung Hong Kong. Short walk to Star Ferry. Lots of eating places close by. The room was bigger than normal, with a wardrobe The lighting in the room was much too dim, with lights in all the wrong places
• Kien Hang (8/5): Best room for the price in HK city center - The location was very convenient especially taking the city bus from HKIA. Although located in the heart of TST, but the room was not as noisy as one might think. And surrounding has quite a lot of foodie place. Also a stone throw away from METRO and FERRY, so easy access to HK island in a jiffy. Room was expected to be quite tight, while the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Images on the rooms was a bit misleading as the desk provided was quite small - only a corner, quarter circle shelf... However, annoyingly was asked for a HKD500 deposit.

• HIDEYA (4/5): - チェックイン時間になっても部屋の用意がされず、結局2時間近く待たされた。スタッフ同士は、私語が多く、客対応もよくない。とても4つ星ホテルとは思えない。遅延に対する補償が一週間経過しても回答なし。全く誠意も感じられない。
• MIYUKI (8/5): - Early check-in was well handled and I was tired from an early flight and was able to enter the room without waiting. There were no bathrobes in the room, but they were delivered as soon as I asked for them. All the staff were very helpful.

• Gwen (4/5): - The standard room is much smaller than the pictures, unless you stay in a suite the room is tiny and very hard to move around in if you have more than 1 person staying. The overall cleanliness could be improved - the rug in the room looked super dirty and brown. The shower head had black moulds on it, so I’d recommend for the hotel to have a thorough clean of this. The wardrobe door fell out of the hinges but luckily did not fall on me. The only positive is that the hotel fixed this straight away when I informed them. The black out curtain was stuck and could not be pulled down. The only positive of this hotel is its central locationn TST. Definitely NOT a 4* hotel!

• Agnes (2/5): I won't go there again. - The location only. The walls have cracks and marks everywhere. The window basically not able to have my blind down due to privacy issues. The tissue box are dusty. One of the staff at reception are very unfriendly.
• Sun (9/5): Pravo is a good choice for a room in HK close to the harbour and Star Ferry. - I have stayed at Pravo 3 times now and this time it was as good as previous. The rooms are perfectly clean and good sized whereas rooms in Hong Kong are typically tiny. Location is great. In the heart of Tsim Sha Shui on a quiet side street with a couple of bars, a nice Vietnamese themed coffee shop, and restaurants on same street. Harbour City, Ocean Terminal, Nathan Road all within 10 mins walk. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Overall Pravo is good value. The is winter and the nights were a bit chilly in HK. The rooms have air-con but no heat. They don't supply any bottled water. There were only a couple of English language channels working on my TV. No English language news or movies.

• Ace (9/5): Great Place to stay in Hong Kong - I recently stayed at the Pravo Hotel in Hong Kong for three nights. Overall, the experience was positive, with commendable cleanliness with helpful and kind staff. They also speak well in english. The hotel is conveniently located near MTR stations and dining options, making it easy to explore the city. However, Wi-Fi is the only amenity we were able to use since you won't be staying at the hotel the whole time and it was satisfactory. Hallways are tight as well as the elevator so if you're going in a big group or as a family, you'll have to take the elavator separately. Despite these limitations, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option with good service, this hotel may still be worth considering. Dark motif of the hotel interior

I'm grateful for the outstanding service provided by Tom, Paggy, and Crystal, who ensured a seamless and comfortable stay. The hotel's cleanliness, security, and amenities are truly exceptional. The room was immaculate, the aircon was perfectly chilled, and the reclining bed was a wonderful touch. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining options, 7-Eleven, and the MTR station just steps away. If you're heading to Hong Kong, look no further - this hotel is an absolute must-stay!
